Staff was extremely helpful and communicated very well throughout the entire process. I appreciated their willingness to get me a quick appointment and return my rental car.The only issue I had was when picking up my car after the fix there were some black drops of paint across the hood and small red marks on the front grill that I could not get out. I returned it to them which they fixed very quickly and did a great job! I however noticed that the labor and price for paint increased after they fixed the mistake. So I am not exactly sure if my insurance had to pay more for the paint mistake.

They never finished my car. My car was practically almost complete but we had a part that had to be ordered. It got ordered but nobody ever contacted me. I called so many times left emails and nobody has ever reached out to me till this day. I had good experiences with them before but this was just not it for me. Be careful. It's been a whole entire year & my car never was finished. Side note: I paid my deductible & everything and just simply want my car finished.

This was an amazing experience of having my car repaired! I had never heard of Caliber Collision and was a little skeptical. So glad I did not allow my skepticism to cause me to miss out on a phenomenal experience. I was met with professionalism from the time I walked through the door until I picked up my car. The staff was very courteous and a pleasure to work with. They made everything simple for me. They kept me informed about the repair on my car and when I went to pick it up and saw how great the repair looked I was truly happy! If I ever need to have my car repaired it will definitely be at Caliber Collision. Will also recommend to family and friends. They have an awesome team!!!!

Great bunch of people to work with. Tyler and Cori are top notch at making the process a breeze. They are able to provide the estimate correctly, arrange car rental and wrap up the whole process while you remain stress free. And the work done is perfection and on time. Thanks for making my unfortunate accident as pleasant of an experience as possible.

The lady at this place who performed appraisal for my vehicle was very professional! She explained to me what would be done to start repairs and made sure I would be notified if there would be any unforeseen damage that requires fixes

Service was fantastic at this location! Everyone helped to make my experience smooth, and even helped coordinate my car rental and insurance process. The entire team seems like they really enjoy their jobs and they are all just really nice people. A breath of fresh air!!

Caliber Collision in Kenwood is a great place to have your car repaired. Tyler was great to work with. They kept me updated on the progress of my repairs. Repairs were completed on time Received my car back when promised. Highly recommend this company.

Very positive experience and great service with Caliber on E. Kemper. Super nice staff; kept me informed on progress with frequent text updates, and my car was returned a week earlier than anticipated. Absolutely no complaints and highly recommend!

Went to Caliber Collision to get my car repaired since they were able to get me in sooner than other collision shops near me. Amber and Ann were amazing to work with and they kept me updated throughout the whole process of my car getting fixed, and explaining everything that was repaired. My Mazda looks brand new and I couldn t be happier. Thank you so much for fixing my car in a timely manner, I will be back in the future if needed!

Went to get my car repaired and they get me in so quick then any other repaired shop.Amber (I belive that her name) the one who do an estimate on my car are so kind and sweet she explained everything to me. They keep me updated during the entire process and my car look as good as new after the repairs.

Recently stopped by after my car was in an accident to get an estimate. I was referred by a friend to this Caliber. I spoke with the general manager, Ben and one of the estimator's, Tyler. They were extremely helpful and professional. Excellent staff here, would definitely come back if I needed to and will recommend to anyone else!

Good communication, excellent work. They even fixed a couple small scratches that were close to the damage from the accident but which were not part of the damage from the accident, which I told them when I took the car in.

Daughter was in an accident, and needed to get the door and quarter panel repaired. I called around to a few shops to get an estimate. They were one of the few shops to even pick up the phone when I called. Most shops let it ring forever, or eventually to a voicemail service. Every time I called to schedule, get updates or follow up - Ashley always answered the phone immediately. She also sent text messages to update me on my cars progress.Chad the GM was also great to deal with too.Great experience for an unfortunate event.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I only came here for an estimate on repairs regarding an insurance claim, and did not get any repairs done. I can say the place inside was neat and the staff members I interacted with were professional. Estimate for repairs took about 15 minutes and everything was explained well.

I took my car to calliper collision on Northland Blvd a year ago but they did a very bad job. After a week I came back because everything they did was horrible but they denied to correct their own mistakes. So I have to file a new claim which I have to pay my deductible. So I decided to take another shot at different location on East Kemper rd. And they did an awesome job with my car. I was so happy I gave them a second chance to work on my car again. The experience was terrible due to a lack of communication, dishonesty, incomplete work and repair. We really expected more, but got MUCH less. We also paid our deductible as required I might add. "I don't recall, I don't remember, we don't have a good number, I'll give you a call back and sorry about that" is what we got. Terrible, terrible, terrible!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Made it extremely easy to get my car repaired, dealing with my car insurance, and help with the rental car pickup/drop off. They provide updates and completed the repair earlier than estimated. Overall a great job with the quality of workmanship and my car looks like new.Would definitely recommend for repair.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was rear ended on my ,2011 Toyota Camry an only needed a bumper repair.the customer service I received from Ashley as well as the rest of the team. Was above and beyond..Ashley you did a great job as you are new to the job, I couldn't tell great job going over my paper work .I like how enterprise rent a car was on top of my pick up..I like how they went over my repairs in detail And what to expect..I had no issues in the exchange of car drop off.i would definitely recommend there service.thanks caliber..I was definitely pleased .Service: Body & Trim

Absolutely the most professional, friendly, patient and overall quality work from any company i have ever experienced. They continually updated me on the progress and were always available to answer questions and help me with any concerns. My 8 year old Volvo looks almost new after repairs and painting following an accident. They matched the paint color perfectly, finished other areas beautifully, and installed a new hood to fit exactly. They kept me informed during the process and were very friendly and professional. And although there was no interior damage, they thoroughly cleaned the inside and returned my car in sparkling condition.
