Tim was SUPER dope!!! Educated and funny too! My day was not great and my battery dying made it worse but he saved the day! Then connected me with this fine light skinned man who helped me out even more! The both got me the best price and service! Thank you too much! You re dope Tim!!

I shop here quite often. The staff is typically friendly and helpful. Recently while I was shopping I needed to pee really bad and I m sure this was quite obvious by my pee-pee dance. I politely asked if I could use their restroom and I was told they do not have a public restroom even though it is required by law. I wonder what other laws they are breaking or unethical business practices are going on?

I recently had a minor snafu with an online return in store. I spoke with Tim, the manager on duty, and he was very pleasant to deal with but instructed me to call and speak to the store manager Kelly to get the issue resolved. Normally, one, I dont write reviews. And two, normally, are not good reviews. But I must say this entire experience was surprisingly very human and pleasant. Kelly went above and beyond the call of duty for service to ensure I am a satisfied customer. It is because of Kelly and Tim that I will remain a lifelong autozone customer. There just isn't any replacement for good, caring, and resolute customer service these days, and the team at this store blew my expectations for a debacle return out of the water for leaving the customer happy and satisfied with the resolution. Good job, and thank you Kelly and Tim!!Toby

I purchased a battery last year and needed to jump it within the year. I lost my receipt but they had me in their system. I showed up and they helped me test my battery and replaced it without any pushback. They even installed it for me. I appreciate their service!

Poor customer service, the lady was previously a security and got hired recently as a manager. She is a member of the Kkk (very racist) and will make this great company lose revenues as I ve been dealing with them from the beginning, I will not go back.

The store was spotless and stocked very well. The isles were clearly labeled and the items I was looking for were very easy to find which made it a quick in and out trip. My questions were answered thoroughly and correctly to my satisfaction. There were no people lingering outside in the front like some locations have. The exterior of the store was just as clean as the interior. Parking is a little scarce but otherwise a very nice store

They lost a $200 sale over $200. I wanted to buy a battery for my car they would not install it because they said it was too cold outside on top of that they were rude and obnoxious and derelict last time going there!

This store is AWESOME! I had No idea, What I needed for my car this morning. Mrs.Karen helped me EVERY step of the way. She was very knowledgeable on the products,and was very delighted to help me. It was very refreshing at 8am lol.The store was very clean, parking lot,and all employees were in full uniform down to nametags and even Mask.Hand sanitizer was at the front door, and all check out registersWould HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location.A satisfied costumer.

I went to this autozone store to purchase a Bluetooth transmitter and received the best customer service ever with nothing but smiles from the team Floyd and donte were very helpful

Looked as if training several new employees was going on by one person at the register. There were a few people being waited on and a few more waiting in line. This gave me plenty of time to walk around the store. I noticed it was clean and the shelves were neatly stocked. When it came time to buy my product, I did need to repeat myself several times for each question he asked. The computer was extremely slow. When it came time for scanning my rewards card, my name appeared twice in the computer. So instead of choosing one of those accounts that have reward points on them, he issued me a new card. (Now I will be In there three times!) It took a very long time at the register as the new employee did not have help or anyone overseeing him.

Jessica found the perfect touch up paint fort my old Toyota. When I called her the night before to ask if it was in stock, she was very helpful and even put it on hold for me to pick up the next day. It was a perfect match. Also the staff has been nice enough to read my cars check engine light even though I wasn't making a purchase that day.

Had exactly what I needed and I didn't have to wait to be helped, which I consider a big A+ for any AutoZone. I have had to wait for 20 minutes before at other locations, but I have never dealt with that kind of service at this location and the woman who waited on me was helpful, very polite and professional with a good personality. Which always makes anyone's shopping experience better. I will definitely keep shopping @ the Mitchell location in the future.

Tried to exchange a headlight the Newport location sold me after asking them multiple times for the correct one the employees gave me the wrong bulb so I tried to take it back to this location just for an even exchange and the older gentleman employee there was very rude and told me to go back to Newport to return it and buy one from here.

My experience with AutoZone Parts was great, was driving my windshield wiper flew off, went there, got new ones within 10 minutes, they put them on for me with no problem, was on my way, a happy customers, great service and very helpful and polite, Thank you for your service.Linda J.

Store did not have a very common caliper pin in stock. But they were kind enough to reserve the part at another store. Full time security guard on premise. Counter lady was all business.

I bought a pair of wind shield wipers. All wiper blades are impossible to install. At Autozone they go from the sale right out to your car to install them for no charge. They did the same thing when I bought a new battery. They take the misery out of a miserable job.
