Went to my local Valvoline and came back with multiple issues. I was advised to go to austozone and they took care of and did amazing job explaining exactly what most likely happened. This is store 1942 in cincy ohio and rocky serviced and I highly recommend them.

Me and my wife call it the Darryl store but Leo and Ruben were pretty helpful on our last visit. Leo took the time to show us where items were and Ruben helped recommend some good car detail items. Great staff.

Nick was very helpful and knowledgeable.. the other guys were also hard working . This is 2nd time their to get some fluids for my truck, so it was a pleasant experience.

I much prefer going to AutoZone.Just that I have had really great luck with batteries and several other parts I have needed. Staff is most generally knowledgeable on the problems you will have

Staff is helpful but wait times can be long as they have limited staff. Never had a problem with service received. Store is normally clean and organized. Thanks!

Absolutely superb! I came at 7:35am for a bad battery, they had it replaced for me, and I was on the road by 8am. Expert customer service by Darryl, who diagnosed the battery, and had incredible manners. I will be back when I m in a pinch again. Thank you.

Went in for a fuel filter and was given a wheel hub employee absolutely didn't kno what he was doing.. he was polite and friendly

If I could have gave this zero stars I would have...The little girl that works there is very rude, never has any knowledge of what things are and never offers to check which AUTOZONE store DOES have the parts I need , she tries to micro-manage and is rude to her co-workers in front of customers... I seriously hope she gets fired , I have decided to go to the AutoZone in the next neighborhood so I don't wind up in jail

Got a new wheel bearing for my truck at the zone off of Montgomery road and they gave me the worng part and they would not trade it for the right one or give me my money back I had lost the receipt and had it for 3 to 4 weeks so I took it to this auto zone and they give me my money back and got the right part all same time now that's how you keep busyness and it only took them 4 min keep up the good work guys!!and thanks again for your help

They don't take there trash out and allow private mechanics sit in their lot and ask customers if they need help just to mess up someone's car. And they allow people to stand in front of their store and beg for change.

Horrible. I got too many things off oil and when I tried to return it with the receipt, there were all kinds of problems all because the cashier who rang me up didn't get my phone number. Will not shop at this location again.

This Auto Zone has always shortage of crew and there are long lines of people. The parking lot is usually very dirty and there are private mechanics working on cars in the lot. It seems no one cares what is happening in front of the store.
