Took my very old vehicle in for a radiator replacement. Rather than just doing the prescribed job, the staff took time to examine the vehicle and alert me to a multitude of impending serious problems. It was an easy decision for me to stop sinking money into that old vehicle and opt out of the repair. Many, many thanks !

Ron took the time to personally diagnose and fix my daughter's car which needed new brakes and did so expeditiously.I have been using Brock's Auto Service for over 8 years and recommend it highly.

Ron Brock and his crew are absolutely nothing short of 1st Class!!! Being a 3rd party railroad regional safety contractor, my truck is my rolling office. Thursday my truck pulled onto the site and my day began, only for it to turn into chaos quickly with a failed fuel pump. In a state of panic, I began searching locations and reading reviews. Those reviews put me in touch with Mr. Brock and his team. Far from home, Mr. Brock gave me a number to Jerry's Towing who came to fetch me almost instantly. After dropping the truck and sharing the info about what I'd found wrong, they immediately went to work on it. Mr. Jerry dropped me back at the hotel, another gracious gesture. For the final act, Mr. Brock has a friend Mr. Chris who does Lyft. He came out to grab me and take me back to my now repaired and waiting truck the following day. Mr. Brock's entire team from his service techs to his alliance of friends showed me more compassion than some people I've known my entire life. We used Brock s Automotive Service Center to diagnose and repair our daughter s truck. Being from out of town we are unfamiliar with local businesses. We found Brock s to be extremely helpful in determining the problem that needed to be addressed, and in repairing the same. Their estimated price was reasonable and the subsequent cost of repair was as estimated. Their service was prompt and their communication was excellent. Took my truck in to have the hvac system worked on. I was quoted $1200. I brought it in and they even took me home and picked me up once they were done working on it. It turned out to be a easier job than quoted. Instead of taking the entire quoted amount, they only charged me $352. They were extremely nice and communicated each step of the process via text and calls. They went way above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. We are 5 hours away and my daughter attends UC. This place was great at getting my daughters car diagnosed and fixed in a timely manner. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and super helpful with our situation. Excellent customer service! They care about the college students attending school and keeping them safe. Definitely a five star business!

I've been goin to Brock's for a few years now. It is so convenient as they are a short walk from my apartment. They are always very friendly and helpful. Even though they are clearly a popular and busy place, they always get my car done within 24 hours. I have compared their prices to other places and it is very reasonable. As a single woman who really doesn't know much about cars, I feel respected and taken seriously when I talk to their staff. I like supporting a small local shop. And they occasionally send me a text asking if I need anything, which I appreciate because I often forget to take my car in for an oil change! We had just pulled off the exit from a 12 hr road trip from Florida to visit family in Cincinnati when our Honda Odyssey broke down. We contacted Brock s immediately and informed him we were only in town for two days and needed to be back on the road within 48 hours. They jumped through hoops to diagnose and repair what was a faulty alternator and get us back on the road within our 48 hour deadline. Excellent customer service and communication. If I lived in Cincinnati this would be our go to Mechanic. Thank you, sir!Services: Transmission, Electrical repair

My husband and I both trust Brock s Auto Service with our car and truck. Service is friendly, efficient and done right. I also love the text reminder service for oil changes and the check in after service to make sure all s well. Ron knows our names and our vehicles by sight; it s not often you can get that kind of person service anymore. I came here on an emergency spark plug situation a couple months back. They were able to see and fix my car asap which was so helpful and the staff was super nice. They even checked in several times to make sure things were still working. I regularly have issues with my car and this is the best deal in Cincinnati (cheap + fair). Pay with cash! Was given a $150 estimate, sight unseen, for a catalytic converter patch job ( which was accurately requested and described in advance ). After waiting for 2 weeks to get in, was given a $2300 quote to replace the entire exhaust system. Vehicle was repaired later with an unconventional patch job which was satisfactory by another garage for $225. I assume a miscommunication somewhere, not sure? Those are the accurate facts. Sorry for the incorrect opinion earlier. It was not fair and I apologise.

Took a lil longer than I hoped but looks like my car is back up an running.Update. Car runs better than it did before I dropped it off an my check engine light is off. Please let me know if it's safe to return the O2 sensors I bought. Plus somehow my heat now works. Good lookin! Never seen an auto shop go the extra mile!!
