My tire started to go flat while on 75 and I stumbled across Budget Tire when I got off the exit. They had the tire that I needed and we were back on the road within 10 mins! Everyone was very nice and extremely helpful. I m very grateful that we were able to find this place! 10/10 recommend.

Friendly staff that are easy to talk to willing to help customers out. My experience was awesome my first visit ever and fixed other issues with my car I had i wasnt affair of for a really good price. Working out in the dark, cold snowy weather to make sure I got home safe and sound without any problems. I really appreciate you guys for everything i will defiantly make a revisit in the future.

It used to be a good shop, but the guy has lacked good service especially if you go to them in the morning. I go in with a tire I had to blow up from a flat, he looks at it tells me to back up and said ain t nothing wrong with it. Doesn t take the tire off the car and look at no nothing. Simply checked the air put some in and said have a nice day. On the way to home same tire goes flat. Poor service and terrible work ethics. The mans poor work ethic caused me to have a longer day and spend more money. All in all they USED to be good and reliable not anymore. Spend your money elsewhere. If you do go there hopefully the guy doesn t screw you over with bad service like he did me. Very bitter sweet because I ve been going here for years and I loved em until today. Very disappointed.In better news I found a great black owned tire spot on mitchel Ave. xtreme. Check them out. They will actually remove your tire and check it for you. Imagine that. Stay safe all!!!!

This is the only place I'll get my tires. The crew is friendly and the quality of the tires are great for the price. If you have a problem with a tire they will take care of the issue! Great place and great people!

Bill always does an excellent job. I always recommend him to my friends. I buy my tires there and i get my car repairs done there. He works with you and charge very reasonable rate.

I didn't get a chance to get his name but I stopped in this morning to get a used tire i brought in my flat to him he immediately got started on getting me a tire put onto my rim and removed my flat and told me to go wash up my hands, he even insisted on loading it into the car afterwards for me. Great service, and the tire is perfect for the price i recommended to my boss and to anyone who is in need of a quick fix for their car. THANKS!

After reading the positives reviews, I decided to give this place a chance. Do NOT give this place your business. I came here to purchase a used tire, since my tire was flat, and wasn't worth the trouble of fixing. The staff member who "helped" me, wasn't very hospitable from the start- he made me feel like I was a bother. When he he finished putting on my tire, I noticed that one of my lug nuts was missing- and I knew that I wasn't missing any lug nuts. I inquired about the missing lug nut, and he actually had the audacity to tell me that it was already missing, and that he could install another one at a price, if I had the part. What a rip off. This place is a total scam, at best. Does he really think I do not know what was on my own vehicle? Seriously? I will never be back.

Had my tire waiting for me ahead of time, since I had to Uber to pick it up. Good Quick no nonsense service. Only issue is they only accept cash.

I had a nail in my tire. It was plugged and I was in and out in less then 15 minutes and it was reasonably priced!!!! Bill is the best!!!!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I brought my RV there a year ago AFTER they confirmed on the phone that they had 16.5 tires. Drove the RV all the way over there only for them to attempt selling me 16 inch tires to put on 16.5 rims, which if you don't know is absolutely dangerous. Only gave me not even half of my money back. They also need to act a bit friendlier to their customers.

I had given up on finding used tires in Cincinatti that weren't dry rotted, cracked or had minimum tread. On my way to pep boys to get 2 tires for 175 with no warranty I passed by this place. They supplied me with 2 almost new tires mounted and balanced with a 30 day warranty for $70.00. I'd much rather give this local company my business that any other tire shop.

All your tire needs owned and operated by a wife and her husband, Kim and Bill very hard working and courteous. They get you what you need. Stop in give the tires a spin see if I'm not right. I believe if they don't have your tire they will order it. Check it out great mom and pop place who work for their family.

The guys there were sooo helpful. My car inner tire rod went out ( which I had no idea or what that meant) and I couldn't turn my steering wheel at all.It was raining and I was terrified to drive home on the highway, so I googled the nearest tire shop and pulled in. I literally only had 80 bucks to my name and the midas right next door said it would be 200. The guy at budget helped me call auto part stores and price check and said hed do it for 80 minus the $50 part. Once I got the part I was in and out of there and car drives perfect. They even fixed my windshield wiper for me for free. I'm telling you to give the little guys a chance cuz they seriously saved me a whole lot of hassle being without a car and worked with what I had to offer. I'll for sure be back for my car issues. Thanks again guys!

At best, this place is dishonest. At worst, criminal.They gave the keys to their green Chevy pickup to a 15 year old girl. She promptly used that pickup to DESTROY MY CAR. The insurance information that they provided was fake. No policy existed.Luckily my insurance helped me get a new car, but I'm still out $500 for my deductible. They won't even cover that.Do not trust your car in this company's hands. If something goes wrong, you're screwed.

I went to this place in early June 8, 2017. I asked for two rear tires on my Honda Civic. The lady insisted I sit in the car while she changed my rear tires. Somehow, this lady kept finding her way to my front tires to "look at them." I already told her, "no need to look at my front tires. Just change the rear tires." Again, she consistently kept looking at my front tire and by front tire I mean only the right tire. She never looked at the left front tire. I told her again to step away from my front tire. I knew she speaked English but I could not tell because she act like she wasn't hearing me. A guy came out and said "don't worry we just tryna make sure we take all your money....ha ha ha ha!" The next day my TPMS system came on and my tire been flat ever since that day. I never had problems with my front tire until I left this place. I recommend not going to these scam artists. I will be taking this further!

They Took Our Money And Gave Us A Leaking Tire ...Bad Business!!! And when I tried talking with them, they was so unprofessional.. Saying we did it to our tire and we just got the tire....So I Won't Recommend Anyone To Y'all...Y'all Are Horrible
