I HIGHLY recommend! I was stressing out about the awful sound my brakes were making. Josh and his team did fantastic! There was absolutely no judgement and Josh explained everything in detail with what my car needed. I really appreciated their kindness and quickness! I will definitely be back.Thank you so much!

I got my rotors and breaks done for an unbeatable price! Josh was awesome at guiding me in the right direction and explaining everything. Cory was fast and precise. The work they did was as wonderful as they are! I would recommend them any day and I am telling everyone I know to go there!! THANK YOU JOSH AND CORY!!!!

My first visit ever. Josh the manager explained the free estimate. He was very friendly and professional. He explained everything needed and he saved me some money too. I highly recommend Brake s 4 Less, ask for Josh!

Fantastic service and price. Plus, I was in AND out in under 1.5hrs. Wow. They have my future business absolutely. The manager Josh was great & was very honest with what our car truly needed. How refreshing in 2023! Very pleasant experience. We will definitely refer them to friends & family. A+++++

I called around 9 o clock, Made an appointment for 10 the same day, and I was in and out before noon with four new rotors and pads. The Wi-Fi in the lobby was crazy fast and I enjoyed getting some work done while I waited. Regional manager was covering that day, his name was Tim. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and explained everything and gave me options. They even let me keep the old rotors for Scrap Metal, I will definitely be back next time I need brakes.

Excellent service! Gave me the proper recommendation for what my situation was, were not pushy, and got my car done in about 4 hours for a full set of new pads. Highly recommend, and the price was fantastic with what I got.

Revised*This place is a huge scam don't do it. Told me I needed a $1200 brake and roter. Job didn't even need new brake pads. I don't think the even pulled off the wheels to look at it before they quoted me. Told me all 4 rotors were beyond repair and 2 deeply gouged. In reality not one of them was . Do not recommend if I have the opportunity to leave A 0 I would.So I'm leaving my original review as I don't agree with thoughts or practices here but Josh did reach out to me to see what had happened. I appreciate the reach out however it doesn't do much to change my opinion.

Great experience. Showed car with inspection results. Explained options, etc. Needed all pads but only two rotors. (could have told me four and I would be no wiser). Work done in short amount of time. Took second car for free inspection, but was shown that nothing was needed at this time, so off I went. But when it is needed I will be back for the work. Had an appointment for my car. Dont fall for the 199 to 399 deal. It's a scam. Got ti my appointment and wanted me to pay 1300. They said that the brakes were too damaged for them. All you do is remove and replace exactly what the ad saidService: BrakesService: Brakes

I called the main number. They asked which location. I told them. They asked what kind of car. Told them and she immediately said they do not have any parts for that car. It's a Mitsubishi, not an exotic car. They transferred me to the location(Beechmont). Nobody answered and they wanted me to leave a message. Ordering parts off Amazon and doing it myself.

Better than 1300$ but you get what you pay for. Did the front brakes OEM , factory, the back was Brakes 4 Less look at the difference in brake dust. Same wash cycle. Very heavy brake dust. Doubt these will hold up. First is brakes 4 less brakes from the back second is VW OEM brakes from the front. Chinese brakes from brake 4 less.

I had a neighbor replace my brakes and charge me out right to much for labor just for the pads. I came here after having been ripped off for brakes. The owner Joshua was very sweet and very willing to work with me getting my car back on the road safely. I can't believe how cheap it was, I should have came here in the first place. This is the cheapest place around for brakes I highly recommend bringing your car here not only cheap but the owner himself is truly humble which you don't see everyday.

Store Mgr Josh did a great job,at the Ohio pike location testing and explaining services to me that the vehicle needed or not. Honest quick professional service will have me returning again. Finally found a honorable auto shop and certainly beats going to the (Stealer'ship) where they are motivated to get you to Trade your vehicle instead of repair. A+Service: Brakes

Went to the beechmont shop to get my brakes put on today. Had my brakes, drums, and hardware kit so I was going to pay the 150$ which is a fair price. The guy that was going to do brake job was Cory. After he disassembled he looked at brakes and saw that the brakes didn't need replaced. Cory had me come to the van and explained to me with measurement tool and explained to me they are about thick as new. He did mention to me withouttrying to be pushy at all that he would be happy to replace but not necessarily.Nice that Cory was so honest and 100% professional. I will tell everyone about my experience. I drive a ice-cream truck and I deal with a lot of people.

Dropped my car off at 10:30 and it was ready in 2 hours. Tire Discounters wanted over $600 more to do the same job. Everyone at this location were great and I'll definitely be back

Got my brakes and rotors replaced here, came out to $784. Guy didn t tell me until AFTER the service was completed that I had only gotten the basic package for my brakes. My brakes still sound horrible and my rotors would have been a hell of a lot cheaper if I had just gone to autozone. Never going back here again and I suggest you not waste your money.Service: Brakes

I was confused why the Breaks-4-Less in Cherry Grove was not 5 stars on Google--until I realized the negative reviews were for other locations. ALWAYS check that Ladies: NO PRESSURE TACTICS (if you know, you know). No one is going to fear monger you that your car will far apart any moment if you don't spend $$$ amount "just to be safe" (again, if you know, you know). I waited in the lobby while my husband's car was worked on (I was alone). Lobby is clean. The owner, Josh, was honest to me on time. Car was finished in under 2 hours, and I went in on a Saturday. I plan to go back for our family's car needs regarding breaks.Service: Brakes

Steer clear if you can!! Our old brakes that we had replaced didn't squeak or squeal nearly as much as the ones they replaced them with. We payed close to $400 for the upgraded package that they recommended only to have squeaky LOUD brakes a couple weeks later. Now we currently have a burning brake pad and a shot brake hose that needs replaced, costing us $400, probably thanks to them. It's worth spending the extra money and going to a dealership or elsewhere period.Service: Brakes
