Jacob was our sales person. Addison was are demo person. They was very Awesome. Everyone here is very warm and inviting. We got a 2011 Cougar. You are like family now . Rich was awesome with getting everything we needed. Steven was awesome in finance as well

They were able to match competitor pricing. That was really nice! Steven did our financing and he was very honest about several options acailable to us. We got the lowest interest rate possible. That's very important to us. Addison was open to hearing the wants and needs in a camper for our family and met both. In life that doesn't happen very often. Kyle took us through the camper and mentioned very important things to remember. Everyone has been wonderful. As happens with most new things... we had questions after we started setting up. They answered every question. There we a couple issues that are being resolved. I will update this review when those are complete. So far, I couldn't ask for more.

Steven made everything so easy in obtaining our financing and making sure we had the right warranty for our needs. He was quick and precise in getting our paperwork together. Aline was absolutely awesome and so knowledgeable and found us the perfect unit that had just came in on trade. Kelly was fantastic in explaining everything in a way we could remember throughout our demo. We also thank Sandy the receptionist for referring us to the right place! We could not be more happy with our purchase!

We had an amazing experience at Blue Compass RV. During and after the purchase of our Imagine camper, every employee who helped us was knowledgeable and friendly. I want to give a shout out to Aline, our sales rep.,Steve/Brandon our finance guys, Kelly who went over the ins and outs of our camper, and Jesse who showed us how to hitch the camper to our truck. I would highly recommend this place if you are considering purchasing an RV!

Unbelievable experience! Highly highly recommend this place! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Nancy was our sales associate and she is phenomenal! Kelly was the guy that did our demo and he is hilarious! Very very very good experience. This company stands behind their sales and will take care of everything! Ask for Nancy if yall go! Phillip was the numbers guy and he is also extremely amazing! Once again, I highly recommend this place!

Steven, Nancy, and Jessie are totally amazing to work with here at Blue Compass. They walk you through the process with no worries. Test drive was great and the roads were what you would encounter on the roads. Steven has went above and beyond to get all of our paperwork completed with ease. Jessie did an awesome job showing me walk through. Nancy is the best salesperson in my opinion. Come to Blue Compass for all of your needs.

Wanted to say THANK YOU to the team at Blue Compass in Colerain! We had a great purchasing experience with them! Aline is an amazing sales guide and lets you go at your own pace, never pushy, always answered our questions and made herself available to us. A shoutout to Phil as well (one of the coolest finance people ever). Kelly and Kyle walked us through our demo, both were highly knowledgeable and set our mind at ease. Sarah, Andrew, Steven, and Kelly all worked at different times to help us find exactly what we needed for the best deal. We were walked through the operations of the RV, given suggestions for when actually using it, given great directions during our test drive, and the financial aspect was a breeze. Steven, Matt, and Kelly Steven were really good with making payments the price I want to pay .Matt had everything ready when I arrived and was very helpful over the phone. And Kelly explained everything I needed to know about the unit and was very comprehensive. Steven is the most honest finance manager I have ever met!

Steven was helpful in getting us a great rate in this high rate market. He also helped us with protecting our motorhome and was informative on warranty options. Aline was not forceful and was not a pressure sales person. We loved that about her! She was fantastic! Kelly did our demo and made sure we had fun as well understand how to use our new motorhome. Overall this was a stress free and no anxiety purchase!

Excellent service! Great deal! Everyone was so kind and friendly. I ve dealt with a lot of dealers and these guys don t give you the sleazy/corporate vibe like the big boys (CW or General). No hidden charges. No pressure. Honest negotiations. Shoutout to Big Al (sales), Jesse (walkthrough/prep), and Steven (finance). I drove 5 hours to deal with these guys because of their pricing and service!

We had some issues/miscommunications about winterizing our camper before we took it off the lot. Once in our spot we tried to use the heat and the toilet started flowing everywhere! We realized the camper had not been winterized. I spoke with the sales manager Brandon and he was so helpful and sent Cecil out to winterize our camper on site! Cecil was incredible and was very knowledgeable about the camper and the winterizing process. He helped us get everything in order and took so much stress off of us when it came to making sure that the camper was set up for winter. Thank you so much to Brandon, Laura in service and our man Cecil. It is so nice to know that if we have issues someone will be there to help out.

Sales department was fantastic when purchasing my 2022 Jayco. However I then had some issues with the camper that were covered under warranty. Called to make an appointment and had to wait 3 month for an appointment. Dropped off camper for warranty repair and the unit sat on the lot for 22 days before finally being looked at. Most importantly was the refrigerator not working when connected to campground power but would work fine when connected to truck. Laura and the service techs inspected the camper and told me the refrigerator was fine. Also other warranty repair parts were order at that time. Front left corner of camper was also damaged while it was in for inspection4th of July weekend we went camping and the refrigerator was not working and $400 worth of food was wasted. Called a local mobile RV repair technician and he had issue diagnosed in 15 minutes for $100.It has been over 2.5 weeks since parts have been ordered yet I can still not get an update of when they will arrive. I have to call service multiple days in a row and then might get a text message in response. Attempted to contact part s department for an estimated arrival date and they tell me just to contact service.
