We purchased a 2013 4Runner and the paint needed some attention, there were swirls, scratches, and tiny rust specks from brake dust and the like settling on the paint. We took it to Brandon for a paint correction and ceramic coating, and could not be happier with the result. Brandon is a perfectionist, and has the car looking like new! He definitely went above and beyond my expectations. He updated us throughout the process and was great to work with. He only uses the best products in the industry, and his pricing is very reasonable as well, especially for the end result. I'm taking my car to him next month for a ceramic coating. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for detail work.

After not being able to get into Car Shine, before I left for chicago, Brandon said he could get me in immediately. This was my first time to his shop. I paid the most I've ever paid for windows to be done, but to clarify I had the front windshield done with a clear heat shield which is a pretty cool product. When some long bubbles showed up on the rear window and on the rear side windows, I actually went back to Dana at Car Shine to have them redo the car because I just didn't want to deal with Brandon's again. I was ready to pay for it all over again, but called anyway. Brandon's is probably a great guy, but unfortunately they need someone to manage customers and the shop. It takes a different skill set to do the physical work vs the customer service work. The customer service is horrible and even when you are the paying customer you feel like you are an inconvenience to them. They did redo all three of my back windows, but it looks like I've traded one or two long bubbles for several small bubbles. I won't go back but for the $400 I paid to have my car done, nearly double what I've paid my other shop, I expected better. At best, I expected to not be blamed for my own car windows not being done well because I waited on my car in the shop. My impatience cost me big time and I'll still probably have to redo the rear window again. Even if they offered to do my rear window free a third time. I'm not going back.

Brandon does awesome work! He has done 5 cars for me now over the years. He is very professional and explains everything for you to understand what your buying and how to to take care of it. I have recommended him to several friends who also received the great quality.

Brandon recently completed work on two cars for me. The first job was paint correction and ceramic coating on the body of a 2010 BMW 335ix. The second service performed was a clear bra and ceramic coating on the body wheels and tires on a 2017 BMW M2. Both cars look absolutely amazing and I am very satisfied with the quality of the work. Brandon was very meticulous and takes great pride in his work. Additionally, both cars were completed when promised. I would definitely do business with him again.Service: Paint protection

We are thrilled with the results on our RV. When I took it to Brandon for an estimate we saw that it would not fit under his 9' 6" door. Instead of turning us away, he check with some of his contacts and found a site where he could do the work. The finished results look great. Lots of privacy in the living area of the rig and the cab area is much cooler. Don't know the temp drop, but it is a noticable difference. Highly recommend Brandon. I called on very short notice and Brandon was able to get me in right away. I had him remove the tint on my husbands truck that was already on there when he bought it. I was in a time crunch with my husband always needing his truck for work. I took it in and he had it done in about two hours. He educated me on the various types of window tint that he uses which is only high quality materials. This is something I'm thinking about down the road for my own vehicle. He did an awesome job getting all the tint off without a trace of int or glue to be found. My husband will be thrilled since this was a late Christmas gift. As far as the other reviews about pricing, this might be why Brandon charges a bit more because his materials cost more. He uses the best tint materials available. I will definitely go back when I decide to get my window tinting done. Thanks Brandon for a great job and the exceptional customer service!

This is one of those places where the owner still does the work. You cannot beat that. Yes it's great when owners are able to kick back and just supervise, but when they still are there on a daily basis doing work , that will be the best work you can get. Brandon is a true professional, I've had many window tinting jobs done to many vehicles I've owned in the past I have to say these are the best I've seen. I didn't have anyone to come get me and he allowed me to hang around in a very comfortable couch, and wait till it was finished. His staff is courteous and professional as well and they do great detail work. This is definitely the place to go in the Blue Ash area for detail and window tinting No Doubt. You cannot go wrong here.

I've had 3 cars have their windows tinted here (Inifniti G37 and two Tesla Model S's) and they've always done a great job at reasonable prices. Brandon only sells the high-end heat-blocking film, and it makes a big difference in interior temperature. My wife noticed a slight increase in battery range after the film install due to less load on the AC. Highly-recommended.Services: Heat control window films, Vehicle window tinting

Very professional and the quality of work is outstanding. Brandon is not going to kiss your ass and he is very straight forward and to the point. Brandon will take your vehicle and treat it as if it was his own personal car every time. I ve personally seen his amazing detail work. If your the type of customer that needs coddled Brandon is not for you. He will however perform what ever service you hire him to do to your vehicle with the highest standards and quality you will find in the Cincinnati area. He has tinted windows on all my vehicles and will continue to do so every time I get a new one.

Brandon is the best in the biz. He has now tinted the windows on 3 of my cars and I will continue to bring him business. I am not sure why people are complaining about his customer service. Brandon stayed until 9pm on a Saturday night in order to finish tinting my windows. He cares about each customer individually and tries to make sure all of his customers are satisfied. I strongly recommend this place!

I have thoroughly enjoyed driving my model X Tesla for more than 18 months. The front glass is beautiful, but lets in a lot of heat and so much sunlight I keep visor hats in the car for me and my wife. A major weakness of the interior is the sun visor. Recently I had all my windows darkened with a material that also cuts infrared heat. The results are amazing. Better vision and contrast with less glare, much less need for visor, hat, or even sun glasses. I am also totally impressed how much easier it is to cool the interior, and that even my black dash board does not get hot in the very warm sun even when I leave the car. Brandon and his crew did amazing work the Tesla X front window alone presents serious technical challenges. I am totally pleased with his recommendations and workmanship.

I ve known Brandon for years and he s done plenty of window tints for me. I just bought a new Jeep, at a substantial investment, so I took it to him for the works. He did the ceramic coating all the surfaces, tinted the two front doors and windshield. Then sealed it all including the bumpers and fender flares. He even took the spare off the back and did the paint you will hardly ever see. I couldn t be happy with the price the quality and the quick turn around.Anyone looking to get their ride done just remember. You aren t always saving money when you get it done cheaper. I don't know what that comment about Brandon not having any customer relations skills is talking about: Brandon even drove me to my office after dropping off my car! so.. customer service; Brandon has it! He is a good guy!He's a straight shooter and a no BS kinda guy.. he does what he says and backs it up with an excellent product!!So; Brandon has don (3) of my cars now.. Each time its better than the last!This guy knows his stuff! and he's efficient and VERY fair priced...In my opinion I wouldn't take your car ANY WHERE ELSE to have tinting done...AND: he now offers this ceramic film for like the inside of your windshield.. this stuff is f-ing amazing!! cuts out not only the heat of the sun.. BUT it cuts out all the UV rays and all the nasty rays the sun kicks out to dull your interior... no need for a silly cardboard windshield screen with this stuff on... its amazing!! i couldn't believe the difference!!So WORTH THE extra $$!!!Bottom line; Brandon's Auto Tinting and detailing.. for either service.. this is the guy to go to....I know the next car I get.. Brandon will do that too... I would not trust anyone else!Todd G. K.

Highly recommend! I had no issues from start to finish and Brandon was very helpful when I picked my car up and told me everything not to do and how to clean the windows correctly. Also the tint looks amazing! Brandon s will be who I recommend to family and friends from now on!

Brandon did a great job. He was very helpful, informational and ensured I had all my questions answered before I made a decision. He walked me outside and showed examples of how the product would look on a few vehicles. He also gave recommendations based upon the style of my windows.Lastly, I paid the extra for the ceramic film. I believe it is worth every penny. I often take lunch at a park near my work. The sun light is hitting me, but I do not feel the heat from it like I did prior to the ceramic film. I have also noticed my A/C does not run as much to cool the car. I am not a mechanic by any means but I am pretty sure that will increase my fuel economy. I would highly, highly recommend the ceramic film.

Did a perfect job on my Honda Fit. The ceramic blue blocking window tint in the front window works amazingly (Do not need to wear sunglasses to drive most of the time anymore) and was well worth the cost. Owner even threw in some free upgrades on my other windows. I could not have been happier with the cost or result. Definitely try them out.

In the past couple years I have had 3 vehicles done by Brandon and his staff. He has tinted them all, with excellent and quality results that have stood the test of time. He has also detailed one of my vehicles inside and out and it looks better than when it was new. Initially, I can see how other reviewers on here might feel put off by Brandon's way of doing things. His is a smaller shop and he is always busy. He always has customer cars to do and is trusted to do many of the vehicles from Kings Automall. That in itself should tell you what a good job he does. So, any time he answers the phone or has to stop what he is doing, he could sound rushed or maybe like you caught him in the middle of a job, because you probably did. Imagine how many tire kickers he has to deal with, so unless you are there with your car and cash in hand he probably won't seem like the best dude in the world. BUT, it's worth it. Take it from me. Take your vehicle there, tell him what you want, drop it off and he'll call you when it's ready. You WILL be satisfied with the results. If you aren't, or think something needs a slight adjustment he will bend over backwards to assist you. Or, shop around other places and pay more, and get substandard work. Up to you!

This review covers two issues; Brandon's persona and the quality of his establishment's work.I was referred to Brandon by a leading luxury car dealer. Brandon does the detailing for all of their used cars, getting them ready for sale. My thought: if he's good enough for THIS dealer, surely he'll be good enough for me.I hesitated briefly when I read some of the e-mails on the net.Admittedly I am too demanding and exceptionally difficult to please.Bottom line: Brandon's persona? He is very direct. He moves quickly and he works hard. I can see where some people are looking for a softer version ... that isn't Brandon. Don't expect it. He is almost abrupt. Almost. I LIKE his directness.Regarding pricing: it wasn't fair of me to ask him to price a detailing job on a luxury SUV over the phone ... but I did. He warned me how much it could be. When the job was done, it was a bit less than he quoted me. NO SURPRISES (actually a small pleasant one). That left me room to tip his guys. Side note: if you are considering having him do a tinting job, you might be wise to bring the car in to properly price it.Regarding the actual detail...bottom line: the SUV was recently purchased and it was flat out filthy. Truly. The leather seats were REALLY dirty. The carpets. Dirty. The far back had a LOT of dog hair. When I got the truck back, it was remarkably clean in comparison. Was it perfect? No. Was it an exceptional job? Absolutely 100% yes ... so much so, I am taking my two other cars to him.In conclusion, if you are looking for a high quality detail by someone I found to be honest and competent, Brandon may well be your guy. He is for me. I intend to bring our luxury SUV to him every 6 months.

Brandon tinted my focus ST and he did and amazing job! He was very caring and had phenomenal service and got the job done within a very reasonable window. He definitely knows what he's doing and is one of the best in the business. I would definitely recommend all tinting needs to Brandon!

Dropped my car off on a Saturday the only day I was free to drop off. He had told me he wouldn t be around on the weekend. Monday comes around I get a call at 3 my Escalades done got to my car was speechless got inside and immediately felt a difference in temperature! WORTH EVERY DAMN PENNY! PRO is in the name for a reason! Simply put...an AMAZING job on my 2012 KIA Optima SX. All lines and edges are cut PERFECTLY straight and the Premium tinting film used, makes all the difference. PURE QUALITY! The knowledge of his products and trade are vast. And he stands behind his work, too. Honestly, I shopped around for a better deal for months, but I always ended up back here. And I'm glad I did. Brandon was also very accommodating to my scheduling needs. Closed Sunday? Not for me. Drop-off by 10am...3hrs. later...DONE! HIGHLY Recommended!-Chris H.Cincinnati, Ohio

Extremely disgusted with this place. I made an appointment and went in to check my appointment time due to the fact I forgot. I came in contact with a man at the front desk and at the time I did not know he was the owner. I asked the man if he could check my appointment time and he said he had an ill daughter and had to go. I then said I understand sir can I reschedule he said didn't you hear me when I said I had an ill daughter. I asked to speak with a manager he said he was the manager and would not provide services for me due to my profession. He then told me to leave. It was so far beyond unprofessional I've never had this happen to me. I sat in the parking lot in my vehicle Gathering my thoughts while another couple walked inside and I watched as the man helped them with their vehicle needs. I should have research this place before coming but as I see some of the other reviews it would have gave me warning of what I was getting myself into. Even as a private business owner I don't think this Behavior it's acceptable let alone denying People based on what they do for a living. The only reason I'm selecting one star is because it won't let me post my review but, if I had the option I would not give this place any stars.

Called to get a price and was VERY arrogant. He questioned if I called there before and then went on to explain about film he sells (which btw is the most expensive film there is I know this because I have it on my vette). After telling him I already knew about ceramic film he continues to tell me about it. He tells me about the film I have on the car from the factory and how bad it is. I just called to get a price on film not for someone to question what I want or have. STAY AWAY!!!

This was not a good experience when I had a booked appointment. My vehicle was considered a nuisance since he was too busy with other jobs to get to it. If this info had been shared, I would booked the appointment at a later date. Unfriendly and unprofessional customer service and attitude. I left with my vehicle and booked with a competitor down the street.

I have never had anyone ever chase me out of a parking lot before; but nonetheless that s what happened to me today in Brandon s Pro Window Tinting Shop. Was sat in the back of the parking lot, nearest to Deerfield Rd, for all of 3 minutes when an employee came out and told me you can t be here, private property get off the lot. Simply parked in the back of the lot taking a quick phone call and admiring one of the clients cars (Lamborghini Urus) from a DISTANCE, and this occurred. Never once have I ever had someone treat me like this, especially not knowing if I was there for their business. Very rude. Very disrespectful of this employee and they should be ashamed of themselves for the way they treat their clients, especially if this is a regular occurrence.
