Byrider has been an amazing experience. All the employees are very polite and answers everything to the fullest. Brad helped me get my car and Lori has been amazing at getting my car in the shop and fixed in a very well timely manner. They call you with any updates about your car and walks you through the steps and makes sure to ask questions and answer them to the best of their ability. Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

Never go here to buy a vehicle. I was in a bad spot and needed a car bad. I was a single mom with no clue about how to purchase my own car. I went here and my kids picked out a 2011 Dodge caravan. Newer than my 2001 so in my thought process 3 years ago, more reliable. The price was not on the car so I had no idea how much it was. But I knew I needed a car as mine kept breaking down and with 3 kiddos I needed something I could depend on. They gave me $500 for my old van and I still had to give more for down payment. Needless to say I was a bonehead and didn't pay attention to how much I was actually going to pay for this van. Within the first month of having it, it broke down and had to be put in the shop. It was in there for 3 weeks the first time then 2 weeks the second time. After that I had to have it towed to the shop once and taken in again. Everything from the transmission to the master brake cylinder, the newest problem it seems to be going out and I have had it 3 years. $50 dollars a pop for them just to look at it and then they want to charge you an arm and a leg for everything. The starter went out the time before and of course it is not covered under warranty. To top it off... This van is worth maybe $6000 and at this point in time I have paid almost $18,000 and I still have until next year paying over $400 a month! This place takes advantage of people, run far, far away.

My salesman Brad was very friendly and in a matter of an hour got me approved to buy a vehicle. I would recommend this JB byrider dealership to anybody needing a vehicle. The finance officer Johnny was great and getting all my paperwork together. I give them 5 stars. They helped this disabled veteran on a fixed income get a vehicle. God bless them.

If you re thinking of purchasing a new car definitely check out BYRIDER! I personally loved my sales professional Brad. I honestly cannot express how personable he was and on top of that worked with me to make sure I got a car the same day! This man literally deserves a raise, he has to be the best!

I only give one star, because I can t go any lower. I have never in my life dealt with a more incompetent group of service techs, and the idiot Lori that runs the place. A month after buying the car, the motor blows. It took 6 weeks to get that back. Well, whatever inbreds they outsourced it to mounted it halfway. A single bolt on each side. I tell them about it, nothing. I take it back because I ve burned through 2 sets of ignition coils in 6 months, and my plugs are resting in puddles of oil. Guess what? That s completely ignored. So of course, now my cars back in the shop because the less than 3 year old motor locked up. It s been there for 2 months. Byrider has moved it from location to location, picking and choosing when to alert me and went to just move it. After spending a week trying to track down my car because they refused to tell me where they took it, I found out they had it returned to the Byrider shop. And now it sits, waiting until the end of November to get worked on because they really don t give a damn about customers. No loaner cars offered, no nothing. They just flip you the birdLori sucks. Brandon sucks. Their service department sucks. The warranty company sucks. Don t go to these guys unless you re a sadist, because they re going in with no lube, and all you can do is smile and take it

Bought my first car from this awful place like 15 years ago it was in there shop more than I drove it. They never offered me a backup car or a different cars so after having for about a year. I quit paying on it they reposed that piss of junk but in the process ruined my credit score

The experience we had with Marc was refreshing and appreciated. He was professional, honest, and so patient throughout the entire time we were there. He didn t push cars that I wasn t interested in and he also wasn t interest in selling me the highest priced item on the lot. Although I will say the interest rates are extremely high, but when youre a company who works with people with low credit, bad credit, no credit you definitely shouldn t be surprised that their interest rates are as high as they are. Walked away with a car we d be dreaming about having and I couldn t be happier. Thank you so so much Marc for all of your help :)

I wasn t too confident about where to buy a new car at first but Marc Andrews walked me through everything and made it very smoothe finding a new vehicle of my liking as well as finding a good price considering the economy were in. Dude was polite straight to the point and showed an honest care about my concerns. I would highly recommend JB Byrider to anyone definitely talk to Marc if you get the chance.

They personnel on this particular site become like family they become personal helping with things that matter. They listen take note and give results. I'm thankful I chose to do business here for this reason. Thanks to James our personal sales rep and to the service dept for their knowledge and qualifications. (I'd give a shout out but didn't get the mechanics name sorry) He has explained to me in detail about things that most wouldn't bother. So as long as I'm doing my business here I feel safe and satisfied. Thankyou and kudos to y'all at Beechmont byrider..!!

Was not impressed. Was pre approved. Called to verify for sure. Was told yes pre approved for 18,000. Went in and was told couldn't do it because time at my job. Even though I make good money. A buy here pay here doesn't run credit and they don't tell you know because lack of years at your job. It's safe to say I will never go back
