I had a great purchase experience at Beechmont Toyota. Anatolii was great helping me. I didn t have a trade in, filled out all my paperwork online, and negotiated price before arriving. Was referred by a friend- and the Costco program referred Beechmont Toyota as well. Regardless, the price they gave me was better than my closet dealership in NKY by $800. Buying a car can feel like an arduous process, but it was about as easy as it gets. All prices reflected in my offer sheet were exactly what I received through the process (TFS finance rate), I dealt with Anatolii in sales and James in finance (I believe that was his name). There wasn t the hard sales in finance either on warranties and stuff. Easy process and respectful of my time.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience purchasing a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from this dealership recently. I came on a Friday evening to look it over on my own and decided I wanted to test drive. I went inside and was introduced to my sales rep Landon Edwards who was so easy to work with start to finish.After he gathered some basic info I was handed the key and given a suggestion for a good test drive route. When I got back from the solo test drive I said I wanted to sleep on it and think it over. The next morning I reached out via email to Landon and we discussed some details (solely over email, which was very convenient and pressure-free) and eventually arrived at a number out the door we both were happy with. He went above and beyond to make the numbers work and I greatly appreciated that. I came back in that Monday, signed the papers, and my freshly detailed Jeep was there waiting on me to take home.i also want to shout out the finance manager. I don't recall his name unfortunately, but he was so cool and helpful in explaining every piece of paper I signed and my finance plan. He's been doing the job for 21 years and it showed. He was outstanding and a pleasure to work with, the icing on the cake of this experience. Also had a great meeting with their insurance broker Dylan Hayward. Initially I wasn't interested in updating my carrier but Dylan was able to lock in an amazing deal that is going to save me $30 more per month than if I would have stayed with my current provider. I had him email me over the details the next day and was fully insured on my new plan the day after that.It's rare to be able to say you enjoyed a car buying experience but I wouldn't change anything about mine. They made me feel right at home and gave me the space and time I needed to make a good decision for myself and family. I really appreciate the care they showed me from the moment I stepped inside their building. This is how the car buying process should be. Thank you Beechmont Toyota!

I feel like I am wasting my time with this follow up post. I had a very poor experience back in November and didn t hear back from anyone after expressing my frustrations. Not sure what the point of leaving feedback is if nobody is following up with the customer.However on this visit they assigned me to Stacey who did an amazing job. She had my truck ready by the time that was promised to me and got me out quickly when I arrived to pick it up. I specifically asked for someone new for this appointment and Stacey did an amazing job!

My dealer, Logan Crouch, was very patient, not pushy and helped me to build what I wanted in a car. He let me know about how long it would take to get the car, as well as where it was being built! Over the period of time, he texted me letting me know of the progress and generally how much longer it would most likely take! I really appreciated that he kept in touch with me! I also knew ahead of time about how much it would cost. I am very happy with my purchase!!Everyone I had contact with at Beechmont Toyota, was really friendly and accommodating!!

We just got our new car yesterday. Our salesperson was Victor Coomer. He was great! Answered all my questions I had (even when I was probably asking too many). Any time I emailed or texted he was quick to respond. Got essentially exactly what I wanted (minus black rims). I am from Kentucky, so we drove 1.5 hrs to get there. The dealerships around us wouldn t even try to get me what I wanted. So, that is when we chose to look out of state. When I placed a deposit down, originally Toyota said 6-9 months for my car to arrive and we got it within 2 months. This is our second purchase with the dealership ( my husband got a tundra in 2020 which was equally a great experience). Thank you guys again! I am in love with my new car!

I had a fantastic experience working with salesmen Brad and Landon, they both helped me along the process of purchasing my very first vehicle. Although this can be a very stressful experience for many, they were both very attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I got the perfect vehicle for my needs. Both Brad, Landon, and his team patiently answered all of my many questions, they explained the features, and even took the time to demonstrate how everything worked. I was stuck between two cars and both salesmen were able to explain the pros and cons of both vehicles, which helped me come to a consensus on which was a better fit for me. Brad, Landon, and managements professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire process enjoyable. I left the dealership with my Toyota Camry and a big smile on my face, all thanks to this exceptional salesman's dedication and expertise. I highly recommend them to anyone in search of a great car-buying experience!I would also highly recommend speaking with Dylan Hayward, he is their Toyota insurance representative. Dylan was able to get me a quote and saved me $100 a month on my car insurance. The whole team at Toyota is amazing and so helpful! I will definitely be back to purchase another vehicle in the future.

I was accidently late for my appointment, but still treated with respect and welcomed by Jeremy. Jeremy kept me informed about the progress and my wait time was very short! Be warned. A few things. We bought the premium warranty that covers maintenance and oil changes. I bought the car in Sacramento 3 years ago. Since I ve been in Ohio, every time I take it in for its maintenance, they try to charge me for my oil change. Everytime I have to stand there and wait while they clear it up to make sure I m not a liar. This time I brought it in and asked him to check the thunk that has only happened a few times, but we re going on a long trip and I wanted it checked. It cost me $161 for them to pull a large rock out from under some shield under my car. They told me going in it was going to be $150 for them to look to see what the problem was. My thinking is that if a rock got up there, then that s a flaw in the design and shouldn t have to be paid for out of my pocket. There s never an apology. Customer beware, check everything yourself, because they charge for looking. Toyota 9the corporation) is not user-friendly when it comes to problems. So yes, $161 later. However, the service guy was very polite, the reports were excellent, but it was $161 to remove a rock that their design flaw let get up inside the area where there should be no rocks?!?!

Kyle, our sales person is top-notch. He was friendly and wasn t pushy. The service we received at Beechmont Toyota was second to none. We went to other Toyota dealers but they didn t acknowledge us on multiple visits. I would highly recommend Beechmont Toyota.

The entire car buying process as a whole was really good. The sales associate, Chris Bornhorst, was excellent to work with. Improvements that could be made at Beechmont Toyota is the amount of time it took to drive off with a new car (3.5 hours) and the car was actually less presentable after it was "cleaned up" (windows smudged, water on the floor mats, water streaking on the windows, etc.).

In late February, I drove over 2 hours from near Toledo, OH down to Cincinnati, OH to view a 2021 Honda Odyssey. Prior to making the drive, I spoke both on phone and via email with the sales consultant Landon about the vehicle and condition (asked specifically about dents, scratches, dings and vehicle color - online site shown as grey). He assured me it was in excellent condition.Upon arriving, the first thing I notice is a brown/bronze van. I asked Landon about this and his explanation was they use the same color as Honda - this was not accurate and honda does not describe that color as grey. Additionally, the vehicle had a lot of dents and dings not previously disclosed. The sales rep excuse was he must have overlooked them.All around, this was a complete waste of a trip and was quite upsetting. I sent an email to the team asking for a response and to talk with the manager and received no response. My advice, save yourself the time purchasing used vehicles from this dealer. Customer service rating 0 out of 100.

My buying experience at Beechmont Toyota was simple and effortless. Mr. Greg Hoodin was our sales person who I had got in touch with about a difficult to find new vehicle. He handled all our initial conversation by email, which was my preference. I really appreciated that as the information was easy to follow and track. He was very helpful and to the point, and I did not have to deal with any extra fees or options.The financing and vehicle pickup was also smooth and took less than an hour in total. The whole experience was as easy and transparent as it could be. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Mr. Hoodin for future purchases.

Easy and straight forward. Found the car we wanted, put deposit down for it and waited. Logan our salesperson communicated throughout the wait on timeline. Came in, did paperwork, walked out. Super easy and would recommend if you don't want the hassle of normal car buying.

Andy was professional, prompt, honest, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend. My only complaint is they offered substantially less for my trade in than CarMax and Carvana. Overall a great experience though.

How can you charge over $100 for a simple oil change on a 2021 Camry? I can get the same oil change at Kerry Toyota in Florence, KY for less than $80. This is not a Toyota price increase, this is a Beechmont Toyota price increase. How can you charge 20% more on the same service as another Toyota Dealership when you are both using the same oil and filter? Make it make sense Beechmont Toyota. Yes I understand inflation is a real thing, but this makes zero sense to me

We was so pleased with our new Corolla Hatchback and with the help of Ashley Hastings. She greeted us with a huge smile the instance we walked into their Showroom.We ordered a car in March and she kept us informed the entire time the car had an update until it finally arrived, which was on April 24th my birthday. Once there she made sure everything went fast & smooth including helping me set up my Apple Car-Play and made me a Happy Birthday - Car Day sign!We can t thank her enough for a great car buying experience at Beechmont Toyota.
