I appreciate the service received by my Mother in-law - I wish I caught the man's name (a big dude), but he was awesome. Replaced failing battery and ensured she was taken care of... His friendly, enthusiastic and sincere handling was greatly appreciated.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I walked in and was greeted and asked if I needed any assistance. I told them I needed wiper blades and they looked up my car and told me the sizes I needed and walked through the selection they had. Then, after I bought them I went out to my car and one of the staff helped me install them. I was in and out with new wiper blades installed in 5 minutes. I just wish I needed car stuff more often so I could keep giving them my business.

I stopped in for wiper blades and the manager, David, was kind enough to take the time to help install them on my car in the lot. Customer service like that is a rarity and should be rewarded.

Woman going in to get car battery tested usually spells disaster . Richard was respectful and courteous. Didn t try to sell me something I didn t need or the most expensive. Got a new battery at a good price including installation! Great experience!

I went in today, frustrated as could be because my rotor was giving me issues. Brandon, Andrew and Shawn all stepped up to the plate and helped me out and made sure I had everything I needed, and even guided me through what I should do with YouTube videos while I was in there. As frustrated as I was, I left with a feeling of fulfillment and then came home and followed their lead and everything worked. They did an upstanding job and their efforts should not just be praised, but rewarded. Thank you to those three for not just going above and beyond, but for being a shining example of exactly what humanity should be. Thank you three, for just being you.

Yes they were a little busy but there was a man there in particular named Tony who helped me very friendly very helpful very knowledgeable and I'd like to say that he has been given a nickname named Rico suave.

Damon B and Charles W had some of the best customer service skills I have seen. They were friendly, attentive and really cared about helping us. I would go back soley to have them help me again , especially because it was a stressful situation and they put us at ease fixing it. Highly recommend!

The staff is always more than helpful. This store is always well stocked and clean. The staff here are actually knowledgeable! As a woman, it's nice that they only ask me ONCE "can we help you find anything?" They don't treat me like I'm helpless or hover. The only negative, is that all of Auto Zones computer systems are WAY out of date and more complicated than necessary. This impacts sales and slows down customer service.

Two employees working and this is 7 minutes before closing. I was picking up an online order. One of the employees was extremely friendly.... said no problem, no problem, no problem. I asked about a tool I needed. He also allowed me to get the tool and a pop. Then at checkout the other employee made it clear he was rushing me out of the location. They get four stars because of this employee. Now if I got service like the other employee gave me they would never lose my business. I was about to spend another $30 on a socket set (that I will buy today elsewhere.) But, I was tired of being rushed while I was rushing already on my own!......I got in my car at 9:02pm

Mr. Damon is awesome! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I have never had this kind of customer service in an auto store before! He definitely went above and beyond! If you need any help you can definitely count on Mr. Damon at the Mt. Washington Autozone off Beechmont Road!

Great people, always willing to help me find what I need (even if it doesn't exist) they find something that will do what I need. App is a little fidgety, having issues connecting rewards to app so when I ordered a product for curb delivery my reward cash was not taken off and it keeps telling me to link rewards but then gives me a error message, but that's IT not the store, store is great!

I was informed that the person who was extremely rude to me and argumentative was the store manager. That is very unfortunate, sir, that you hate your job that much. Also to tell me you don t have tools in the store when you have a loan a tool program (not to mention the wall of tools that are intended for ppl to purchase), makes it seem like either you are lazy, didn t know how to perform the task that your store advertises that they will assist a consumer with, or you don t know how to properly stock your store. Either way, you have no business having the position that you have nor dealing w the public.

My wife went up there today. Jason and Dale were very helpful. They guided her to replace a sensor on our truck and replace a rubber vacuum hose. We would definitely recommend this store. Thank you Jason and Dale. I would also like to thank Durrell for also helping. Thanks again for everyone who helped out. Charlie

This company as a whole. Fair prices and or sales and rewards programs designed to help save $ .. associates that have the knowledge of vehicles .. it's rare to have more than one knowledgeable associate to assist you. This is EVERY LOCATION

They took my used oil on a different trip, this time I brought them the exact part number and a print out showing they had the part in stock and they still weren't sure where it was in the storeOn a separate trip I first went to the store at 9:06 am Sunday morning and was greeted by an apologetic employee standing out in the cold waiting for the manager to open the store. I went across the street for groceries and when I came back at 9:23 the manager still wasn't there. Extremely disappointed and the last time I'll be going there

Thank you Charles W. and Dane Harden for helping my family and I with our melted, stinky battery.
