Recently, my car was sideswiped while parked on the street overnight. I had used Caliber Beechmont for a previous no-fault accident, and they were the only place I thought to use because they had done such an amazing job (that time, they replaced the front bumper, hood, and passenger quarter panel on a faded old Subaru so well, you couldn't even tell the difference). When speaking to my insurance company, the adjuster knew Dave by name as soon as I mentioned Caliber.Dave was in constant contact about the state of repairs, and everybody else I spoke to at the company was very personable and kind. Caliber had to replace most of the entire driver's side of the vehicle, including most everything in the driver's rear wheel well. The repair job looks absolutely amazing, probably better than it did when it went into the shop. Can't speak highly enough of this company and their work, and I will absolutely use Caliber again.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Battery

Excellent repair work and amazing customer service. You cannot tell my vehicle was ever in an accident and Dave kept me updated regularly on the multiple repair process. If I ever need body work again, I will return.

I had my Jeep repaired due to an accident with a deer. The shop was great the whole time. I worked with David and he gave me frequent updates on the status of how the repairs were going, any changes and/or parts issues. They worked directly with my insurance company and made everything with the insurance and rental as easy as could be. My Jeep looks amazing and I'm very pleased with the quality of work. My experience was totally seamless - they explained in detail the body work to be done to repair the collision damage, and kept me informed of progress every step of the way. When finished, my car was washed and even totally cleaned on the inside as well!The auto body repair was perfect!

This Caliber Collision exceeded expectations. Everyone involved was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Dave was incredible to work with and I would recommend him and this body shop to anyone. The whole process was streamlined and very efficient. They were able to replace and paint the hood of my CRV without any issues and it seems to look better now than it ever did.

My husband s car needed repairs and they were able to get the car in and repair it ahead of schedule during the busy holiday season. We have used them a couple of times in the past and always receive excellent, timely service!

They replaced my rear bumper and it looks fantastic. They washed my car off and vacuumed the inside it was very nice picking my car up all clean and fresh with all the repairs done correctly! Our initial contact was with Shauna, and she was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the business activities. She helped us understand the dealings with insurance and getting our car in for inspection when other places were two (2) weeks out. The inspection was smooth, and that is when Dave took over. Dave was super friendly, provided updates on a regular business, and started the repair process sooner than expected. The repairs were flawless, and the people were friendly/knowledgeable. I would suggest Caliber Collision to anyone.

The repair was done expertly, and it looked great. The staff was congenial and eager to help and please.The problem was that, During the repair to the right rear door, an adjacent door lock was inadvertently disconnected so that the car could not be open from the inside. When the car was returned, they properly repaired that problem.

Today I went into Caliber on Beechmont. I had scraped the side of my car and was fearing how much the estimate would cost to repair.Jayne Giar waited on me and came out to my car to assess the situation. She solved my problem in a matter of minutes, and I m so grateful.Awesome customer service Jayne!!!

This team at Caliber is excellent! A deer hit my car. Thankfully there was only minor damage, but Farmer's Insurance linked me up to these guys. The young lady at the counter was always very helpful, and the gentleman who was primarily managing my repair and repainting was great at updating me, and was even accommodating to my wacky work schedule without compromising on the finished product of the repair. And you know (knock on wood) my check engine light has not come on once since I picked the car up and it was on a lot before I went in. I wonder if they fixed something I didn't even know needed to be repaired.I would definitely use this Beechmont area Caliber again if heaven forbid I need another auto body repair.

They did a good job. It took a bit longer than I expected but they were good about keeping me informed. They even cleaned my car outside and in before I got it back. Nice touch!

Great experience. We just moved to the area and got the vehicle repaired so we could drive it here and they finished the job. Hard to make sure two different shops 800+ miles away did what they needed to do bit that's what happened. I brought my vehicle in for repair to the rear door. Upon pickup at dark, I didn't think of inspecting the rest of the car as the work was done to the rear door. The next day, I discovered that there are three scratches across the length of my touch screen display and the panel behind the door handle had the tabs broken off (removed for paint color match) and falls off every time I open the door. After calling and bringing my vehicle back, I was told it wasn't their fault. I couldn't tell if the lines on the display screen were smears or scratches as there were water drips down both sides, so I touched it to feel if it was on the surface or not. Because of the fingerprint on the screen, I was told that they clearly couldn't have damaged it as they use wet rags to wipe down car interiors but not touch screen displays and they only use a vacuum on those. That definitely didn't seem accurate based on the drip marks. The panel behind the door handle fits back into place so nothing was done about that either even though it won't stay when the door is opened/closed. Don't bring your car there. If you do, take before and after pictures of everything.Service: Body & Trim

Coordination between Caliber Collision, my insurance company and the rental car agency was handled professionally and quickly. The people that work at Caliber were knowledgeable and caring. Jerry the manager was extremely kind and helpful to me The loss of my sentimental car caused me to be emotional and he understood.

I came here after a car accident and my Chevy Location did not have any availability. I am happy with my choice!!! From the time I called about availability until it was time to pick my car up. Shawna welcomed me and answered all questions I had up front. She even provided services I was unaware of. Randy kept me updated with daily text updates and it was the most amazing thing ever. The updates were personable, easy to read, easy to follow and on track with my repairs. I had my vehicle repaired for a deer crash. The level of customer service that Caliber provides is outstanding and I would absolutely take my vehicle/business there in the future. They are able to give daily text updates on the progress if you wish and are attentive to any questions you may have. I was very impressed and would highly recommend.
