A fun crew and a great experience. Fast service and helpful advice these folks know what they are doing! Store is clean and neat, everything is easily found and when not the team members are most knowledgeable.

My wife and I broke down and came to this store looking for a gasket to fix our issue. The gentleman (and we didnt get his name) came out to look at what we had going on. He spent the next 2 hrs working on our truck with tools he went and got out of his personal car. He got us fixed up enough to get us home. This man went above and beyond. I wish I had his name to include but neither one of us looked at his name tag. We just need more people in the world like him. Once again thank you kind sir.

I went into the store for a battery, they were short staffed but Deanna W (store manager)told me if I could wait she d help me. I waited about 15 minutes, she dropped it in for me. Very nice And great worker. She made sure I taken care of. Very much appreciated

My morning started with a dead battery. I purchased the current one from Autozone in 2021. I decided to go back to Autozone and purchase another only to be told by Jeff I still had a warranty left on the current battery. Exchanged the battery and Andrew another associate installed it positively. I would highly recommend their service.

Was told after we bought battery that the alternator was out. They were trying to get us to buy a whole new alternator but thankfully we went to advanced auto parts and got a second opinion because nothing was wrong with it. They try to get you to buy anything when you don t even need it. Crooks fr.

Most of the time the people working here have no automotive knowledge. Most of the time they have trouble looking for parts in there own system. For example they look the part up and it says it's in stocks but takes them 20 minutes to find it in the back .the employees act like they don't want to help you when you walk I'm. It is cheaper than advanced auto but if you want customer service than go to advanced auto parts.

Very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable but the day of changing my brakes came to realization ALL parts were picked wrongly. I had to go to AutoZone further out Colerain to get pats re-picked. This was an hour out of my time & gas & frustration!

don't bother buying anything online unless you can bring the person that is buying the parts with you with a photo ID. thanks for trying to be safe with peoples money but you also make it ridiculously hard to use this service if I'm working on other peoples vehicles. now they can't get the discount and have to find a ride to the store to buy the parts.

John helped me. I was prepared to purchase some wiper blades thinking I had the correct size for my car. The size was right but the connection was not.John noticed this and checked my car to find out..he then suggested the correct blades and also installed them for me.John was the commercial manager but still helped me with installation.Excellent service

My daughter's car was broke into the person order part from there and the manger helped to stop payment and refund her money.. But would not help give the cops info on the order so we could track the person down to press charges.. It had a number and email most likely but refused to look into it. I'm more of a man than them. I had to do everything to help my child.. Yes she got refund her money but we want justice..

Stopped in for a new headlight. James quickly assisted us and then generously helped us install them. The store wasn't terribly busy, but he certainly didn't have to help us, and we definitely appreciated the assistance. Big thanks for James' great service!

I've shopped here for decades! They always have what I need, and they'll usually install it. Today it was all 3 wiper blades for my 1999 SUV!

What I sent there for was not there even though the website said that it was. I didn't see an employee at all for about 5 minutes. I was able to purchase something else similar.

I worked there before the corporate cares more about rewards cards than anything else so they can sell ur personal information even though they say they don't they do

Clean and friendly. A little lacking in touch up paint varieties, but they have most of the common colors. Checked out quickly and had no trouble with any other items I was picking up! Great store, absolutely recommend.

Thank you for the outstanding employees last Friday night. I need wipers for my SUV and the gentleman was so helpful, found the size I needed an even put them on. I can't say enough about the outstanding customer service experience I recieved.

Only 3 stars this trip. Usually better but I had to use my phone to find the right oil filter for my 2010 Genesis Coupe. The only chart that I could find was for Fords & Chevies.

Matt was incredibly helpful for my mother and I when we needed an emergency car battery on the 4th of July! Even though it was a holiday and we came in close to closing time, he was willing to do everything he could to make everything right. Highly recommended!
