First time customer and was really WOW'd by Andrew and his team!! They did an amazing job trouble shooting my tire issue; ordered, installed new tires and completed an oil change in one day. Bear Car Care also looked over the rest of my car and made suggestions on items that may need attention in the future. Not once did they push any unnecessary service. I am consistently impressed by the service at Bear Car Care. I have been having my cars serviced with Bear Car Care for 5+ years now and won't go anywhere else for my car needs. Most recently (Sept 2023), I have had a frustrating indicator light issue that was tough to resolve. Trevor went above and beyond on each visit explaining the ins and outs of what was happening, including what to expect if the situation wasn't resolved. By far, Andrew and his staff are the most professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and affordable car mechanics in the area.

I love this place! If any of my friends ever has a problem with their car I tell them to go here. Trevor and Andrew worked with me to find out what was wrong with my car and then helped me fix it. They picked my car up for me while I was at work and they dropped it off just a few hours later with no more squeaky brakes! I am beyond satisfied with the services provided, my experience in the process, and the price of everything. 1,000,000,000,000,00/10 stars!!!!!!!!!!!Service: Brakes

I refuse to go anywhere else for service because they are the best! Bear Car Care will come pick up my car while I'm at work and bring it back to me. It's so easy. They also give me live updates on what's going on with my car, including pictures showing me that parts will need to be replaced soon. Always has the best service. They document everything with pictures too and actually only suggest things you need, with proof. It's hard to find an honest mechanic and this is one of the few! Also, the pickup service is a true work of art that makes it super convenient to get everything done!

I have a 1999 SUV, and, although it has more wrong with it, all I wanted done is one window fixed (it would not go up). BTW, I love their drop-off and pick-up options! I chose drop-off, because they're only about 2 blocks from my house. I dropped it off in the late morning and it was done that afternoon! Everyone tells me the labor charge and overall price was very reasonable. Now I can drive the old bomb when it's cold or raining! <smiling>I'll be going back there if I have other vehicle repair needs!

Andrew from Bear Car Care came to my office, picked up my car, serviced it, and dropped it off all in about 3 hours. I didn't have to plan my day around getting the car serviced. It was great! The prices were fair, and the work was first rate! I will definitely use Bear Car Care again, and I would recommend to anyone who needs a no-fuss car maintenance shop!Thanks Andrew and Bear Car Care!!!

I have used Bear a couple of times and the service is beyond excellent. Not only do they provide preventative maintenance services, but they have also done some specialty work for me as well. Their turn around time is fantastic coupled with competitive pricing. Andrew did extensive research to make sure that I was getting the correct parts that were factory quality at the best price his supply contacts can provide him. Above and beyond the dedication to my specific mechanical needs, the customer service is untouchable. I don't know of another independently owned automotive business that will pick your car up wherever is convenient for you, and return it in a timely fashion. I couldn't ask for anymore from my mechanic and as long as Bear is around, I don't believe I will have to.

Company I work for was referred to Andrew and Bear car care a few years ago. We were highly impressed with their customer service, quality of work, fast service and pricing. Now they are not only the garage of choice for our fleet vehicles at work but also for my personal vehicles as well. I live 25mi away from this shop but it's the only one I'll use vs the dozens of garages near me. I would highly recommend using these guys for all your automotive service needs.

I read reviews on almost every new service and product I use, but I hardly ever take the time to write my own review. I have NEVER in my life been so impressed with a new service. Add on the fact it was a service for my car which always makes me nervous, because it's hard to know who to trust. Needless to say, my mind has been blown. I will be using Bear Car Care exclusively going forward. Their pickup and delivery service itself is priceless as a new mom with an infant. The report you receive afterwards with a full inspection of your car is incredible and puts my mind at ease that what I'm driving is safe for me and my family. Their prices are incredible...just cannot say enough great things about this company!!!

I cannot tell you how great it is to have finally found a mechanic I can trust. They offer free pick up and drop off service which is so convenient. I don't have to take time off of work to have my car worked on. I had taken my car to a different mechanic who told me my vehicle needed costly repairs. When I received my estimate from Andrew he explained that it was a simple adjustment (which he did not charge me for) and fixed the other items for far less than what I was quoted from the first garage. Andrew and his team at Bear Car Care have earned my business for life. If you don't want to worry about being ripped off just call Bear Car Care. Thanks Andrew!!!

Bear Car Care is an amazing auto mechanic shop. They offer free pick up and delivery for something as simple as an oil change. The owner, Andrew, is passionate about his business and treats clients the right way. I used to go to Midas and big box repair places but never again. Andrew and his team are the best and more importantly, HONEST. FREE pick up and delivery and there is NO catch. BMW oil change for less than $60 picked up at your work and back in 2 hours. CANT BEAT IT. Thanks Bear Car Care

I've never been so happy with a car care service. They picked up my car while I was at work, did the oil change, rotated the tires and I paid literally the best price I've ever paid. I can not recommend them ENOUGH.

Had my 2005 Toyota Prius battery replaced for $2,300.00 and it only took one day to do it. The dealership was wanting to charge me $3,500.00 for a new one.Junior was prompt and the car runs like new. The battery even has a 3 year warranty. I would recommend them.

Bear car care is personal, friendly, and thorough. I had a lot of problems with my 2005 prius and Andy suggested many options for a reasonable price. Go here!Update 5/30/17:Hybrid battery in the 2005 Prius just died and Andy replaced it in a day way under budget. Thanks Andy!

Recommended by my daughter. Service was excellent, they took the time to answer ALL my questions, even when I interrupted the mechanic while he was working on the car. Excellent job!! My son is taking his car there today.

Great shop. They know what they're doing, they don't recommend unnecessary add-ons, their prices are reasonable, and they're always very helpful and friendly. Plus their pick-up/drop-off option is super fantastic and makes life so much easier.

There is no one else to use for your automotive repair needs. NO ONE. I've never felt cheated, or like they were trying to pull one over on me. I've even price checked with some other shops and they've never been beat. Honesty is the #1 thing for me when it comes to a mechanic. It's typically hard to find. Not any longer.

I had water leaking from my dash. The dealer was going to charge $150 just to run it through diagnostics. Andrew identified the problem right away and did the whole repair for less than the diagnostics test.
