Overall great service. We were able to schedule a pick up within 3 days (only took that long due to my availability). Staff was kind, quick and efficient. Not to mention they offered us almost $200 more than our local scrap yard! Highly recommend and will definitely go through them again in the future should we ever need to scrap a vehicle!

Called to see what they would give to scrap my car... they rated the highest pay out of 8 places and came 30 minutes after I called with the address... the lady I spoke to was very nice and informative... the man that came to get it called before showing up, was very nice and everything went very smooth and fast... definitely recommend

I usually come here for my used tires and I always get friendly service. But most recently I visited this location, I was greeted right away, the young lady in the front office was very polite and professional.Then the two service men were equally courteous and professional, I mean, what more can you ask for? Not to mention the service was fast less than ten minutes to replace my tire and make the payment.I am completely satisfied and I will continue to patronize unless shown otherwise. I would definitely recommend this business to those who are skeptics like myself when it comes to service.

Anytime I go down here I get taken care of.They always take care of my fleet vehicles and my personal vehicles.I always get professional service when I go down there. It's a used tire shop in a towing place so it's rough, but they do their best to take care of the people who come down to see them I would highly recommend going down here if you need to get one tire fixed or replaced or even to order new tires.Thanks Tri-State I will come back to see you time and time again and I'm sure I'll be back.

I found Arise Auto Center and I m so glad I did. Great communication, and did what they said they were going to do. The man that came to tow my car was professional, and helpful in every way. I will be using Arise again, and will be telling my friends.

I have been coming here for a few years now and I must say they take care of me and that's why I come back. Tire plugs and good used tires are why I come here... and towing. Kind ppl and good customer service.

My husband s car needed an engine, so I wasn t going that route! However we did need the car hauled away! They came and picked the car up from the mechanic and paid me for the title! Thank you all so much! Staff is friendly and very professional! I will keep them in mind Incase we need them again!

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE THEY ARE RIPPING WOMEN OFF AND DAMAGING PROPERTY I TOOK MY CAR FOR A SIMPLE TIRE CHANGE LEFT WITH SOMEONE ELSES CAR PART DAMAGED VEHICLE. The manager seems to be a very big nasty man wouldn t even hear me now I have a 400 damages on top of a horrible service and a tire that still isn t fixed

Does not answer the phone and they are breaking the law by not allowing customers to pick their vehicles up out of inpound. They are closed on Sunday but still charge impound fees for that day, how is this legal?
