This AutoZone Auto Parts is one of the best I have had a great experience at. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable with what I needed. First of all I'm 2,000 miles from home and my truck battery is dead. Thank God my warranty was still good and my battery was covered so I didn't have to pay for anything. Not only did the manager on duty, Jarod? help me out, but he was super polite, professional and courteous. He runs this store in a professional way. His store is very clean both inside and outside as well.

Good afternoon, once again I am writing to you to inform you that I continue visiting the store. I hope not to have any more inconveniences. I am writing to leave my opinion since I visit frequently for my work. Maintain a quality service but also of sense and the customer's needs.4:55pm I just did an experiment today. Write this opinion During the afternoon today and I just arrived at the store and if they are very busy they could even have a better attitude, they don't say hello and it is as if I had entered their private property, then another person came out looking through the aisles as soon as I said hello I asked him about the battery, which required a very sparse answer and with no desire to sell, unfortunately, from a 4-star rating, I just lowered it again.

Well it is what it is it's an auto parts store. I usually have what you need but you better double-check your stuff if they pull it for you cuz sometimes it isn't right. They gave my sister the wrong headlight one time. Also one time they tested my battery and told me it was bad but I knew better and I took it to another location that charged it up for me and it's been working fine ever since

Unfortunately, not because of the store, but because of the manager on duty, I bought a quart of transmission oil, which I had not realized had a little wet oil in it, and the cap was on, but the seal was broken, and when I left the store, I returned with the receipt. Immediately, out of supposed kindness and with a not happy face, he did not replace the oil tank, it was definitely not professional and I left satisfied

Update: I went again yesterday based on previous expetence. However, this time I will say never to go to this store or recommend to anyone. Other staff member was there, he did not help me regardless that I asked him to help to find what I am lookong for. In addition, he said items are out of stock but on the website for this location it shows that all of them are available.old review:I went today there and the engine light of the car turned on and the car was crazy shaking. I went inside, one of the staff members helped me directly and checked my car. Also, he gave me a report copy with the error code and explanation. Also, he explained the errors to me and told me the recommendations regarding what I need to do. Good experience while visiting this store.

I just really wanted to express how helpful Alix was today!! I came in because i was having issues with my dead battery she helped recommend a good battery and even went out to her own car to grab her tools to install it for me! She took the old battery and I was also having some problems with my check engine light being on and she comes out to run a diagnostic and told me exactly what the problem was, she then recommended a good gas cap that i needed for my car. overall I really appreciated her time and help today and left feeling satisfied! This is my automotive repair parts store. I love the access, the staff, and stock. Very rarely have I ever had to order something. It typically is always in stock. This is the first place I'm going to go when I need something for my vehicle. The staff is knowledgeable, efficient and quick.

I came to buy some car care for my vehicle. Sadly the interior brush was falling off, the hairs of it were scattered over my chair. Had to use a towel instead. I didn't want to drive back here to return it. The interior seating spray did it's job at least

This place has always been a great place to shop and the crew is always welcoming and inclusive. For pride month they even put up pride flags and I was so pleased to see such inclusivity in a work place. 2 days ago I went in and the flags were gone much to my disappointment. I asked what happened but they couldn't say what had happened other than they had to take them down. I love this store and want to see that inclusivity again.

This AutoZone is hands down the best AutoZone I have ever been to. The customer service is off the charts amazing. Matty and the staff there are super helpful and very knowledgeable.I had a customer break down here and they called me to complete the repairs here in the parking lot. I had some issues and I feel Matty went way above and beyond to make sure to take care of me and help me get the customer back on the road. Hats off to you my friend, greatly appreciate you!!! Super impressive.

This store sucks and is going down hill. This store use to be great for customer service, now it s ran like a ghetto. The short black guy that is always there is so lazy! He his turning this location into a location that belongs in the city! I will refuse to shop at this store now

I went back to get different windshield whippers because I had bought the wrong size. The lady working at the desk was kind and helped me return my items. Josh another employee jumped up and offered to help me look for the right size. He went out of his way to even put them on my car for me. Very thankful for employees like him. I will definitely be going back there.!

I had an issue with my power steering pump. This AutoZone led by the Store Manager Matt helped identify the problem with my car. Order the part for me. Rented me the piece used to fix the pump and then also assisted with fixing a leak from the pump a few weeks later! Matt and his crew are insightful and, most importantly, genuine

At about 8 PM on 8/3/2023 I drove to the Autozone at 12095 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati to buy a $250 battery and the staff there were too lazy to install it for me. Total jerks. So I drove down the street and bought it at O'Reilly Auto parts. Those lazy fools at Autozone lost a big sale over 5 minutes work. Autozone deserves better employees.

Went in today because my car battery had died and I needed a new one installed right then. Matt was very helpful in helping me get the right battery. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He installed my battery for me, which was no easy task. I am convinced the manufacturer of my car makes it as difficult as possible to get mundane things like that done as they want people to go to the dealer. But, nevertheless, Matt persisted in getting my new battery put in while being patient and friendly the entire time. Well done, sir!

I needed new headlight bulbs. Alex assisted me and since I have trouble seeing at night she recommended a brighter bulb which made such a difference . I was very pleased with her professional service.

The workers were super helpful from start to finish. One tested my battery and alternator for me then went back to work. I decided I needed new wipers so another worker helped me with that. I didn't want to bother them as they were helping others, so I decided to put the wipers on myself. About five minutes passed & the original worker who helped me in the beginning came out without even being asked to see if he could assist me with my wipers. Their customer service was amazing and I'll make sure to go there from now on.

Matt, I think the store manager and Ed were amazing! Their customer service and love for cars was off the charts! I ve been going there for couple of years and they have been so great. But the knowledge and help they gave me today makes be believe there s still good people and hard workers here in the USA! I will send everyone there! Bret Boyer told me about them and that s the only place he takes his cars when he has a problem! Thank GOD for Montgomery ohio auto zone
