Horrible service! Past three times I've taken my vehicle for service they have failed to complete the task in a timely manner. My vehicle came back in worse condition one time (my brother had this problem once too). No one is willing to step up, lead, and take responsibility - always the line of "I'll have your service advisor reach out to you." This has never happened. In short, the service is so poor that I have not only become disgusted by this dealership, but the Ford brand as a whole.

Easy to schedule a convenient time online. Quick and efficient oil change and tire rotation. Tom in the Parts Department really went above and beyond in helping me order some accessories. He was patient, kind, and very accommodating. He's an asset to your business. Thanks again, Tom!

I had a really good experience here. I normally do all of my own maintenance, but I was happy with the service and speed here so I will be back. Mad appointment a week in advance, they had no wait when I got there, everything was smooth and on time, oil change and tire rotation in under 30 minutes, no pressure from service tech, perfect.

I purchased a Subaru WRX From this dealership October of 2022 and it has been nothing but CHAOS. This dealership sold me a vehicle that needed thousands of dollars worth of maintenance and took advantage of me because I'm young and told me it just needed a ac recharge. The vehicle needed A LIST of things not to mention I had to REPLACE the WHOLE AC COMPRESSOR. They cant even do maintainance on a vehicle that isnt FORD so they send me down the road to subaru and theyve been blaming eachother the whole time on whos fault this is. I am not happy. Ive had the vehicle nearly a year now and its been nothing but trouble. In fact i dont even wont the vehicle anymore. Its Sat in my driveway more than I've even drove it and now I'm stuck paying $500+ car payments for a BROKEN CAR. AS SOON AS IT GETS OUT THE SHOP NOT EVEN A MILE THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON ITS NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE THAT IS NOT A FORD FROM THIS DEALER.

Buyer beware even when you buy the Ford premium warranty, they will charge you $190 diagnosis fee on top of the deductible.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!Ole lady took her car in for maintenance (tire rotation, oil change , filters, etc. ) We we re told the tech was going to start the car that day and be finished the next. After waiting a full 24 hours we called and asked for an update. The service writer told us that the tech hasn t started on the car because of the Holliday and that it will get started today. He also told us that he would call back in a couple minutes with more information. Never called back so we did , car hasn t been touched still and it has been 3 full business days. I wouldn t be upset if they would have just made clear communication and not blame their techs for misinforming their customer.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I took my truck in to get tires balanced. Turns out it needs special balancing called "road force". They kept my truck all day without calling me. Finally I called them after dropping the truck off 9 hours earlier. They had an emergency that prevented them from balancing my tires and were just going to keep it and work on it the next day without even calling me. I complained to get my truck back that night and they said they would send a guy to my house to pick it up the next day and get it done. Haven't heard from them, it's been a week. First attempt to get service for the new truck. Off to a bad start.

I highly recommend Beechmont Ford for Sales and Service . My Service Advisor was Robert, he was great , very polite and made sure to keep me updated on my car while I was waiting on it for it to get serviced . Thank you Robert! You are awesome!

The girl who was scheduling was so rude and dismissive I said forget it. All I wanted was to see how much money it would be to fix my old car. If it was too much I was prepared to buy a new car there. But I ll never go back there!

I took my car in to the Beechmont Ford Service Center mid May to have a check engine light diagnosed and fixed. They quoted me $1000 which was no problem, I understand labor and prices for parts and all. I was told the parts had a two year warranty and if I had the same issue to return to the dealership and they would take care of it. A couple weeks go by and the check engine light comes back so I schedule an appointment at the dealership to get it looked at. Took my car in on Tuesday June 7. I was quoted an additional $750 after being in the dealership not even a month ago for the same problem. They told me that because it was a malfunction with a different part, the warranty would not cover the repairs. This made me wonder why this issue was not found the first time around. I reluctantly agreed to do the repair. I was told my vehicle would be ready for pickup on Thursday June 9 but I did not receive a call or notification saying it was ready so I decided to give it a day. I tried calling the service center 5-10 times throughout the day and did not receive a call back so I went to the dealership in person only for them to tell me the vehicle was not ready and to come back Monday June 13. Come June 13 the vehicle is still not ready and pickup date is extended to Tuesday June 14. Now would be a good time to add I was never offered a loaner vehicle while the repairs were being done to my car. UPDATE : Today is June 14th, pickup has been pushed back once again. Fingers crossed I can get my car back sometime in the next few days. UPDATE 2 : Today is June 15th. Pickup is pushed back for the 6th time. Day 8 and still no loaner car. Spoke with someone today and he said it could be in the shop for another few days. I just wish I was told all this in the beginning I may have gone another route especially for the price that I am paying for them to fix something that should have been fixed my previous time at the dealership.Service: Auto maintenance

Disappointed. Had to be sent to Beechmont to get a piece fixed on the vehicle that Mt. Orab (where I bought it) couldn't fix it. Scheduled oil change and body work to be completed in one day. They called when the part came in. Set appointment based on that. I had to call them to see if my car was complete only to be told I now have to take the vehicle back up there because the part was damaged. Nothing was checked prior to making the original appointment.

Milford Ford let me down repeatedly, then Ford in Florence let me down, beechmont finally completed the work that the others failed to do. Beechmont employees also treated me like a person and were very helpful.

This place is despicable!! A disgrace to the brand, not a service department at all. For the second time, I have had to take my car to the service department. Both times it was Ford's fault. The first time I took my car in was for a class action lawsuit. I was told they would have my car for a few hours tops. I did not get my car back for a week. Now my car is back at ford for a recall. Again, I was told it may take a day to get the job done. I called at 2pm to get an update and was told nobody has touched thenxar yet. The next day I wait until almost 3pm to call. Again I am told that nobody has touched the car. Mind you, I had an appointment set up for 9am. I was told while setting that appointment up that I'd have my car back within a day. Now it's been two days and nobody has even touched it. I'm infuriated with Ford service department.

If there was an option to rate 0 I would. I have been dealing with Beechmont Ford Sevice for several years now, since 2012 to be exact. I have purchased 2 brand new vehicles from them and to say I am beyond frustrated with the service department is an understatement. My vehicle was purchased in Feb of 2012 and was taken in only 3 months later for an issue with the air bag system. My vehicle was returned to me and I was told that the issue was corrected. However my vehicle was back in the shop several times after for the same issue. Each time I was told that it was a different problem. The last time that it was in I was told that if I had the issue again that they would not fix it without me making payment because my vehicle had been involved in a fender bender and that that s probably what is causing the issue. Mind you that happened several years after the issue began. Most recently the light in my vehicle came on again for the airbag system. I decided to take it to a different dealer because clearly Beechmont could not fix the issue or take the time to find the issue.The dealer that I chose was able to pinpoint the problem and told me that the issue they found was creating all of the other problems and that Beechmont service was only Treating the symptoms versus fixing the root cause. Now here I am $500 later fixing a problem that is Six years old that should have been corrected on one of the other five occasions that it was in the hands of Beechmont Ford service. I do not recommend that you take your vehicle there for any type of Extensive service. They will not find the issue or take the time to figure out what is causing the problem.

I had been having a lot of trouble with my 2013 Ford Focus. I called on Thursday. Had an appointment for Friday. They were going to fit my car in between appointments. Received a call from Collin later Friday afternoon explaining what was wrong. My car was ready Saturday morning at 8:18. Collin was great about keeping me informed about what was going on and how soon I could expect to get it back. I would give the service department an A++ for their efficient work on my car.

Always a great experience with the service department at Beechmont Ford. The advisors always are helpful and do their best to accommodate my needs for appointments. The work is done quickly and I am never surprised when I pick up my vehicles. Worth the time and effort to get there when I need service. Thanks Beechmont Ford!

Don Smith is the salesman I always deal with and highly recommend to family and friends who are interested in buying a car. He is knowledgeable and understanding during this important decision making process. No pressure sales. The guy who did all the final paperwork was nice enough, last name Todd, I think.

Be very cautious on parts pricing with Beechmont Ford. Just came back from having some diagnostic items completed there - they quoted me nearly DOUBLE the price for OEM parts that other outfits were offering. Make sure you SHOP AROUND for pricing and service!

Service is terrible. Rarely answer phone and have to leave multiple messages to get a response when they do respond. Have been taking my fleet vehicle there for service for years. The ONLY reason I still go is because I have no choice with fleet options other than Kings. In the future I will gladly drive an hour away to avoid this service department.

I felt that the whole service experience was top notch. The wait area was clean and continually cleaned... the service was timely and I felt that the work was done correctly and what I needed and asked for... the will continue to be my preferred dealer.

My battery stopped taking charge in my under warranty truck. I was very tight on time to deliver a trailer to a food truck festival on Fountain Square. The service department took me in without an appointment and had me on the road again in 22 minutes! Thank you!
