Came in yesterday to get windshield wipers for my wife's car. There were two young men in there who were extremely helpful. I had to come back twice because I picked the room blades. They help me get the right ones and make sure that they fit good service

They always have the parts I need, a wide selection, a very presentable, and clean store, workers always greet you when you reach the counter, I'll keep coming back for my automotive needs.

And I thought the price hill one was bad but the guy that waited on me one night was rude as hell. If I didn't really need that starter and it wasn't almost closing time, I would've went elsewhere and not held my cool like I did. Complete unprofessional working that night. From now on I'll just make the extra trek to advance.(Edit). It seems now they have more professional ppl working there, I hadn't returned in awhile bc of a bad experience with a worker however, they are no longer working there. So now I give it a 4 star instead of 1. It's definitely gotten better.

Kenneth and Holly were super helpful! They both were ready to answer my questions and went above and beyond to help me out. I ve been to all the auto parts stores in the area and this is, by far, the best one. I highly recommend it, especially if Kenneth or Holly are working.

We were in the Delhi OH store on March 12th 2023 and there were 2 women working. They were THE BEST!!! We needed new wiper blades, they were informative and helpful! One of them installed them for us in minutes! Kudos to those ladies!!

I stopped in to get my codes pulled right before closing. The manager was very helpful. I usually try to do business with their driver Bob or counter guy Lee when I can.

I came in today to replace both my main air filter and my cabin air filter for my challenger. These guys helped me out by letting me borrow a screwdriver and dealt with my coming in and out of the store very well. A employee, Rodney, went above and beyond by coming outside to help figure out how to put this cabin air filter back in. This type of amazing service is something that doesn t go unnoticed and I will continue to recommend autozone to my friends and family.

I used to drive to a different AZ, but I have been going to that store ever since it opened without hesitation.The folks there are friendly and helpful and when they don't know the answer to a question, they tell me rather than wasting my time.I also have the ability to turn my own wrench, but, when needed, they will gladly change a bulb or battery for me so i don't have to do it when dressed up.

The price for the batter was fine , the Employee helpless use to be free if you bought to install . I bought new batter because my old one was bad , when I ask them to install the guy ask me " you have to pay me same money "which is never see or hear years !!!

I purchased oil, filter and windshield wipers for my Focus ST last week. Of course the wipers were made to fit 6 different Ford vehicles and couldn't figure out how to put em on. So went back up to the Delhi Auto Zone and explained my situation with the wipers and one of the employees there, her name is Holly she stopped what she was doing and came right outside in the blazing heat and put em in for me. I dont normally post my experiences because there mostly terrible but Holly at the Delhi Auto Zone deserves to be recognized for her great service. Thank u Holly I will definitely be going to Delhi Auto Zone from now on

went in to have my battery checked. my battery is actually located in the floor of rear passenger seat. this guy puts the terminals on the jump starting under the hood and proceeds to tell me, "oh yes, you do need a battery!" so i humble him, knowing full well you cant test it from there and ask for a price. i leave and go down the street to their competitors and he checks it correctly and no nothing is wrong with the battery or alternator. i will never shop autozone again.

My first visit to this location very friendly young lady helped me with my purchase. Only thing negative is they where out of stock of a brand I typically use. The where able to provide the items just not in my typical brand. Over all good service.

Delhi autozone is a great place its never a long line whenever I need a part and the app says they have it I can always get in and out fast as possible although I prefer not to be helped by the gentlemen with glasses (nonchalant about the job) everyone else has great customer service

I had to order my parts because they don't carry it in stock and the assistant told me it should be in within 2 days. Nine days later they still can't find it. I've been back twice to see if it's come in. I originally gave them my phone number to call me when it comes in. I have yet to receive a call. The good thing is that they are diligently looking for it. The bad thing is that they haven't found it and are not offering to re-order these very expensive parts. With my lost receipt, I am out $45.

The best autozone I've been too in Cincinnati I came there with my wife's and my car to get the AC recharged along with a couple other items, the manager on duty did not only help me with what I was looking for but went to his car to get his own tools and helped us add the refrigerant to our cars, very knowledgeable, answered every question I had,

As for service, above average, mostly good natured folks who are happy to help, compared to other ones where they act like you're bothering them. The only issue is that it's rather small so they don't have a ton in stock, forcing you to wait for delivery or go to a different "Zone".
