I feel like this store has come a long way over the years. Most of the people are friendly and they don t just sell me anything! They sell me what I need at a really good price. I wish this company services can be at every auto zone store but this one is the best yet

Your store manager Shirlisa Barksdale was amazing we had horrible day our car wouldn't start and we needed a new battery but we didn't have the tools. She went above and beyond she followed us to the location of our broken down car and helped us put the battery in car. It truly made our day. Because without her help it would've have been hours till we had help

This store opens at 7:30. I ve been sitting in the parking lot for over 45 minutes and this place still wasn t open. I left here at 8:05 and I was so mad because there were workers in the building that kept staring at me and still proceed to stand and talk to each other. Very poor customer service and I do recommend going to this place btw I ended up being late for work which was not cool man.

Around 5pm today I visited the Seymour location and when I walked in there was a line out the door (literally) and two employees at the counter. A woman walked in and got the line down in 3 minutes taking on every customer while multitasking. Very friendly attitude every customer walked out with a smile on their face (I ve never seen customer service like this in my life). As I got to the counter the 2 employees was still dealing with the same customers they had when I walked in. She called me to the counter and greeted me with a smile, I explained to her she has great customer service and how pleased I was that she got the line moving really fast because I was in a hurry. She was the manager by the name of Shirlisa. Im really impressed with the customer service she has provided. I will return to this location please give my regards and tell her thank you, AGAIN!

I stopped in here on 2/2/23 to get a battery test, my car was having a bit of trouble starting and seemed like maybe my battery was low or needed replaced. I didn t catch the lady s name that helped us but she came out to do the test and I told her my concern of turning the car off and not being able to get it started again. After talking with her for a few seconds she told me that she thinks it is actually my starter, she gave me advice on what to do should I turn it off and not be able to start it again. Turns out it WAS my starter, and the advice she gave me that evening made the difference of me being able to drive my car to the shop or getting it towed to the shop. Thankfully I was able to get it started one more time at least to drive it to the shop and save me the cost of a tow bill. She was so helpful and literally saved me hundreds of dollars. I wish I would have gotten her name but I am hopeful that you will be able to look at the schedule and know which employee this was! Please tell her that she was totally awesome and I am so grateful for her help! She is a rockstar for your business and exactly the type of employee I hope to encounter when having car trouble. Please recognize her or give her a raise or something because she truly deserves it!!! A+++ Employee!!

Shirlisa is the sharpest person I've ever had as a cashier, ever, here in the city of Cincinnati! More people need to be as personable, knowledgeable, and diligent as she.She helped me look for a headlight when the computer didn't have my particular bulb on the screen. She taught me about part numbers, and I am super stoked. I will come here again!Highly recommend this location!

Well I was driving to the store to grab ice cream because my son finally have a baby on the way we found out isn t his by the way but while driving I laughed because I saw a tire rolling ahead of me at a fast rate I slowed down and looked at the car sliding and it was my baby daddy car yeah so I double back grabbed his tire and rushed to auto zone the people there helped me find some nuts that fit his tire while they were finding all the things to put his tire on I went to the rest room it was so clean I felt comfortable to release nice clean store anyway we put the tire on and he was able to Make it home I love this store 5 stars for me

I was helped by Ben I believe he's a manager if not he should be it was so easy and also I redeemed a fetch AutoZone card which was super easy and helpful not to mention save me $10 thank you AutoZone

The worst auto zone I've ever been too. No books to look up the parts I needed and the employee was so painful to walk through what I needed that I just went to another parts store close by.

I went for front and rear windshield wipers and a license plate bulb. The Store manager. ( a woman) Helped me. And did everything I needed. Great customer service and she was friendly.

Young man came out immediately! TightenedHead lamp and explained bulb was loose. Allowed us to return purchased head bulb. Reading Rd. and MLK . VERY NICE AND POSITIVE

I use to hate going to this store cuz one day a roach fell on me from the ceiling but since the new manager has been there, it s been super clean and all the employees actually are attentive to customers. I hope she stays around

Nice folk patient . Another customer was having issue the person behind the counter stayed calm they where able to settle the issue . My item rang a different price from the shelf tag .she went to the self and fixed my purchase no problem .

Seymour Ave sucks Rude Employee does noy wanna help customers waited 10 min for someone to ring me up and very slow 1 employee just wandering around not helping customers or employees Lady had very bad Atttitude i would not recommended going to this location trust me go to any Autozone Besides this Store unless you want people to be rude toward you and Lazy

It says that the store opens at 7 A.M. I just called because the doors are locked, an employee answered the phone and I asked when the store opens, the answer I got was when ever her employee gets back. I m now not sure if I want to shop here ever not to mention I do not have time to wait for when ever honestly I am disappointed in Autozone at the moment.

I visited this location looking for in stock brake pads and rotors. The store manager and associates Nelson and Trio helped me obtain the necessary things to fulfill the job. I even purchased wipers in which they were more than happy to assist me with. Definitely made my experience worth wild. Thanks guys for the exceptional customer service.

Staff seemed not concerned to find anything was just as happy to Say they don't have it....Reply: you can say that here. But I was there and ten min till close they were annoyed snd wanted to close and leave.

Auto zone is the best place for cheap parts but you gotta be careful because their parts aren't always brand new they are refurbished and youll spend all day working on a car to find out that the part they gave you is bad or not the correct one. Its happened to me several times.

I have gone to this particular Auto Zone for several years. I followed one employee that worked in the Norwood store when she moved to the one on Seymour. Honestly she is the only competent employee at this location.Today, 12 August 2020, I went to the Seymour store to get a master cylinder for my truck. They had one in stock and I purchased it. Attempted to install the master cylinder and discover that my brake lines would not fit. I made many trips to resolve this situation. Finally I returned the last fittings I purchased and attempted to discuss my situation with an employee and was dismissed because someone else was ahead of me. This was my 6th trip to the store. When the employee was finished with his customer, he walked away, ignoring me. I finally was able to talk to someone, a manager I think. Red shirt,no name tag, very poor attitude. I wasn't allowed near the counter, so I tossed the items and receipt to the counter they landed in the center, I was accused of throwing them at her. I explained that I was a disabled veteran, in pain, and unable to bend and twist to the counter as others had done at her demand. I have names! But again I was accused of throwing them at her. I didn't but this angered me and I got smart mouthed which was wrong. But instead of accepting my explanation, she decided not wait on me, that the store would close in 9 minutes, that I might have to come back tomorrow. She allowed another to assist which was disappointing and resolved nothing.Any way the moral to this tale is the first time you witness a disrespectful , verbally abusive, attitude, don't do business with them.I will NEVER go to the Seymour store again. If I see these people working at other locations I will simply turn and walk awayAnd for the owner, your platitudes in answer to other complaints is unbelievable and unrealistic. Grow a pair, fire your loosers.

The lady working whined about having to climb a 2 foot ladder to get a part that we needed. The part turned out to not even have the bolts that are supposed to come with it. And to top it off the store manager doesn't know where half the stuff in the store is and was walking around clueless. If you try to ask a question even if it's simple they look at you like you aren't speaking English. Do not go to this one.

I went there to purchase some oil for my car as this was the closest one at the time. The guy that took care of us was very friendly. I can't say that for the other staff that was in there with him.

Helpful. Carried my purchase to my truck for me without me asking. EDIT! 5 MONTHS LATER THE BATTERY I PURCHASED FROM THEM FAILED. I DIDN'T HAVE MY RECEIPT BUT THEY DIDN'T ENTER IT IN THE COMPUTER AS A MAJOR PURCHASE I PAID OVER $200 FOR THIS BATTERY. I DON'T GET PAID TO KEEP MY RECEIPT BUT YOU DO GET PAID TO ENTER MY INFORMATION IN THE COMPUTER CORRECTLY. THEY TURNED OUT TO BE A BUNCH OF DOUCHEBAGS.
