This place is terrible place to buy a car. I bought a car from them and after only a few months it needed a new transmission. Then later it needed a new engine which I had to pay for some of the cost for the engine. The car continues to have problems it's a money pit.Also every time they have repaired my car they have taken weeks to a month to repair it so I was out a car for a month. So what's the point in paying for a car I don't have and I still have to find a way to work.

Hands down best team ever worked with ! Corey was absolutely great to work with. He went above and beyond and well as Steve for lending a hand and making sure all was done getting us in a great car and jaz for pitching in ! Great team would recommend anyone to go there!

If I could give them zero stars I would. This location is terrible. They are nice to you to get a sale, and then take you through a lot when the vehicle you purchased from them needs work done on it. They want to keep your car for days at a time when it needs to be fixed, everyone there are rude and shady, from the manager, to the sales department, the service department, and even when you call CNAC they re rude as well. Save your time and money and do not go there, no matter what type of promotions they have, keep driving and do not stop! If you re unfortunate like myself and have purchased a vehicle from them, hire an attorney and have them look into EVERYTHING! Your car, and paperwork! You ll be amazed!

After being there 7 hours I couldn't even get the sales person to buy me a soda or a cup of water for that matter. Then, after spending $16,000 on a vehicle it blows up after 30 days and has been sitting at their shop now for one week and I can't even get a courtesy phone call as to what's going on with my car and I haven't been reimbursed from my towing and I'm having to pay the deductibles and I'm losing money for not being able to use my vehicle that I'm paying $400 a month for?! They just want a sale and their commission. Your business truly deserves better service than this! Don't bother with a computer generated. We care and call us response because they don't answer their phone down there.

I don t always leave reviews, but when credit is due, I wanna make sure it s known!!!Patrick, in the service dept, went above and beyond for my husband and I! We had almost $2k in car repairs. This is December, we have 3 kids, five grandkids, and an ishhhhhh ton of nieces and nephews. $2k just was NOT in our budget, but he helped us get a loan through SNAP. Granted, SNAP customer service was kinda trash, in my opinion, and was definitely a pain in the butt, but between he and Ron (I think that s his name,) THEY DIDI IT!!!!THEY EVEN STAYED AFTER HOURS to make sure we were taken care of and was able to drive off in our car!!Not too many body shops/dealerships care about clients UNLESS you buying a new car from them, so this spoke volumes to me about their customer service!!!I truly want to thank them, bc I m sure they don t get the credit they deserve being in the back scenes. If corporate happens to read this, THEY DESERVE A RAISE!!!! We truly appreciated them and their professionalism!!!

Scheduled an appointment to get my car looked at because it is has been gradually getting louder since asking the service guys about it the last time I got my car fixed by themCalled to verify the date and time the morning of but when my husband got there he was advised the appt was the next day. It s a 30 minute drive.While he was there the next morning, my husband asked me to call because they told him they were fixing something other than what we talked about when I scheduled the appointment. tWhen I called, they seemed irritated that I was asking after they explained it to my husband. Originally, we discussed a manifold gasket and catalytic converter. I was advised that it could be two different O2 sensors but if it didn t work they would do the catalytic converter and the cost $330 would go towards the catalytic converter. Because my husband asked they told me they were looking at the manifold gasket also.My appointment was at 9 am. At 4pm when my husband walked back over to pick up the car nothing had been done. They said I would have to leave the car overnight and the price jumped to $1700 even though what they wrote out on the paper totaled $1500.I am confused about what went wrong and why we were treated this way. I just wanted to find out what was wrong with my car and get it fixed. I have gotten brakes fixed and they were fine but I had a similar experience with my airWhy can t they tell me what is wrong and fix it without guessing?

I don't even know where to start...Purchased a 2012 Chevy Malibu from the Fairfield location in 2022, recently found out from a trusted family mechanic that cars w/ my cars' engine type are considered throw away cars!! Explains why my car has been in & out of the shop a grand total of 5 times in one year!! BTW, had to book my most recent appointment w/ it's service department a month out !! Guys, spare yourselves & go elsewhere, because no one here gives a damn. Once you've bought a vehicle from them, you're stuck, trust me... It's like selling your soul

I bought a suv less than a year before it broke down I called and talked to the supervisor to see if I could get another vehicle due to the fact I had it towed to the Florence location and was told it needed a new engine and it would be 1500 to fix I'm on a fixed income getting disability and don't have 1500 laying around. The supervisor told me he would talk to Florence and get back with me it's been weeks and they only telling me they can't do anything about it but they financing still calling about the payments. All I was trying to do is get another suv and continue my payments. The engine I was told is no longer under warranty because my mileage is over a bit so I will never recommend anyone going to get a car from this place terrible customer service experience.

Everyone is super nice and always asking if you need anything. I was there getting an oil change and the service dept was very friendly and helpful if I had questions!! Definitely recommend them for sales and service!!!

I implore anyone who reads this, do not get involved with these people. When they put a car out for sale they simply reset the check engine light. The buyer believes he or she is getting a decent used vehicle with no immediate problems, only to find out after on average one day of driving to have the check engine light appear and the nightmare begins. Stay away, i believe this is exactly what is happening. Got me twice.

Very appreciative of the work you guys have done even though you guys gave me a little bit of anxiety taking so long of fixing my vehicle and not being able to give me a loaner vehicle. Was very stressed out for those 6 weeks.But I thank you for everything.

Wasn t to impressed with the experience, I get it they re salesmen, but come on. All they cared about was me signing the documents and paying my down payment. Didn t really seem like they cared too much about what I wanted or what I was looking for. The guy I had was just trying to throw me into anything and get me out the door. He got easily frustrated and ignored most of my questions. I don t know, just not happy at all and honestly going to refinance or return the car, I have 30 days I was told, plus interest is killing me I m paying double of what the car is worth, all because I have bad credit so they take advantage of you, anyway wouldn t recommend sorry. Should do better Byrider Maybe at least act like you enjoy your customers and want to help them, very aggressive and diminishing sales tactics. DON T GO!!!

Corey was great. He was very patient while we jumped through hoops to get me a car. He did everything and would not give up. After 4 visits to him, I finally drove away with a new car! Corey is a must see for your vehicle needs!

It seems like every car on the lot is sticker priced 5 times higher than what the car is actually worth.check the kelly blue book value before u buy a car from them

Steve is amazing! He works miracles! He is also so good at multi tasking, he had several customers at this location and gave all of us patient and quality service. I didn't think I would leave here with a car, but he helped me a great deal. The car is a good solid car. Thank you Steve!

At first I was a little upset because the parts for my suv weren t there. But I understand that they have no control over the company they get the parts from. Picked up my car today, thought the parts were under warranty and was quoted that come to find out it wasn t but they honored the price they quoted me. Which made me extremely happy. The service guys at the counter were great.

2nd time having my vehicle to Byriders mechanic and my issues are still not resolved! I don t understand if my issues aren t resolved why let me pull off the lot to find out my self instead of letting me know when putting a new transmission in my vehicle didn t resolve the problem and need to figure out what s going! Also on top of it all I m paying deductibles every time !HEADACHE!!!!!!

I have been very very depressed recently. And things kept getting worse and worse and worse. My husband got into a car accident and totaled our car. It wasn t his fault whatsoever but things happen. I called this place just to see if there was a way of me getting a vehicle. It s not that you just need a very cool boat on my own cleaning company and I have to have a vehicle to get to the customers house. Steve told me there s a good possibility of me being approved due to how much I made. When I went there he was busy with another customer but Kevin helped me out. He was very kind, understanding and he got my hopes up. When he walked in and said I got approved I did not know how to react. Thank you so much Kevin and Steve. Thank you Kevin for helping me out and getting me a vehicle and being patient with me. You are the best I would definitely recommend you guys

Steve was able to get me into a car Same day! I m 30 weeks pregnant and desperately needed a car as I m due in a few weeks. He was very patient, knowledgeable and make sure I was satisfied with everything before leaving. If you have a good job with bad credit, come here! They ll work with you and make sure you can afford the car you want!

If you have a choice DONT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE they are scammers Take your car in and they'll have it the same week you get it back. It's like they patch it up enough to run for a few days and you got to take it right back to them. Warranty is all of a sudden limited and even if it is covered under warranty they still want 5 to 600 dollars

Horrible experience only had my car for three months this is the second time my car has been in there shop and i just paid 400$ for a starter replacement not recommended save yourselves

Went in trying to research, was approved asap, went back the next day and left with an awesome new car, Jazz was super patient with my indeciveness and set me up with a car payment I can definitely afford, and probably pay off pretty early. Definitely would highly recommend if you have credit issues.
