Courteous, transparent and professional crew. I brought in a car I recently purchased and found out that my brake pads were in great shape but the rotors will need to be changed soon. I appreciate that they didn't try to oversell me on anything and were open and honest about what to watch out for when it will be time to come back. They also had one of their mechanics check out an oil leak during the inspection and they brought me out and showed me everything to see for myself. The head mechanic and assistant manager were top notch and a really nice and helpful all around. Happy I found this place and would recommend them to anyone :)

Great customer service! Damon was very helpful with explaining what needed to be done and the price breakdown. He actually took the time to sit with me and go over ever detail of the process which I greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place!

This was the best auto service experience I have ever had. Not only did they not try to sell me on additional services, they only serviced what needed to be done and saved me money! I was also able to wait for my vehicle because they were so quick with the service. The manager Josh kept me informed and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend this location.

I was hit with the bait and switch at bakes for less!! Was quoted on the phone 159.99 taxes included for front breaks, they ended up charging 199.00$ . Then started saying I need all this other stuff done taking off my back tires till I stopped them saying I came for front brakes nothing more. I m a very un satisfied customer a will never go back there. I was there from 10:30 am till 1:45 pm while others came and went. Their staff member was rude starting an argument telling me what I could and couldn t say about the situation and their company. Brakes for less is a ripoff!!!

Not impressed with this company, went for brake inspection brakes had low pedal feel, selected middle package special, appointment @9am , At 10:15 was told all rotors and pads are bad, quoted me premium package price of $1015.. Immediately tried to upsale me even though I selected my package services, every customer that was there was quoted a price above $1000. One ladysquote was over $2000 my brakes had low peddle no noise, grinding, squeaks pulsating etc, I don't trust them, all other customers quoted prices refused service while I was there.

The shop is clean and the employees are nice. Beyond that this is a business for profit don't get it confused... I think I spent $200 more then I had to but I'll take that on the chin it was my fault. So I rode my brakes until it was grinding/ brake on the rotor(metal on metal) . Now I've been driving for over half my life it's not the first time I've been grinding. Never needed a caliber, until I walked in here. It was an up sale of course and even though I wanted the bottom tier brakes($199) I was told that the middle tier($299) had all the hard wear I needed now that my rotor and caliber needed to be replaced... Never the less I walked out a happy customer, Spending $470 with parts and labor and 40,000 mile guarantee on my brakes as long as it's not metal to metal and that's Nation wide at any Brake 4 Less... I will recommend this place for sure. I'll be back for sure..

I felt that the situation with the brakes on my vehicle was very professionally handled. I really appreciated the way they pulled all four tires off inspected all for brakes and call me back to see what I thought and gave me a price of what they can do and let me make that choice they were very, informative and kind. Very nice. Thank you.

EXCELLENT experience!!!! I had my brakes repaired at the Glenway Ave. location on 09/09/23. Joshua the manager was welcoming, knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. He explained everything to me in a way that I felt very comfortable & trusted what he was saying. He did not try to pressure me to buy more than what I needed. Although I did decide to get the front done at the same time as the back even though they had a few more months of life on them. It was worth it to get the better deal on all 4 at once rather than coming back again soon. Plus there s a warranty on them! All of the technicians were very kind, professional, skilled, and efficient. They all took care of my needs & treated me with respect. And the work was completed sooner than I expected! I couldn t ask for a better experience & I will be returning when my brakes need service again! Huge thanks to Joshua & the Glenway team! I highly recommend!Service: Brakes

Came here and they didn't want to help me. It felt like I was begging them to look at my car. The manager tried to upsell me hard core and was very pushy. They just want to get out of there and I was an inconvenience . It said if you car is here before 4:30 we can help it was 3:50. I even told them I didn't need them to perform the work right there if they didn't want to. Just needed to know what I was looking at. I went up the street to Midas and they said that breaks4less was not being honest. I don't recommend anybody go here.

They got my ride stopping quiet and smooth as ever, and happened to catch a very serious rookie mistake the dealership made the last time they worked on my car during the inspection portion. First off .. the crew is awesome! The young lady that runs the show really knows how to do business. Entire staff is very knowledgeable and went out of their way to service my preventative maintenance issues. They did not charge me for something I didn't need. I'm totally impressed as I pulled in not knowing if something was wrong .. but took the time to listen to what I was experiencing.

Do not go to BREAKS FOR LESS.I am having issues with my front breaks ever since I had them put on. My car shakes everytime I apply them. I called and was told that I needed new rear roters. I had my rear breaks done around 3000 miles ago and have had 0 issues with the rear. Before I left on vacation I figured I would have my front breaks checked out. Turns out I needed new pads. I was told my roters were fine. Now my car shakes when I apply my breaks. I called and the said I need new rear roters. They didn't work on the back. Now I'm going to have to take it to the dealership have them look at the front and rear breaks. Do no go to BREAKS FOR LESS they will mess up your car. And they hung up on me on the phone. This place is a ripoff con men.I will be also filling a complaint with the BBB as wellDO NOT USE THIS COMPANYBREAKS FOR LESS on Gleenway or any other one

This place is great. They took care of my 2013 ford escape in no time. I won t go any place else for brakes. I work 3rd shift and they respected my time management, not many shops will even consider the customers non car related request. I had a great experience at this location the entire team is friendly, professional and knowledgeable about brakes and cars. They do an inspection on your brakes first before doing any work on it. I appreciate Damon for showing me what my rotors and brake pads looked like and providing information about what needed to be repaired asap and what didn t need to be repaired yet. Their prices are reasonable and they are very honest. I highly recommend this location.

not capable to replace break on a ford fusion.after scheduling an appointment, then dropping off my car for nearly 30 minutes, they called me back and said that they are not capable of replacing the breaks on the 2014 ford fusions.it would have been nice if they told me that when i was making they appointment for the service.

I recently had my brakes serviced by Tay and Damon and I must say, I was extremely impressed with the quality of work and the overall experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth and efficient.Damon was not only professional, but also very knowledgeable about brake systems. It was evident that he genuinely cared about providing top-notch service.The repair work itself was done with precision and attention to detail.
