NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!I brought my brand new car in to fix a small dent in the passenger side door and touch up the paint. What should have taken a week took a month and a half. I will say that they did provide a loaner after having my car for 1 week and I am appreciative about that however how my vehicle was treated is the issue. It took them 5 times to get the paint done right without eyelets and fisheyes. During the painting my windshield was cracked and a large glob of paint dropped on my passenger side fender. Once those were fixed I noticed black finger prints on my light grey leather interior and a new scratch on my driver side fender. They cleaned the interior and tried to buff the new scratch but it is still visible. They said there is nothing they can do about it and it isn't their responsibility. I said there were photos of the car taken when it was dropped off and that scratch wasn't there. The manager acted tough and said prove it, show us the photos. I will be contacting my insurance for the photos and go from there. I can honestly say this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I treated their vehicle with respect and kept it clean and in perfect shape however my vehicle was not treated with the same respect. Never take you vehicle here.

They repaired front end collision damage on my Rav-4., $11,000 damage. Even though they struggled with supply line problems and the Christmas holiday, I feel the car was done in a timely manner. The communication and discussions were prompt, friendly and helpful. I would happily refer them to friends, family and all others.

Dave Slocum and Tonya were fabulous to work with! We ve taken two vehicles in to them for body work and painting in the past 6 months and have had nothing but great customer service. Everyone is super nice and easy to work with. They work directly with our insurance company which made the process so much easier. We ve been very happy with the end results! We ll definitely use them again when needed!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Easily the worst vehicle maintenance/repair experience I've ever had. My car was in for some body work after having run over a tire on the freeway. They replaced my radiator, its mounting assembly, the AC condenser, and the transmission cooler. My front bumper cover was cracked and also required replacement. The initial quote was for 1-1.5 weeks, but they ended up holding onto my car for nearly a month. The reason? They chose not to send the car to the dealership to replace the oil pan (which is work they do not perform) while they were waiting for an OEM bumper cover despite my insurance allowing for aftermarket parts. I understand OEM means you can charge my insurance more money, but I'm your customer and I needed my car, as you well knew. They will not communicate with you unless you hound them with phone calls, and even then they give you the runaround. When I finally appeared in-person for a progress update, they finally sent the car to the dealership and magically, the next day, a bumper cover was in the shop to be painted. But that's not the end of this story. They broke my driver's window control module, and would have let me drive off without saying anything had I not noticed as soon as I got the keys and tried to use it. They did replace this for free, but they should have taken responsibility without me forcing their hand.Additionally, despite replacing the radiator, they left worn-out, leaking hoses attached which another shop caught for me. Furthermore, despite knowing this was all for a collision repair, they failed to perform an alignment. Another shop also noted that my valve cover gasket was worn and needed replaced. All in all, their customer service is abysmal, their maintenance practices shoddy at best, but irresponsible and dangerous at worst.Do not take your vehicle here if you value your time, money, and quality of service and labor.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

I have been fallowing up with team for more than 1.5 months but never got concrete answer on when car would be ready. I understand there were issues with logistics on parts but even after parts delivered , delivery date keep changing. Delivery dates here not postponed to days, its always next week. This is third time i heard car would be ready by next week. Expected better service. Would not recommend

Jason and the team at Borcherding Collision Center did amazing work repairing the collision damage on my Charger. Everything looked back to factory perfect. They were able to get my car in quickly and were great to work with. Great customer service, Great workmanship, all-around top-notch!! Very convenient to have Enterprise right there as well. Thanks to everyone at Borcherding for making this such a good experience.

The manager, tony Gillespie, is the rudest, most unprofessional man I have ever had to deal with in my life. This collision center took far longer than stated to fix my car. Upon receiving my car, it quickly became apparent that the quality of the work was well below sub par. I received my car with new dents from their parking lot, broken pieces on my car that were not previously broken, and an extremely rough, and poorly buffed paint job. Do yourself, and everyone you know a favor by never taking your vehicle here or recommending this outrageous business to anyone.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Service was okay, but the quoted me 2 days and it took 3&1/2 months. They told me I owe them nothing that insurance paid everything and then 5 months later claim I owe money. I don t recommend. You d be better off repairing it yourself. Worst experience I ve had with a repair shop. And good luck trying to get a call back. 100% wish someone would have told me to avoid this place at all cost!Service: Body & Trim

I have had my vehicle at the collision center multiple times and all I can say is WOW! My vehicle was hit from behind, twice, and I had to have the back bumper replace and painted. Not only was I impressed with the job that they had done but so was my husband, who used to do body work. The repair looked so good, it looked brand new again. It's obvious that everyone working there takes great pride in their work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that I know.

*this is not a sponsored reviewI had a light collision and had to fix both of my doors on the passenger side. The door was fixed on time and it looked great. The dents was fix so well it look like nothing had happened! During the whole process The new manager Patti was very helpful and very kind. I never meet the old manger but from the reviews I can see he pretty much ruined the company name. From what I can tell The new manager Patti is working pretty hard to fix the bad reviews and actually meant it. I'm pretty sure if you have any complaints she will work hard to try to fix it and make sure you are happy with it.

Got my rear bumper repaired and they got me in and out within days. There was some miscommunication with my car insurance, but the man who helped me got it all taken care of within hours.

We dropped our van off on January 22. It had no problems starting or running. It was rear-ended on the passenger's side as the other driver attempted to avoid hitting my car. We told the estimator that the insurance adjuster thought the vehicle was totaled as the passenger's side sliding door frame was more than likely racked from the collision. The impact from the wreck was strong enough to make the trim molding on the rocker panel beneath the door come off. The original "estimate" was $2000 making it worth repairing. After 2 weeks, my wife went to pick it up. The battery was dead. The sliding door hadn't been touched or looked at. The technician said the battery was old and the cold weather probably drained it from sitting for a day. This is the same battery that survived the whole winter up until then at sub-zero temperatures while parked at my wife's school for hours with no problems. The sliding door wasn't closed all the way and my wife refused to accept the vehicle. This is after $4,700 of repairs! Borcherding sent it to the Honda dealer to check out the hardware on the door. Since it's a 2006 we expected some wear and tear on the door hardware. Honda couldn't do anything with it because the battery was dead. I authorized replacing the battery. Honda checked it out and sure enough, it looked like a 2006. Except not the motor that runs the door doesn't work anymore either. Ironically, I have the same make and model of van that's 4 years older and neither both of the door motors on that work... Needless to say, Patti called me to tell me the van was done and I could pick it up, but the new battery was dead and she wasn't sure how I would get it out of there. This is also ironic because the battery was supposed to have died due to freezing temperatures and the age of the battery. It was neither freezing or old now. In this situation, the only people who didn't get screwed were Borcherding. The insurance company probably would have totaled the car if Borcherding's estimator had not given a fraudulent estimate and I would have received some compensation for the vehicle and bought a new one (although I know where not to go to get one now). And all of this would have saved me money on a battery and the frustration of driving a vehicle with a door that won't stay closed. Another piece of irony, I have a check from my insurance to repair the front end of the car, you can bet Borcherding will not touch my car or any car I own ever again.

I had a small but important piece of work that needed to be done on a bumper. Tony & his team were very accomodating & professional throughout the process and were able to quickly take a look, make an assessment, and do an impressive job on the spot repair. A good experience all around...convenient location, good customer service, and great follow-through. Give these guys a call when you need a good job on bodyshop work.

TERRIBLE! I was told 8 or 9 days for the repair to my truck. Worked out to where it should've been done on Friday. The Monday before I get a call we missed this in the estimate we will try to get it added to the insurance claim. Never did they let me know if they got it added. I called that Friday and asked about that and seeing when it would be done. Cody was the guy I talked to. He said it'll get painted end of day today or first thing Monday. And put back together Monday you should get it Tuesday. I called Tuesday because I still haven't heard anything. Different gentleman answers. I tell him my name he says blue ford right. He tells me that they were finishing up the paint job. Should get it tomorrow. Called Wednesday. Cody answers again. He says I don't know what happened. They are just starting the painting now. He says I'll call ya this afternoon to give you something better. He does he says it'll be ready tomorrow afternoon. I just called because if I'm getting it today I have to get it now. It's now 2 and I have stuff for work that I can't get out of and won't be able to pick up my truck that I was told would be ready Monday or Tuesday. He says it still has 2 hours left. We have to buff it and clean it. So when I let him know of my dissatisfaction with their service he starts making excuses. And then says well I did tell you tomorrow afternoon when we spoke yesterday. I said yes you did. You also said 8-9 days. Then Monday but probably Tuesday. The guy on Tuesday lied to me about it being in painting and it would be ready Wednesday. This is ridiculous. Don't use borcherding collision. They have no idea how to schedule out the work they have. Sometimes it sounds like they only have one person that knows how to do things so if he isn't available or gets bogged down it backs up the work that was supposed to be done on your vehicle. Very upset at the service provided. I was recommended them by the ford dealership which told me they do great work but now that I look at the reviews on here it doesn't seem so. I hope they at least did the job right but we will see if I ever get my truck back.

Our brand new minivan was hit an accident in March, 8 months ago. The entire drivers side had to be fixed. When we got the car back we noticed a small crack in the windshield. When we pointed it out, they got very defensive and said, "we didn't do it". Nobody said they did, but this was a brand new car with less than 5,000 miles on it when we were hit. We expected to get back a car that's in the same condition it was in before we were hit. In the meantime, The insurance says Borcherding just needs to fix it and send them the paperwork, but we're getting nowhere. In the meantime, we now have a crack the whole way across our windshield.

I had a terrible experience with this body shop. They took 4 times longer to fix my car then they promised and when they told me it was done the car was still not right. They didn't communicate with me at all as to what was taking so long and the work they did in the end was sub par. If you value your time and want your car back in a timely fashion I recommend taking it someplace else.

We have had work done here twice and both times they were professional and courteous, and the repairs were very well done. Cody was our service advisor on our most recent trip and he was very knowledgeable.

I Took my wifes car and my car in for repairs and I have to say that thier work and attitudes are terrible! Work is way below standard pratice, they repaired the fender on my wifes car and did a poor job and subsequenly the fender did not line up with the new bumper cover. There were 4 attempts to make it right and each time it was a little better, but never as it was! Tony the manager has no customer service skills and even managed to get into a heated argumnet with my wife, becasue on one of the four attempts she was told to bring the car back and it would only take 10min to fix, she was there for almost an hour with my child during lunch and my child was in tears, becasue she was hungry. I had to leave work, which is a 45min drive to pick her up and get my child some lunch! I was not happy with his lack of understanding and his smug demeaner about the whole situation. When all was said and done I am still not happy with the repair or Tony and CJ's attitude! Will NEVER use this shop again.

I had some damage from a mailbox jumping out and hitting my car ;) and brought it here. They provided a quick quote, worked with my insurance and had it repaired in just a few days. Great service, very polite and great work.

Other than having insurance issues, Jason Lloyd was great to work with and was realistic about what I could expect. The repair work on my 2017 Cruze was excellent.

Have Used Borcherding In The Past With No Complaints And I Understand That There Are Supply Chain Issues Right Now But, My Wife And I Were Told Conflicting Reasons And Status Reports Everytime Our Completion Date Was Extended (4 Or 5 Times), Was Also Very Disappointed To Find So Much Glass Still In The Vents And Floor Even After Borcherding Had The Vehicle For 30 Days...Service: Body & Trim
