Brian and his team are awesome. I would recommend them to anyone 10/10. I needed a transmission for my vehicle and they took care of it quickly and seamlessly. I will definitely be back anytime I need work done on my car.

2011 Challenger...hubby's baby. Needed strong diagnosis for it not starting and these guys nailed it with a fuel pump recommendation.. they know their stuff. Back on the road asap and fair priced too! They have our business going forward. So glad we were pointed in their direction by Noah R! You people are solid! Thank you thank you thank you!!

The owner Brian Miller and auto staff were excellent in diagnosing repair needs for both my Dodge Durango and Toyota Highlander. My Highlander door actuator was completed within the same week, and the diagnostic on my Durango was thorough with next step details. I called Brian after taking my vehicle to a different shop and them wanting $500 dollars. He was able to get my car in shop the next morning, not only did he have it it fixed in hour the problem was couple bolts and cost me hardly anything. I already set up appointment to get some minor repairs my other vehicle as well! Always great to find a honest genuine mechanic. Knowledgeable and fair car mechanics here. They were willing to make tight schedule accommodations for me to help me with my car troubles and I appreciated that. They do honest work. I ve been to car mechanics in Cincinnati who did shady work and I trust these guys. They are honest with what they can or can t do.

Ever since moving to Cincinnati, I had been looking for a trustworthy mechanic. I am so happy to have found BM automotive. Brian has already taken care of two of my cars, and I couldn't be happier with the service he and his team has provided. He is honest and won't try to sell you on anything you do not need, the prices are the best you can find. Take my vehicle to Brian and the team for all my car maintenance needs. Awesome value, professional staff, and you won't ever have to worry about being overcharged or having work done without your prior knowledge. Highly recommend you check them out whenever time comes for oil changes, brake pad/rotor replacement, and just about any other repair!

I thought my alternator was bad and I got a call from the owner that it was just a battery! A lot of places wouldve charged me for both or upsold me instead he took care of me and even told me the other things to be weary of on my car in the future. i went to the shop right next door (planet caravan) with my aunt, and she accidentally locked her keys in her car. so, we had the roadside assistance come by. the nice fellow that came to help pulled into BM automotive's lot by mistake. whoever yall got at your shop came out, yelling that he had to move his car, that he's blocking the bays. it's gonna take a few minutes max to get the car unlocked. chill dude. so, a few minutes pass, and your guy comes back out super aggressive, almost getting in our faces, saying he's gonna get our geico dude's car towed and impounded. way too aggressively, man. seriously. chill. you'll live longer.

The BM Automotive Team really took care and did a great job on my car it needed a Cadillac converter replaced on it and some other few minor things it was done so fast and the quality of work that was done was phenomenal there really good at what they do I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this shop I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!!! :-)
