Although I never did do service with them with the vehicle being totaled, at least up to the interaction were fairly good. My person working with my insurance adjuster , Lauryn Marsh was helpful throughout the process. From checking the damage in the beginning & assessing it afterwards. She even gave me a copy of the estimate papers since we were on the topic of it to see how much it reached. Damage visible was minor but as more deeper it went , so did the prices.I dinged it 1 star since I wouldn't have known how the repairs would be at the end & also because I initially came back to let them know to release my vehicle to my insurance but they didnt, next day I got a call from the copart & my insurance to which I called them & only then was it released.I don't doubt they wouldn't have done a good job, but I'm the person who likes to see results & good work rather than leaving it up to faith & chance.Also the lady at the front desk was welcoming as well, didn't have to wait long to get noticed but couldn't say that the 2nd time I went in.

Car repairs were done well and within a reasonable time frame. Communication was good throughout the process and detailed information about the repairs was provided after completion. Our car was returned to our home, saving time, and everything was direct billed through insurance making paperwork easy.

Had my truck in for repairs to the roof. It was quickly fixed and the repairs were excellent quality. Looks like the damage never even happened. Ryan did an excellent job keeping me up to date on the repairs. Excellent customer service from everyone at this office.

ryan did a fantastic job! my car had been stolen and damaged, leading me to be anxious about my car being returned in a timely manner and in the condition it was in prior to the incident. ryan assured me everything would be taken care of, gave me plenty of updates, and had my car thoroughly repaired and cleaned in 2 weeks. thankful for your great service and kindness during such a difficult time!

I am so happy with grange insurance has this shop as available options. My first car crush, I got an estimate from other shop and grange for comparison regarding to parts,I have to say, cost of repairs was not much different,but the choice with parts that I was told ,I was pleased with CALIBER Collison. Because my Nissan rogue was nearly new, I was told that the CALIBER partnership with Nissan to get parts from. Then Imy Nissan rogue late 2020 bearly drove,, was recently run into again ,I told grange insurance I just drop my SUV off for repair instead off estimate. I was pleased with the information regarding to parts and repairs layout to me when I dropped off my SUV. I was informed on daily basis on the progress. As of today,my SUV has been as good as when I first got her out of the dealership, especially all computerized parts. I thank both grange insurance and CALIBER Collison shop for getting me out of rental car as quickly as possible. Had to have my SUV back.

It was absolutely horrible. No one would listen to me and the shop kept hanging up on me and wondering why I would keep calling back getting mad at me like I hung up on them! I told them there were issues with my truck, and they did not address them. And now my truck is at the third place its gone to be looked at. This is STILL an ongoing thing since December 14th!!!! Almost 4months!!! What in the world! AND they chipped my paint and thought I wouldn't notice it!Services: Exhaust, Painting, Auto engine diagnostic

The disaster of the bodywork this place did on my 2021 Ford Explore started at the Troy location. I made an appointment I sent over an estimate that my insurance company had provided me. I dropped off the vehicle and not even a day later they told me that they couldn t work on the truck because it had an aluminum body. Troy Caliber asked to tow it down to a different shop. Na�vely I let them do that. What I didn t know was they were going to strip it down before they sent it out. So then the Cincinnati Location began blindly working on it replacing things that weren t even Broken and the insurance company began refusing to pay for undocumented work and unbroken parts. Caliber tried to reassemble the truck three times and each time they found parts that they missed that were broken. Then once it was reassembled, one of the headlights quit working and they couldn t figure out what was wrong with it. So they brought in an outside diagnostics person who charged $315 for a visit. Caliber did this without approval from either me or the insurance company to do so. Therefore, my insurance company is refusing to pay for the ludicrous charge this technician charged. I dropped my vehicle off on November 1, 2023. My truck has been done since January 19, 2024. It is now almost Valentine s Day and I still don t have it back because Caliber and my insurance company are arguing about who should pay for what. When I called to settle the matter, the manager tried to tell me that it was all my insurance companies fault, and that I should talk to them and force them to pay the money. When I told him that I know exactly what happened and that they are charging an outlandish price to have someone diagnose a car they couldn t fix in the first place he began to get defensive. I told him the insurance company gave him $200 of the $315 owed and he needed to be reasonable. Caliber had been given $13k for a simple job that is taking his shop almost 4 months to do and they re not even doing it well. When I told him that I would pay the extra money on top of my deductible he then came back and said well there s another $4000 your insurance company hasn t paid. I asked him where this Bill magically appeared from because for the past two weeks we ve been fighting over $100. He said that the Troy location had done work and that the insurance company needed to pay that bill as well. This is when I learned that the Troy location had stripped down the truck and shipped it down to Cincinnati without any parts and no documentation of anything that had been broken. Meanwhile, I ve had to keep rescheduling an appointment with the dealership to have mechanical work done. Caliber keeps telling me they re going to be returning it to me completely fixed. However they are in complete denial that it won t be done. That they are holding up the entire process over $100 and undocumented work.

When I initially called I was offered same day drop off and immediate repair. But when I declined in order to get the work approved by my insurance first, I was then given 1 month delay to get a 5 minute appointment to get assessment of my damage. It took them 2 weeks and 2 reminder calls from me to send the quote out. When it was immediately approved and PAID by my insurance I called to schedule. They refused to order the part unless I left my car there first vs getting me in once the part was ordered causing me to be without my car longer. Their manager refused to even estimate how long it would take to receive the needed part.... My insurance is canceling their payment and I am taking my business elsewhere this was a complete waste of 6 weeks! They are extremely a matter of fact and only want the $$

Extremely disappointed with the customer service at Caliber Collision's Mitchell location. Experienced unprofessional behavior and incompetence from front desk to management, especially Mr. Keil. Delays, misinformation, and lack of courtesy marred my visit.Especially after trying to address issues with the regional manager. Received an unprofessional email stating my repair appointment for December 11 was canceled without providing an alternative or date for rescheduling, after waiting for over 3 weeks. I've been familiar with Caliber since 2018, but this experience doesn't reflect their standards. Currently choosing not to work with them and cannot recommend based on this level of unprofessionalism. Hoping this review helps potential customers

The repair appears to be fine. Everything works as expected and the body of the van looks great. The 80 days it took to figure out a solution for a single broken electrical cable in a working harness was too long. I realize that this could have been completely a problem with Chrysler's inventory parts system but I feel it necessary to point it out here in case Caliber can use this experience to improve service on their end.

My insurer USAA directed me to Caliber Collision to repair a small dent in the lower corner of my bumper on my 2021 Subaru Outback. The repair became the replacement of the bumper. I was told USAA had authorized the most cost effective part for the repair.It took a little time to get in for an estimate and from there to get to the repair appointment. Given the difficulty in getting parts I wasn t surprised. Caliber did a great job of staying in contact throughout the process, even during that upfront waiting period before my first appointment. The location turned out to be super convenient and the Enterprise Rental next door was great. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Despite all these positives on calibers side of the ledger the negatives from USAA provided an education on what my insurance premiums were buying.Weeks later I was back to pick up my Outback. To keep me in the loop Caliber contacted me 4 times during the week they had it for repair. When I arrived I saw my repaired car waiting in the lot, it looked perfect, the workmanship, the paint job all great. . But on inspection the replacement part used seemed to be the most cost efficient and sub par to the original equipment. I guess it was my fault I must not have realized I was buying insurance that didn t cover real parts. The Subaru repair estimate was $1,600 with a $700 bumper. Caliber s final price was $949. USAA paid out $449 and I paid 500. There was no room for a $700 bumper in that plan.USAA also covered my home and I began to worry Id find the same shortfalls if needed to use my home s insurance coverage. I cancelled my auto and home USAA insurance policies the next day. Caliber was great, they bought what USAA permitted and I learned about auto insurance. Had some minor issues that got dragged out but once the time came caliber corrected and made things right again. The manager treated me as if I been coming there for years and went completely above and beyond in his efforts the fix everything. I can honestly say I've never met a manager so generous in my entire life. There's no better way to run a business.

My car was involved in a hit - skip. I went to CC, absolutely was treated great by Lauryn and staff. My car looks amazing - was finished a week early. Lauryn kept me updated thru process, I didn't have to do anything, she handled everything. I will say I enjoyed working with a FEMALE very involved and very detailed with info to me. Lauryn handled our vehicle's case. It had been struck while parked in a parking lot. They won t answer or return phone calls. If they do they say they ll leave a message for whoever you asking for but you won t hear back from them. Once I finally did drop off my vehicle they didnt have a rental ready for me and I had to wait around for 1.5 hour. They had my truck for 17 days. The day before I was supposed to pick it up they call asking me to buy the decals for the bed of the truck and return to the shop once they came in. They couldn t answer why this wasn t addressed at some point in the 17 days they had the truck. They requested I pay for the decals and return to their shop to have them put on. I refused to do so. When I refused, because the truck was not how it was before the accident, they told me the truck was finished and ready to be picked up. Stating that if I didn t pick up the truck they would charge me for any additional days I had the rental. I picked it up on a Friday, on the following Monday I took the truck in for an oil change. I get a call from the mechanic telling me that my rear brake light and turn signal were not connected and the bulbs were missing. It s a good thing I did this before my road trip or I could have potentially been put in harms way or pulled over for missing taillights.
