This place is amazing and Customer Service from all the guys there is outstanding. I ve been a customer for many years and they always take care of me. I just realized the other day when they were helping me with some thing with my truck that they do vinyl wraps not just car stereos, remote starters and tint. Wow I have been missing out because, they have great pricing and the vehicle looks out of this world amazing. Full vinyl wrap by an experience and friendly installer and they did tint too. They even worked several hours after closing on Friday to make sure they got the job done. Highly recommend And Customer for life.

I came in there with my pontiac and told them I wanted a decent sound system and a new radio. And I got the best bang for my buck no pun intended. The owner was so cool and very educated. I didn't get the young mans name that was talking about the rims that would look really good with my car but he was very knowledgeable as well and it didn't seem like I was pressured to buy things. Fantastic Customer Service and will definitely be back to have them install some new rims on my suv.

Great price 30 minutes top the man that did the window tint on windshield did an excellent job .Owner was awesome person . I went there a fews years back , and they did a great job as well , I recommend this place to everyone wanting tinted windows and windshield .

I brought in a dash cam to Big Papa's to be hard wired into my reverse back up light switch. The electrician, Brian, was very helpful in explaining to me why I didn't need to have the back up wire connected in order to trigger the rear camera to work. I wasn't comprehending what he was trying to tell me, but he took the time to explain it so I understood the reasoning. Thank you for your honesty, instead of taking my money for something that wasn't needed!

The team at big Poppa s did a great job on my 1988 Lincoln. It came with a pioneer deck and some pretty decent speakers, but had no power and I thought it was short of what it could be.. they said before replacing any speakers let s install a new amp and see how it sounds. It sounded awesome and they also removed a huge tangle of bad radio wiring and put all new wiring in. I could not be happier take your car here they will treat you well and in an honest way.

Well I never been their before , I gave them a solid 3 based off of word of mouth , personally I wonder if they do muffler deletes, I have a pair of super 10s I need installed .

I have had 2 auto starts added to my vehicles, 3 cars window tint, and the start/stop bypass on my new car- I wouldn't know what to do without these guys. Very knowledgeable about all cars and what is inside as well as under the hood and tires/rims!! If you need help with anything regarding the interior, audio, safety, rims, tires, auto starts, bypasses, etc...this is the place you need to be!!

Recently had my car tinting done here. Staff was friendly, prices they charged was reasonable. Tinting job done perfectly. I would recommend this place definitely to my friends for any tinting jobs.

First I bought adapters for my door speakers which they didn't use and they kept them. 2nd Power wire was not big enough and almost burned my car wiring harness up. Did not return factory speaker's. In the end had to take it to another shop to get the whole stereo wired. This is why I paid for quality not quantity!

These guys do great work, I've gotten 2 sets of subs installed by them and both times have been perfect. Listened to what I wanted and worked within my budget and it turned out great. I recommend them to all my friends who want work done and will come back to have my next car done for sure.

We'd just bought a used car, and needed the dark window-tinting removed. Big Papa's was recommended by our usual mechanic. They got us in the same day, did the job in a few hours, and charged a very reasonable price (compared to two other quotes I got). They did a great job!

Do not waste your money with this place. I took my wife's car there for a window tint job because somebody had recommended this place. I was supposed to get the car back same day, and I called them at 2:45 yesterday and was told that the car would be ready by 5:30. I get there at 5:30 just to be told they hadn't even started it and they would need to have it until the next day. I pick it up today and was not even offered anything as a discount for the headache of not having it done on time and losing the car for another day. The tint job is not the level I said that it was supposed to be. it is one of the worst tint jobs I've ever seen in my life with a million bubbles all over the car windows and tears that I can see in the tint. There are gaps in the tint film around rear windshield wiper connection, and various other areas. I will never waste my time or money with this shop ever again. What we got was not worth the $70 I saved because now I'm going to have to pay a reputable company to strip it, and then give us the tint job I asked for.

The salesman i worked with brushed me off and seemed he was more interested in a getting a sale then seeing what i wanted to get installed in my car. It almost felt like since a lot of people were getting their stimulus deposits that business would be consistent and i can take it or leave it. Ill take my business elsewhere where ill feel valued as a customer and to get more boom for my bucks.

Pros: Quick, same day service. Knowledgable about specific vehicles and unique challenges, needs and are able to articulate advice. Clean wire runs, put back together all trim and dash perfectly. Great idea to install amp under the seat after I inquired about wanting to maintain as much utility use of back area.Cons: crooked/misaligned placement of bass knob in XT5 pocket (small dashboard storage), didn't vacuum drill shavings, asked for additional length of speaker wire so I can shift box around in back of cadillac xt5, that didnt happen. A bit disappointing for a $450 install.With all that said, I would come back for future work. Just ensure to Inspect work performed before leaving.

I was quoted $1128.00 from one place went to Big Papa's and quoted me $570.00. And could install that day. Great service and Great employee's. Not just my truck but got me in with others. I will be back to get other side finished soon. Great Job

Terrible! Sold me dry rotted tires even after spending 1,600$ I would never come here ever again ! I feel like they saw me coming and sold me bad tires haven t had tires for 3 months and I need 2 new ones. Didn t offer any discount or anything. They have lost me as a customer! First last and only time for them to get over on me.

Was quoted 2-3 hours over the phone. Made an appointment for 5 days out. Showed up on time, was told 3-4hrs. Went away came back 4 1/2 hrs later, they haven't even moved the car yet from the spot I parked it when I left. Asked for an update, counter guy spouted a lie about how the car had a bar that had to be removed to get to the wiring... No bar near the steering column. Had 4 guys wanting some work done as well, waiting on my opinion. They won't be coming in and I suggest you don't either.

Prepare yourself for the longest wait of your life. I was told the tinting would take 2 hours. I also called ahead the day before and said that we needed to have it started right away due to needing going to work on time. I was promised it would only take 2 hours and to get the car there right at 10 a.m. when they opened. It took well over three and a half... my boyfriend was very late for work and neither of us will ever give them our business again. Terrible customer service and full of empty promises.Not to mention they scratched the dashboard and there is a permanent mark about 6 inches long. ... and finally the window tint itself has bubbles....DO NOT give them your business.

These guys were great! Car was done same day. Clean tint and stereo/speakers install. Very professional and cost competitive. Best selection and custom options galore. Will be going back!

Great place with decent prices and they know what they're doing. I doubted them at first but after coming back to get my car they ended up doing a way better job then I could've imagined. I still have to get my rear speakers replaced when I get them in the mail and you bet I'll be taking it back here to get it done!

I came here for a new audio system in my Jeep. As I left, the dash board fell off... they forgot to screw it back in... then they forgot to hook the A/c back up.... got that fixed after another hour in the hot parking lot. Came back for a back up camera, that I had an appointment at 10 am for, was told 1-2 hours... EIGHT hours later.. pulled out, dash board fell off.... camera was not centered... on way home found out that my hands free wasn t connected.... then discovered the Sub woofer wasn t reconnected either. I will forgive 1 misstep, but this is a sign that their attention to detail is severely lacking. I would not come here again.... an indifference to customer service is disappointing, on top of the fact that whomever did install is plain old incompetent
