I forgot the lady's name who helped me but she made my experience a very positive one. Car things can be overwhelming for me, but her assistance made my situation easy to understand. There was also an older gentleman who I guess spends a lot of time there. He was helpful as well. Thanks guys!!

We were here a few weeks ago to get back brakes for our truck and it first we got the wrong brakes because one number was read wrong which was an easy mistake to makeBut the girl that serviced us and got us the right ones was absolutely amazing and caring and wonderful customer service we live in Lexington and if she worked here anytime we needed something she would be who I would go to The other employees in there were wonderful to help us put our windshield wipers on They are just absolutely great in there I m sorry I can t remember her name, but she was wonderful and deserves to be recognized she deserves a raise. They all do absolutely wonderful. I ve never had that grade of an experience at an AutoZone. So if any of those people read this, thank you so much again you are absolutely wonderful

George and William helped me get my motorhome running. Great guys super nice to me and helped me get the right parts. It's. An old school autozone with people who know what they are doing and interact with the customers. Most of the people in the area treated me bad just for owning because it's vintage. I was hassled by police nonstop but the guys at autozone were super nice and helped me.

Great value, they have everything you need. If they don't have it they can get it in a day or two. They have basic tools to loan if you have a rewards account. They have a loan a tool program.

Every time I come to this store there is a big delay on service. The manager is clueless and very rude and the employees are not aware of what customers really need

Both lady managers are terrible live in suburbs car broke down at hospital looked up part said they had it at this location right off the top with talking to them they said we don't have it with out looking in the computer I no it was there had to travel miles to another location had to get pay a ride to go to a other location which cost money called the next day the part was there Both lady managers are lazy don't need to be working there

I m not a car guy. And have had some negative experiences while shopping for car parts, often caused by employees that don t seem interested in helping me. I found myself at this AutoZone about 6 months ago and was amazed and how friendly and helpful the staff was. Today, I ended up there again and have to say I had another awesome experience. The staff went out of their way to make me happy to shop there. Five star service!

They try to make your stressful day better yes they can't give you the parts for $5 or $10 . But they will try to work with you n if there's promotions or coupons you didn't know about they will tell you. Just don't forget they don't know everything about every vehicle out there the basics and maybe more but give them a break be nice and respectful maybe crack a joke or something it might actually make someone's day

Brad Banks the Store Manager was phenomenal!! He not only knew the answers to my car questions he also assisted me with the repair and resolved the issues in less than 5 minutes. What I thought would take a trip to the auto repair shop which would easily be 4 hours, he resolved my problem in a few minutes. Very professional and knowledgeable. HIGHLY Recommend Brad Banks! Thanks!

Very poor customer service. Went to return spark plugs, although I didn't have a receipt if it was scanned they knew it was from there. But they told me to go to Norwood and I could get a refund. Norwood laughed at me and said you can't get a refund without a receipt even if it was on a card. I know that's not true because I've done it there before. So I'll hold on to the plugs as a reminder to go to another parts store and tell everyone I know to do the same and why. And I've been a loyal customer since the 90's. So long.

Came in for a battery and Amir was such a help. He helped me get the right battery for my car and insisted on installing it for me. Even with the sub zero temperatures he took the time to take the old battery out and replaced it with the new. Thank you so much for your help!!!

Not 1 star from me! Extremely rude any and every time i need to stop there twice a week. Ive never been treated with friendly service. Never been greeted coming in the store. The manager has the worst service skills. And the team members follow. Its the only Auto zone near my area. I dread every time i have to go there. It's very hurtful to get such low end service when i spend my hard earn dollars with that location. They are THE ABSOLUTE WORST

Four customer service representatives on duty, although one's shift was over by time I joined the line & 1 was only restocking/unpacking & taking trash out. Of the two remaining reps, they were quite busy helping the customers. They were knowledgeable, efficient, patient. Thank you for helping me out.

I want to give a shout out to the females working in there. Those girls know what they are doing and are always friendly and professional. I went in there today and she helped me and had me out the door with in five minutes. I love this location!

Awful customer experience, cashier doesn't even look up stuff in the computer too see if they have it. After I personally looked it up and said it was in stock, he said he doesn't know where it is. He said his boss Mark knows, after having to convince the awful cashier to ask him he said even the manager does not know where a product is located in the store. 0/10 customer service

I have had nothing but bad experiences with this store since I moved here in May of 2021. My latest bad experience, I'm currently stranded and unable to get myself or my fiance to work right now due to vehicle problems I'm having. I took a day off to fix the truck and am on a time crunch, I have called this store 6 times in a row now, they let it ring forever then answer and hang up. I have also witnessed this in person while standing in line. In the rare event that they do acknowledge a customer, the entire team and management are typically very rude, don't want to help customers, don't know how to look up parts even when I give them a part number and are all around just rude and inconsiderate people. It's folks like this that are making me grow to hate the fact that I moved to Ohio and want to pack up and move back home. Back in missouri, I call auto zone and they know me by name and take care of whatever I need, going above and beyond to strive for excellence. The people here just want to clock in, collect a check and do as little of their job as possible. I only gave one star because there's not an option for zero.

These guys were awesome: they listened effectively to my problem, even though the store was very busy, and provided two excellent solutions for me. I never felt rushed or like I was being a burden, and I appreciated their kindness a lot. This is my new favorite auto parts store .

Absolutely horrible! If I could give it negative stars I would! I bought a socket from this store, but the part ended up not fitting the tito I had. So, naturally I returned it. I had the receipt. They had already charged my card, but when I went back in they started statthey just cancelled the transaction and I would have to wait 3 days. I told the manager that I needed the correct socket to fix my car just so I could get home. The manager then proceeded to tell me I was causing too much drama, took $10 out of his pocket, THREW IT AT ME, and told me to leave his store. I wasn't even yelling. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! I have never been treated with so much disrespect in my entire life! I would seriously suggest to anybody, DON'T DO GO THIS STORE! I would drive 15 minutes out of my way if it means not dealing with such overwhelmingly rude people!
