Everyone was so friendly as soon as I walked in the door. Victor Andrews met me as soon as I pulled in without questioning where to do. He walked me through everything simply. I was also greeted by two others. One who told me there was hot coffee and chocolate in the lobby and to make myself at home, and another who asked how I was and if it family was doing well! I regret not getting my Buick here and will for sure be recommending this place and going here for all future vehicle needs. Service prices were extremely reasonable as well, and more economical than fast service shops! The last time I experienced such welcoming service was on a Disney cruise ship!

I have brought my 2022 truck here for standardization service and some warranty covered issues. The service provided by Case, and the other gentleman working at the front desk is Top notch. They make it easy and always keep you updated. I look forward to purchasing my Next GMC here and will continue to use the service department for anything related to my vehicle.

I always receive great service here. I went in on Friday morning because my service engine light had been on and they quickly diagnosed the problem and caught me up on my other regularly scheduled maintenance. Case was my service representative this visit and very clearly explained what they found and what would need to be done to fix it. I regularly do my oil changes here and they are always quick, efficient, and the waiting area is great for me to sit and do work. Highly recommend!

Best Service Ever. My service advisor Case Humason met me at the door, and promptly checked my car in. It was finished quickly and given back washed. They walked me to my car, so I wouldn t slip on the wet floor in the garage out of the rain. Truly 5 star service

I pulled into the service bay at 0950 for a 10 am appointment for tire rotation and oil change. I was in the bay with 5 other cars at the same time. I was initially thinking that this was going to be a bad sign and was in for a long appointment. I could not have been more wrong. I was met by an enthusiastic employee named Tony. Asked how my day was going and said we will get you going shortly. The employees were all working together to ensure smooth transitions. I was checked in by Case then Matt finished up the rest of the process. Chase apologized for the wait. There was no real wait from my perspective. My car was done before expressed completed time. Great experience, great communication and great follow up. Thanks again

Great service experience. Matthew M. was friendly, courteous, and professional. Service was done while I waited and the gentleman who brought my car to me offered to run it through the car wash without me asking. He even hand dried it. Thanks!

I was distressed that I could not open my car door with my key fob, the GMC app or Onstar I decided to have it towed to the dealer on a subsequent day. The tow truck driver was able to open the door with my key fob (go figure). I drive my car in and Matt was kind and understanding and check to see what the computer showed. There were various error codes so I left it for diagnosis and repair. The auto tech, Michael, called at about 7:30 to hear first-hand about the problem I experienced and to determine more info on how I use my car. He then requested permission to drive it over night to evaluate how it performed, essentially a quality check. I really appreciated the actions of both of your employees and will continue to have my car serviced at your dealership.

Our 2015 gmc terrain 2.4 went in for and oil change and they set us up with a three oil change deal! Service was fast and clean! My steering wheel and carpet wasn t left with oil change residue like other places. Staff was friendly and timely! Will definitely go back!

Spoke with a salesman for a week long about a Jeep grand Cherokee. Expressed my concerns about the air suspension. The salesman assured me that he had the mechanic look into it and that the truck rode just fine and everything worked. I traveled 3 hours to see the vehicle and within the first 5 mins of driving it realized the suspension was wasted. Huge waste of time and they had to know something was wrong with it. Gentleman was nice and communicative but they had to know about the suspension or just never had it looked into like I requested.

Would not recommend this service department. Needed to get the front seat of my Buick suv repaired. The quote for parts and labor was ridiculously high at $2000. The labor cost was $185 per hour. Went to another GMC dealership and will be getting seat repaired there for $900.with labor cost of $154 per hour. Clearly, Borcherding s costs are very unreasonable compared to other service departments for both parts and labor!

Both service technicians,Cage and Matt, were professional and exceptionally responsive to my needs and requests. Matt was thorough at checkout and Cage made sure to have some warranty work performed the same day I was there for the oil change. He was also the person who advised me of the special pricing for three oil changes which saved me a good deal of money! What more could I ask for? a good price, quick response and professionals who served me with respect!Services: Auto body & trim repair, General repairs & maintenance

On Sunday 9/10 my GMC Acadia developed an issue that needed immediate attention. I showed up at 7:30AM on Monday morning with no appointment. Dan took me right in with no hesitation. He also provided a loaner car. My issue was resolved by late afternoon and I was driving my vehicle by 3:30 PM. The service Borcherding provided was possibly the best service I have seen from a dealer in a long time. They were courteous, professional, caring, and know how to treat thier customers. I had a great experience buying my new Escalade. What you have to realize is that most dealers charge $500 to $1,000 for dealer prep and Doc fees. They charged me $290. Huge difference. Very successful Dealership and I can see why. Thanks again.

I purchased my 2015 GMC Sierra Denali here back in 2020. I get my oil changed and tires rotated here and every case manager and technician is always friendly and knowledgeable. It's quite a nice change of pace from what seems to be the norm in "customer service" lately. I had issues with my transmission last year, and Case was instrumental in helping me get this covered by my warranty that came with my truck. They gave me a loaner vehicle for the entire time that my truck was in the shop waiting on approval and parts.There are other case managers that have helped me and always answer my many questions, but they're names are escaping me right now.Everyone here is an integral part of keeping this company running smoothly and it's a pleasure to come in every time. Plus, their oil changes packages are a very good deal!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Transmission replacement, Oil change

Great service from start to finish! The staff was kind and courteous. We purchased our car from Borcherding and the sales staff and financial staff were awesome! When taking our car back for maintenance, the maintenance staff from check in to completion of repairs was just as awesome as everyone else we have encountered at Borcherding. I would highly recommend Borcherding!

It's always a pleasant experience with Borcherding Buick GMC! In this particular visit, we purchased a front camera and 2" lift for my 2022 GMC Sierra SLT from the GMC accessories site. Once both items arrived,the parts department called to schedule my appointment.Upon arrival, the team did an excellent job of explaining what services were to be performed, and kept me updated with service calls when it looked like it was going to take longer than the one day that was estimated. Really appreciate the open communication!The 2" lift kit went extremely well, but we were unable to install the forward facing camera due to an oversight during ordering (vehicle was not equipped with required towing camera package). The service team and parts team did everything possible to get me what I wanted, but it just wasn't meant to be without the additional equipment previously installed ($$$$). The parts department worked with GMC to return the parts (cancel the order for front camera) and get the funds reimbursed to my credit card.Overall, this is a great experience and I couldn't be happier with the customer service.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Tire rotations

Out of state buyer for new GMC Yukon. our salesman Chris was very attentive to our travel contains. We arrived, Chris took us to his desk while others looked at my trade. Signed a few papers, paid, did overview of vehicle electronics and out the door. Had a computer follow up a few days later to complete necessary paperwork for out of state title etc. Absolutely no stress from start to finish.
