Borcherding Buick has definitely earned the 5 star rating from us. Tyler Grove is a very professional and respectful salesman. We didn't feel pressured or rushed. I love how the dealership was transparent with the us about the 2014 Infiniti QX80 that we bought. They made every attempt to address any concerns we had, as well as made sure the vehicle was safe to drive before we purchased it. I can't remember the sales managers name but this guy treated me and my wife "EXCEPTIONALLY WELL". The virtual signing was a breeze and worked well for us. This dealership has definitely earned our business and I will consider them first the next time I am in the market for a car or truck.

We had our Saturn Sky in for service again this week and as we have come to know, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff in the service department is second to none!Case kept us up to date on the progress of the car and associated costs, while service tech Tony was extremely friendly and engaging. You could tell he loves his work and is focused on giving a great customer experience!

We just purchased a car from Borcherding and it was great! Josh W. was our salesman and he was awesome! Not many salesperson treat you with respect and kindness like he did. We did most everything online or through emails and it was great! I would definately buy from them again and highly recommend them.

Recently took my vehicle in for service because a service suspension light had came on and wouldn t go off. Thought this would have been covered under warranty as I was told by the salesman s Everything is covered under warranty . I guess that is my fault for not reading the fine print. I was charged $185 to hook up the computer and find out what s wrong with it. We have to start somewhere. I was called back by the guy at the front counter and he explained what was wrong with it and what it would be to fix it. I asked if he was sure that was the problem and he reassured me it would take care of the light. Almost a $1000 later, I only had the vehicle 2 weeks and the light came back on. I went online and googled somethings and found the problem. I m not a mechanic by far but I know how to trouble shoot things and think outside of the box to get things done. Very disappointed and would never return to get anything worked on.

I highly recommend Borcherding Buick for your car shopping needs. Ask for Paul Knighten, a very kind, honest sales rep who won t harrass you or try to oversell. He listens to all your needs and works to find the perfect car for you. This was pir second purchase from Borcherding and we ve been very happy with both transactions.

It was so much better working with Borcherding than the other GMC dealers that I had corresponded with.Josh was awesome to work and knew all about the vehicle. Josh helped set up all the technology and saved me a bunch of time.There was no playing around with add-ons on the quoted price. Same add-ons are available if wanted, but not pushed in any way whatsoever.Will use again if considering a Buick or GMC.

Best experience buying a vehicle. Salesperson was PAUL KNIGHTEN with excellent knowledge on the vehicle we were looking for. Paul was very polite and answered all questions we had about the vehicle we wanted to buy. There was no pressure to buying from anyone who worked there. Paul was very personable and respectful to us at all times. Paul showed us the whole facility, where service department was, etc. We were surprised as to how clean and well-kept everything was. We met Steve Camp, and Ben also, along with the other salespeople who were also very polite to us. Best experience we have had buying a vehicle for a long time. We would recommend this dealership with an excellent experience. Thank you, Paul Knighten, for everything you helped us with.

I received a call two weeks ago or so that I had one free oil change left. I came in and got the oil change last Friday, February 9. When I asked about the free oil change, they said it was on my old 2017 Yukon XL and cannot be used on my new 2023 Yukon XL.I think that is the worst service I ve ever heard since I ve been coming to the dealership since 2017. If this does not get credited or resolved, we will not buy any more cars and or do any service here again.

I have been looking for a new car for 9 months. Either I did not like the looks of another car or I could not get what I wanted on a car. On the internet I found the car I liked(2023 GMC Acadia) and it had what I wanted on it at Borcherding GMC Kings Mall. I was put in touch with Paul Knighten (sales person), he called and said the car was sold. I decided to go to the dealership and order a 2024 GMC. When I arrived, Paul and I talked about how long it would take to get a new Acadia.Paul introduced me to Steve Camp. Steve said maybe he could find a 2023 for me that had what I wanted. A day later he found me one.The car arrived two days later, and it was perfect. The price, discount, and trade went perfect to my liking. These two people went the extra mile to get me what I wanted, on the agreed time, and at the price we contracted for. Just can"t get any better. I spent my over $40k to purchase a new car with bad brakes and a scratch. Someone didn t check it before putting it on the lot and then I went through a difficult experience with service to have it resolved. I am almost one week post purchase without a new vehicle, in a loaner, in hopes of picking it up in a day or so. Very poor communication. I m 62, worst car buying experience ever.

I bought my first car a 2020 Lincoln MKZ. I dealt with Josh the car salesman and Brandon the sales manager. It was an awesome experience everyone was super nice. Josh did a great job showing me the vehicle. Very professional people and great experience. This dealership cares about their customers. I would highly recommend Borcherding Buick GMC:)

This is my second Lease with the same salesman, Chris Carter and he is excellent! Unlike other dealerships and sales representatives that I have encountered, Chris will not try to sell you whatever extra inventory he has on the lot. He works to make sure that you get the car you want with the options you want, at the price you can afford. The whole experience is extremely pleasant no pressure, just a very pleasant experience.David Parker once again walked me through the financing process and explained everything completely. There was no pressure to purchase add ons, just a additional offerings that I could choose from if I wanted.I live my buick, and I love the team at Borcherding Buick, that's why they are my first and only choice when looking for a vehicle.Thanks again for a great experience!

Everyone was kind and professional. The gentleman who brings the car around made sure to pull it under the awning due to rain. He proceeded to walk me to my car making sure to be there if I needed assistance. I have a bad knee so he was extra watchful over me. I really appreciated the kindness in his customer service.

My husband and I recently went shopping for a new car, we decided to stop and check out what Borcherding had to offer. Our salesman Mason Constable was very friendly and helpful. We also dealt with George the sales manager and Parker who was in finance. Everyone there cares about the customer, and if you are in search for a new or used vehicle go here! This is the best dealer I have done business with, especially when it comes to service. They are efficent and the waiting area is such that I can do work, while waiting for the repair. If it's service that will take a while, they have a driver who is most pleasant. Everything is exceptional!

We had a very tight schedule to get a car for my daughter. Of course, storms hit and delayed our trip to the dealership which further limited our time to shop. The staff was amazing! Lindsay greeted us and even had the car pulled up under the canopy so we could look at it without getting soaked. We negotiated a deal and they were very efficient with getting everything ready so my daughter could get to her scheduled event. In the meantime, my dad s battery had died and not 1, but 3 people came outside with us in the rain to help us get it started. They went above and beyond with the customer experience! Thank you Lindsay, George, and the entire team!

The atmosphere was great. Tyler was awesome he actually treated me like a person and not a quick commission check. He was every helpful and was quick on responding and had all the information I needed and he also made it so easy when it was time to come pick the vehicle up. Everyone at the dealership was so nice and helpful as well. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

Excellent experience working with Chris C. I cold called the dealership to ask about a car on their website and was connected with Chris. He didn t immediately have the info I was asking about but said he would get it and call back within five minutes. He called back within two min with everything I had asked for. I decided to buy the car and Chris was able to get everything set up within minutes and coordinated with the dealership team to have the car ready for me on my tight schedule. I was traveling from about six hours away so everything had to be perfect, and it was. Thanks Chris and Borcherding for a great experience.
