I scheduled an appointment then got an email offering a discount if I came in at an earlier time. I was pressed on the day they wanted but was told it would take a little less than 1 1/2 hours. From the time I left home until the time I returned was 1 hour and 10 minutes. The store in Colerain has my highest regard.

I called on Wednesday inquiring about a windshield replacement. Crack was about a foot and a half across. Got in Friday morning; in and out in about an hour. They beat the major competition price (sorry Safelite). Professional and courteous team. Definitely worth a try if you need glass replaced. They also can come out to you.Great job! I hope I don't need to come back but if I do, I'll go to Auto Glass Now!Service: Auto windshield repair

A+ Service. Thieves busted out side window while we were staying at a hotel while out of town. Safelite said two days, these guys said in four hours. It took them less than an hour to install the replacement. Very courteous and professional.

The staff here are great! Devon is really friendly and understanding in helping with scheduling. I had an issue with a window getting broken into and got an appointment the same day. had to get rescheduled but they vacuumed the loose glass + put plastic on my window without me asking/free of charge. The service is fast and also really understandable with their prices!!

Mr. Ed was fast, to the point. He carried a conversation with me about cars, told me everything about tempered glass I needed to know! He was very smart and helpful! Will make Auto Glass my forever glass repair as long as I m in cincinatti! Thank you guys for a great experience

There was a lot of miscommunication between team members and I was on the verge of calling to complain but Ed (Edward) was amazing. He called me and followed up on the mobile windshield change service. I got it done the same day. He was very polite, professional and I was very impressed by the quality of work he did and his professionalism.

I am so grateful and impressed with the service I received here! Someone broke the window on my car so I was already agitated and upset. I called and was able to get an appointment within 48 hours. On the day of my service, from the second that I walked in until I walked out everything was perfect. Customer service greeted me immediately and got me signed in. They talked to me about what they were going to do to my car and told me the price it would be afterwards, which by the way is not even half of what my insurance company quoted me. The men working on the car were nice and respectful and they were incredibly fast. Do not hesitate to use the company if you need any glass fixed on your car. I 1000 out of 10 would recommend! These guys are excellent. My work truck got broken into, resulting in a broken passenger side window. I scheduled with auto glass now, rescheduled twice, at their inconvenience, and they still fit me in, when my schedule allowed. They had me in-and-out in 25min! Fantastic! I was a problem customer, and they still treated me well, while at the same time being super fast.

Highly recommended. They didn t receive my window on the day appointment was scheduled but would like to note it was the Friday after a holiday.Told to come back on Monday everything was perfect and received a discount with a already low price great job!!!!!!

Referred to me by my State Farm insurance. I made an appointment within a couple days and had my windshield replaced after a mega divot from a rock that hit my window. The man who left me the message on the phone was very informative and told me it would take extra time because I had eyesight navigation. It only took an hour. I ll have to say that walking into the store. The person at the desk sits lower than the actual countertop, so I had to find that person

Front desk woman is super friendly and sweet. Windshield looks great! They got it done in 30 minutes. Whoever put the windshield on also noticed my windshield wipers were not on correctly from another shop and took care of it for me. Daniel the auto glass tech had my windshield out and the new one put in in 25 minutes.He did a really nice job and was very polite .He even brought our car around front so my wife wouldn't have to walk as far. And the man and woman at the front counter was very polite.I would definitely recommend them to other people.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Great place with amazing service. Had my window busted out on my bday on a Saturday night. Came in Monday morning right when they opened they got my new window in the same day I took it there! The price was also more than less than half of any other shop I looked into.

The whole process was quick and easy. Everyone was friendly. Got our windshield replaced before we left to go out of town. Done cheaper than going through insurance. Windshield looks great. Will definitely recommend auto glass now in the furure.

Very good job..I was informed the condition of the glass bed where the glass windshield is laid was a little rusted and needed to be sanded then painted. It would take a while longer but no charge. Also the price was less than expected. Thanks...

My car was broken into and I had it towed here. They did their best to find me a replacement window and when they couldn t get one quick enough they offered to keep my car in the shop overnight so it was safe. When we picked it up they had vacuumed the glass out and put on a temporary window for me. Great customer service!

On receiving my car back, my door locks didn t work and they left pieces off of my door. Not happy and I will be returning my truck to get serviced the correct way.

I needed a windshield for my nissan xterra, called one place they wanted over $700! Called AGN price under $300! Very professional will go back!
