We had bought two Deep Cycle AGM batteries for our RV when we were on the road in Austin TX back in April of 23. When we went to winterize the RV and place the batteries on a trickle charger, one of them came up with a short error. I took the one battery to my local store and they tested it, confirmed it was bad and had another matching battery from another store delivered in the after noon. I was able to drop off and pick up a new battery on the same day at nor cost with the warranty. Great warranty and customer service. Thank you batteries plus!. I also love that I can bring all my old light bulbs etc there to be recycled. Another plus!!

Store messed up 2 separate motorcycle batteries. Took the first one home to see it was actively leaking battery acid. Called them and they prepped the other battery for a change out. This one seemed okay so I installed it only for the battery to put a small hole in my BMW battery box and drip a 2 foot circle of battery acid onto my cement floor within 15 minutes. Now I'm really getting tired of driving to the store to change out batteries, but they don't even have a replacement. There is one 9 miles away but they tell me it might be Tuesday before they get that one, it's Thursday at this point. I tell them that is terrible customer service and they don't budge, don't offer to pick it up or make any kind of accomodations. So I buy a lithium battery online and have my wife return the second battery. The employee behind the counter tells her there is nothing wrong with the battery and that it is not leaking acid. Butz the employee can't explain why the battery and the inside of the box is wet.

I stopped doing business with the West Chester store because they were totally useless. This store is even worse. They will make promises to you which they forget as soon as you leave the store. Never make a schedule assuming these losers are going to do anything for you.

Excellent customer service. We found two marine batteries at the Colrain store, and they offered to drive them to the fields Ertl store, which was closer to us and did so the next day which was perfect for a schedule. When we went in to pick them up, we also asked them to re-program a key fob. The dealer quoted $138, they were $70. When he looked at the key fob, he was able to use a creative solution to make our set up work without having to reprogram, saving us $70. Very happy.

Needed my phone fixed fast at the right price. I wasn t sure where to go and just did a phone fixes near me google search. I called a couple places but these guys were super easy to schedule online and had great prices. They even included a coupon for my first visit. They finished my phone in under 2 hours and it was perfect. Very friendly and professional as well. Will be my go to place for fixes from now on.

I have used this store to replace two car batteries, and had them installed right there in the parking lot. The service is always quick and easy. I could replace them myself, but since the service is included in the price of the battery, the time and hassle saved has been worth it. I also went to them for replacement of key fob batteries for both of my vehicles, which was quick and affordable as well.

Love this place! Great service (quick and easy). Scheduled ahead of time and shopped and returned to pick-up my phone with a new battery. Price was good too. I always had good luck finding batteries here too.

When to this store to pickup an online order. I went before confirmation that it was ready. When I got there I was informed that they did not have my item in stock. However the guy helping me was able to provide a substitute that met or exceeded what I purchased. Super friendly. Quick. And helpful!

Very unprofessional and unreliable team. I came twice to this place to make copy of my car keys. They called me before second time saying that I can come to copy my keys, when I came, the service guy asked me to come for a third time because his manager isn't there!!!

I first heard about Batteries Plus from Jacob's Auto Service, which was a good sign, and they did not disappoint. The sales clerk quickly got the battery I'd ordered on the website and come to pick up. He even checked over a family member's key fob I'd brought in without warning. He also opened my key fob and replaced the battery with no additional cost for labor. The whole thing took very little time and now my remote unlocking mechanism works again.

The staff were just wonderful about fulfilling my order. They called to say they only had 1 of my 4 boxes in stock, but that they'd get the other 3 in my the next day and that they'd call AGAIN when they actually had them all. They were great! Thanks!

Cost me $150 which was $50 less than most other places I called. It was super easy to set up an appointment to get my phone screen replaced, and the technician was very quick (1hr), but the new screen put on my phone is not the best quality. It does not detect touches as well as the original screen, especially when using the keyboard.

Less than one star. I made an appointment on line for a cell battery replacement. They called and said they hadn't ship it from another store. I asked if I could change my appointment for that store and was told yes. This was at 4pm for a 7pm appointment. We drove 45 minutes only to discover the repair tech left at 6pm!!! The guy who was there didn't even trying help us. He just kept saying I can't fix it for you... AS HE WAS HOLDING THE BATTERY!!! I had to ask several times if he knew what we could do. He kept saying no. I had to call the first guy I spoke with and yell at him to get some help.

I've been here several times for various items and they always have what I need. This time my cracked phone screen needed replaced. The clerk was responsive and friendly and my phone is good as new. It took longer than he initially quoted due to other customers walking in and he apologized for the inconvenience, but I would still highly recommend them.

I went in to buy batteries for my waterpik rechargeable toothbrush. I had seen online that there is no replacement battery available to purchase to easily replace them out. I had always assumed that being a specialty battery store, their prices would be really high- boy was I wrong. The batteries I needed we $1 each. I had planned to replacing them myself (despite only you-tube knowledge and no special tools), but the price was so low for them to do it (and they did it in under 5 minutes). What really impressed me.. The whole five minutes the guy carried on a conversation with me (I'm thinking, maybe you should focus on the machine fusing metal in front of you) but we were chatting and then he says he's done and hands it back to me. He never even tests it to confirm it's actually working. But his confidence was with merit... as I turned it on and it worked as good as new. My only regret was not coming in sooner.

Horrible customer service ! Took them almost 3 weeks to get battery in from warehouse to replace defective battery I purchased from them.After calling them several times to check on the replacement battery, it finally came in, but nobody called me. When I asked why nobody called me, the guy I talked with over the phone said how should he know, and that they probably forgot to call me, with a major attitude.

2nd purchase and it was easy as I do not have time to run from store to store. very friendly and contacted me as soon as my order came in. Even contacted me to let me know of the delay on the battery coming in to the store. Will purchase again in the future. Zach was very friendly!

I paid online in advance with my Amex. When I went to pick it up, they did not have any of the batteries I paid for online in stock and they didn't have all the bulbs I paid for either. I had to wait almost 30 minutes while they found substitutes for the batteries and they never found all the bulbs. They did refund for the bulbs they didn't have. But what is the point of paying in advance if they don't have your order ready for pick up. Plus there was 3 of them in the store and the manager never got out of his chair or apologized for the wasting of my time.

Had a cell phone that needed a new battery. Verizon just wanted to sell me a new phone. Had Batteries Plus replace it at a fraction of the cost. Plus the people at the store were nice, even though I'm old. I was treated with respect.

The light bulbs I purchased per the salesperson's advice were not an acceptable replacement. The salesperson said the 18W would be fine and replace the 12W but just be a little brighter. I questioned him twice and he said it wasn't the same as staying below a 60W. When I was able to get someone over my house on a ladder to install them, they fit, but would not light up all the way and it was clearly marked don't go over 12W/60W - THAT IT WOULD BE DANGEROUS! I went to return them this morning and was told I was two days late on your 14 day policy and I was simply out of luck.

I previously wrote an unflattering review of this establishment, which retrospect was unfounded. Shortly afterwards, Batteries Plus reached out on this website and asked me to contact them by phone. I did not see this message for some time and for that I am very sorry!I had a very nice conversation with their district manager, who was apologetic for the fate of my watch, and offered to replace it for me. I was completely dumbfounded and very happy that Batteries Plus went far above and beyond to make sure that I was a happy customer. My only regret was the fact that my previous review stayed up so long before I gave Batteries Plus a chance to make things right! I will return to Batteries Plus, and hope others do as well to make use of their excellent customer service!

Ordered my battery online got the 10% off and battery was excellent. Had some customer service problems after the sale though with a bulb I ordered. Said they had it caliper weeks later called said they couldn't find it. Went into get a refund 2 separate occasions finally got it done after I ordered a bulb from elsewhere for my application. Been waiting weeks now for a promised emailed receipt so I can send in my rebate form. Guess the darn thing will expire before I can send in though. Stopped by the store a third time. Promised they send it. No follow up or emailed receipt as promised. UPDATE got ahold of Tony and he emailed me my receipt with the hour. Guess my best advise for follow up is don't deal with the afternoon shift people for follow up. Upgraded them to 4 star review after update.

I had been to the Beechmont location and was told the only person that could program a chip for my car worked Monday thru Friday 8 am to 4pm. This was completely not going to work out I work 730 am to 530 pm Monday thru Friday. Excited when I got a weekday off I called the Beechmont location to be sure the person would be there I was advised this person had called in sick for the day.I called the Royal Point location and was advised politely the person who could do this would be in 30 minutes from the time I called. I went to this location was greeted when I walked in by Micheal, I inquired about geting the keys I needed, he took my information and then advised this location did not havethe key type I needed. I started to fume, I explained my problems with the other location, that I had called before comeing to this location only to be told they are out of the keys, and that the next day I was going to get a remote start system installed the next day and really needed the keys today.He did not hesitate to check the other locations locate the keys I needed, advised me he would get the keys to his location within a few hours and he would get this done for me today. He apologized for all the trouble it has been. Not even three hours later he called me back to the store. Not only did Micheal jump right on getting my keys made but his store manager Ken also worked to be sure the first cut on the keys where right. They had me in and out of the store within 30 minutes with two new keys that start and drive my car. Michael thank you for your excellent customer service going above and beyond, Ken thank you for not hesitating to jump in and a sure the accuracy. This place rocks and hopefully the Beechmont location can get it together. I have a stack of cards to give to friends and family.
