I pulled in this morning, as they have done excellent work for me before, because my fender was off slightly. I was greeted immediately and was able to not only get my car looked at but also worked on during the morning visit. Jimmy and Mark, thank you so much for taking care of my need.

Just got a call from caliber after being in another wreck. I had my car fixed there last time and had to have it sent back because of body lines and them cutting corners with aftermarket parts instead of OEM. So they took it back and did fix the issues. Some not all. I left a bad review they got mad and stuff got petty. So fast forward to now. I tell the insurance woman that I ll just got back there cause they at least fixed the main concerns and it was resolved. I get a call from caliber and the manger Mark was very rude and sheisty for lack of better words. He told me he declined me coming to have my car serviced there and accused me of lying about my brakes being messed up, and was just unprofessional. I ll take my car and the insurance money else where no problem with me. But the shop won t last long with him running it!

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish! We had a shopping cart smash into my new car and chip paint off. Caliber collision on colerain was very friendly and efficient and fixed the dent and paint. You can't even tell!! Id take my car there again, for sure!

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. The staff was friendly and my car was complete prior to the given completion date. They kept me informed throughout the process. My car looks brand new now. For a different incident I took my car to a dealership that I thought would give the best service, they were rude and tried to tell me my car was fixed when there was an additional 1,000 worth of damage. Caliber caught everything that was wrong and didn t mind my questions when I had some. Hope I never have another accident but if I do I will definitely take my car to Caliber Collision.

Got some body work done. They did a fantastic job. Very professional. Gave me a complimentary car wash, as well vacuumed my car out.

Walking into CC's office I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome by Macie Berlin. Shortly afterwards Mark Schultz evaluated and marked the damages. From his assessment he gave me a briefing of their process and assorted me back into the office to finish out the service for that day (11/28 @9.00am). I received daily updates on the status which kept me abreast of the progress, one of which was a tentative date (12/6) for completion. Three days later (from 11/28) I received a text and vm letting me know my car was complete and ready for pick up. Picked up my car and it looked great and functioned nicely. Very pleased with the Excellent service delivery from start to finish. So glad I chose Caliber Collision. I recommend them above any company. They get 5 stars from me. Thank you so much for your services!!

I would never recommend this Caliber collision to anyone. What a nightmare. Of course some things are out of their control with shipping, but of the 3 items needed fixing (front and rear bumper, steering wheel), all are atrociously poor. The front bumper is not clipped in correctly. The rear bumper is still awaiting a part, and the steering wheel was done by a leather professional that must be blind.While they are making necessary fixes and have been communicative, the neglect and complete disregard to a 100% complete repair is laughable at this point.

Please, do not make the same mistake we did and take your car here. We called three places to see about getting an estimate after being involved in an accident. All the body shops, including Caliber, said they could give us an estimate the same day they received our car. Caliber, however, said they could start the work right away and the other body shops said it would be over a month, so we chose Caliber. They were dishonest from the beginning. They received our car late on a Friday and we did not receive our estimate until a week and a half later. There was no communication from them at all, always us calling. We had already discussed the issues with our insurance company and were going to have the car moved to another body shop once estimate was done because at this point we didn't trust them to fix our car. Our car ended up being totaled, so we didn't have to deal with that. We believe a good company is built by being honest and upfront and caliber was neither. They were dishonest and no communication at all. Very disappointed and would never recommend them to anyone. Take your care somewhere else even if it will take longer to get it fixed, not worth dealing with dishonest people. They lied to us just to get our business and that is not how a reputable business is run.Services: Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

I was rear-ended and had to get my bumper replaced, and I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. The staff was all polite and professional, and they were able to finish the repairs earlier than they originally quoted, so I was able to pick it up within just a few days. I appreciated that they also texted me with updates, and it was a pleasant surprise that they also detailed my car for free. They also made the process streamlined by calling Enterprise for me to come pick me up with a rental car, so I didn't have to worry about bringing someone with me to drive me over there. Most importantly, I feel good knowing that their services have a warranty in case anything happens!Service: Body & Trim
