Car wasn t starting and needed to be jumped. Employee Jim Carter tested my battery for me and found out it was bad. He was extremely helpful with installing the new battery despite the cold weather and snow. Nice guy, even got a little basketball talk in while we got the battery installed. Great experience and service!

I came in to get a new battery and candle was friendly and assisted me right away. She also installed my battery for me fairly quickly in the cold. Definitely recommend going here, service was amazing

I went to the auto zone in Fairfield and they were supper rude and ddint help out at all. I then went to the forest park auto zone by aldis and the lady was supper nice and amazing she even set me up an account and helped out with everything

If I could leave 10 stars, I would! Candle, the manager, went above and beyond in helping me get ready for a long trip. I seriously feel 100% confident now with my car, getting on the road.I recommend this Auto Zone HIGHLY! (I also saw her working with an elderly customer, treating her with respect in the most lovely manner!) Thanks, AutoZone and your wonderful manager! The rest of the staff was amazing, as well!

I ve been to other auto zones where they are rude and judge you for not knowing everything about cars. This one has great service, they ll help you, and they don t make you feel like a fool when you have questions. This is the only AutoZone I go to now

Candle returned and installed a replacement battery that was under warranty. She was incredibly helpful and had to use some muscle to get the corroded battery off. Amazingly friendly and was a delight to my 3 yr old. Please use this auto zone location if you need automotive help.

So I went here to check about some tail lights. I was informed that the lights weren't available. A really nice gentleman came out to help and take a look. As he was trying to maybe offer solutions another man came out and told him to stop and we don't do that. They told me they don't have the bulbs and I should go to the dealership. I went to O'REILLY'S where they had the bulbs, ($7), and changed them all in about 10 minutes! I appreciated the help I was receiving until the other guy butted in. And unfortunately, neither really knew anything about tail lights, but at least the first guy was trying.

Stopped by to purchase some wipers. Will and Shawn greeted me at the door.Will looked up the size and Shawn put them on for me. Great customer service.

I went to Autozone to get a new bulb for my car. I didn t have a clue how to put it in. Candle said she would put it in for me, she really went out of her way to help me! I tried to give her a tip for helping me but she refused to take it. I wish there were more people like her in the service industry.

I placed an order for pick up at the 11540 Winton Rd Store #1773 store and had an absolutely horrifying experience.I received an email stating my order was ready for pick up so I took my lunch early to pick it up. When I arrived, Tyler let me know they didn't actually have the product and that he had tried to refund me but "just couldn't" because of an error. He reluctantly said he would try it again and it miraculously worked. He explained to me he wasn't sure why I got the ready email and that it was "not the stores problem"Tyler did not say they had another brand of ice melt or try to assist me with this inconvenience in anyway so I left the store. When I was getting into the car, I noticed there was some ice melt in the window of the store and went back in to purchase it. When I took it to the counter, Tyler told me that there were better places to buy this product than Auto Zone which was very, very odd. To my surprise, Tyler is the manager of this store. I would suggest going out of your way to ANY other store. Chances are, their manager will be willing to sell you a product.

I had a bad experience with a female employee today by the name of Karen T. I handed her my money to make my purchase she laid my change down on the counter and pushed it to me. I told her this is not the way I paid for my items you can pick my change up and hand it to me., she then replied, lady I don t have time for this with you, I said excuse me and she said it again. she was very rude and unprofessional. one of the other store employees came to the register and return the items and gave me my money back because as I told him I refuse to spend money in this store and be treated this way. I have never been treated like this at this AutoZone before she needs to go back to customer service classes.

These guys are amazing. I had a problem with my car and they were so kind to look at it. Turns out it was a quick and he said a simple fix. I was terrified that me and my car were in big trouble.
