Had an overall good experience here.Sent my truck in to have some damage repaired. I got it back in amazing condition. Looked brand new. No issues there.There was a point where they called me told me it would actually be a week to 10 days longer than they had quoted me because "one of the guys forgot to order a part for it." I was pretty dumbfounded they actually said that. Whatever, no big deal they did a great job, just thought it was odd.Being connected to the dealership makes this a very attractive option if you have a Ford that needs repaired. Definitely consider these guys!

Had my car there from a wreck. It was there for a whole lot of work. On pickup day some mechanical things reared their head, they had the car back in and done with OEM parts the next afternoon. And after quite a few miles it feels great, and looks amazing.

Painted and installed my spoiler on my 2020 GT looks amazing very happy with the quality definitely will be back for future work

Black car, I keep it flawless. Needed a few chips repaired which required sanding and repaint of leading edge front roofline. Windshield had to come out to do the job. OUTSTANDING QUALITY! Thanks guys!!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Figure this would be a good place to take my Ford vehicle for some body work WRONG !!! After 4 months my vehicle is still sitting here waiting on parts. They ve had my vehicle since Late January. Unfortunately at this point I m not even sure when it s going to be ready. The completion date keeps changing and it s one story after another. The last update I got was they mistakenly order the wrong part and now they have to wait on parts again ? This is now going into 4 months. Very disappointing and would NOT recommend their services.Service: Body & Trim

Went there about clear coat peeling off. Bought premiere defense when I bought the car. Anyway it's been 3 weeks and I've called back 6 times and still nothing. All they say is we will call you back. Have they called, not once!

If you want it done right the first time without any hassle these are the guys to see. Had me back on the road in no time.. Definitely recommend for any autobody or mechanical needs..

Had my car in for hood and trunk alignment under warranty. Took longer than expected but they did a great job!!! Didn't mind the wait with a fully loaded new Ford Edge loaner.

They did a great job repairing my car. Could have been done a little faster but part of that was an insurance issue and a delay in getting parts. My car is beautiful once again.

Stevie and George to absolutely fantastic care of me and my car. I had a few scratches in the paint on my car and with Stevie's expertise you can't even tell it was there anymore. Their service is amazing and much appreciated.

THE MOST INCOMPETENT AUTO BODY REPAIR COMPANY EVER. Seriously never ever experienced anything like this. We brought our truck to this company on May 31, 2018. WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR THE FINAL FIX--what was the issue you ask? A can of paint exploded in our truck. 3 weeks it was supposed to take to fix. 3 weeks turned into 'next Tuesday" next Tuesday turned into "next Wednesday"....Jessica is a manager who repeatedly made inconsistent statements about the work that was allegedly done, and not done, and when our car rental coverage ran out 45 days in....FORTY FIVE DAYS IN, Jessica told us WE SHOULD PAY FOR THE EXTRA TIME NEEDED...Thankfully that didn't happen because now, August 31, we still do not have a finished vehicle. THREE MONTHS IN FOR PAINT DAMAGE!!!! I repeatedly asked for the documentation because I suspected that they failed to order the needed parts....but they falsely promised to send them and never sent. I called several times requesting it. Then, they asked we come get the truck and THERE WAS STILL PAINT ALL OVER THE SIDE AND UNDER IT. THERE WAS NEW DAMAGE AND SCRATCHES ON MY 2018 TRUCK FROM THEM!!! They said they'd fix that and they'd call us when the rest of the parts are in...JESSICA said to come drive the 35 minutes TODAY to drop off the truck and when we got there, Greg said its next friday and JESSICA said she never even spoke with us...SERIOUSLY--Jessica is TERRIBLE with the truth but M-1 is THE WORST when it comes to fixing a car, being honest and delivering. Now, another day off work, 35 minute drive WASTED and Greg just walked away from my fiance. Just walked away and now they are refusing to provide any documentation...likely to cover up their ROYAL mess they've created. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEVER GOING HERE FOR ANYTHING. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, NEW DAMAGE, UNFINISHED VEHICLE AND LIES.

Awful place. Waited 3 weeks for an appointment for an issue I was promised when I purchased the car. Then I was treated very poorly by several people over the phone. Then after all the hassle of dealing with the rude staff my vehicle was returned to me with an incomplete job. I would never recommend this place.
