If I could give 10 stars, I would. Great experience all around. Started with a call to find out how to do a pre-purchase car inspection. Sue was great, gave lots of great detailed info over phone even though we were not yet customers. On the day of our trip to the dealership, we were able to get the vehicle into Anderson Automotive right away. They test drove the vehicle, led us through the inspection while the car was on the lift, and gave us a detailed printout of all mechanical issues. We were able to get over $1,000 off the purchase price on the car based on the report. Just so great to work with Anderson Automotive!!! Highly highly recommended.

Anderson Automotive is by far the best repair shop in town. Great service, super friendly staff, and always the best prices. I ve called around a million times for quotes, on different vehicles at that, and Anderson Automotive is always the lowest. Plus they get it done fast. They re super transparent about their fees upfront, too. And the cost for diagnosis is way lower than everyone else s too.This is the only shop my family and I ever use. Highly recommend.

Anderson Automotive is honest, trustworthy and I always feel great leaving my car with them. My dad was a loyal customer, my brother is a loyal customer and I became a loyal customer when I moved back to Cincinnati. So many shops try to take advantage of customers, not Anderson Automotive. I couldn t recommend them enough. 10/10.

Ditch valvolne. They tried to charge me $128 for an oil change on a tiny Chevy spark. This place charged me $58 and were the most sweet amazing staff, I even got a text message personally asking if everything went okay. Immediately went back for an oil change in my boyfriend's car, I'll never go anywhere else.

My gear shift top and inside broke, and It's my carpet cleaning van and I couldn't let my vehicle sit for a few days due to my jobs are random and sporadic. This company fixed it and price was incredible. I needed that due to I don't make much doing what I do. Thank you everyone there. God loves you

I have been taking my cars to Steve and his family at Anderson automotive for over 20 years. I have always been Happy and fully satisfied with their work. They charge a fair price and get the work done correctly the first time in. I will be their customer as long as I have cars that need work.

The Malfunction Indicator Lamp in my Honda CRV came on and stay on. I was able to get my car into Anderson Automotive East within two days. The mechanic used a tester to scan for a control system leakage. He found no problem and cleared the codes. He advised me for any further issues. It took him five minutes and I was not charged anything for the test. My vehicle is twenty years old and this has never occurred before. So, needless to say, I was quite relieved. I have been to this shop a few times now and have been so pleased with the speedy service; through explanations; integrity; and honesty. I will not take my car anywhere else. Thank you!

A coworker of mine suggested I go here after speaking to several other auto shops. They offered me the fairest pricing, told me how long it would take, and when they had availability to do so. They were professional and quick. I will definitely be returning in the future if I ever need more work done.

This family owned automotive repair business is bar none the best in quality and customer service. I'll never go to any of the "name brand" repair shops that litter the area it surrounds. Everyone should give them a shot. You won't regret it.

They replaced my spark plugs. Saved $80 compared to the dealership. Advised me I didn't need to replace serpentine belt. Did not try to make me anxious in order to sell unnecessary repairs. Very positive experience.

The people who work here are so friendly and knowledgeable. They are cheaper then other places and will not try and charge you for work you dont truley need. Will try and save you money when/where they can and give you different options, leaving decisions up to you, low pressure. They do great work, and are honest and transparent. I have been going to them for years, of note I am a female, I also send my young adult children there, (we aren't car people by any means, especially my boys) and I have no worries of myself or them being taken advantage of due to our lack of knowledge.My son broke down last week and had his car towed there, they graciously let it sit in their lot for 2 days (which is always packed) until we could get a new battery and put it in ourselves to see if that was all it needed (it was, so they made 0 $ from us) . Front desk/Phone person is so down to earth, efficient, funny and chill, she's worked there since I have been going and cannot stress enough what an asset she is to the company . I took my truck in because of a bad clutch master cylinder and took it in early in case of a opening, no luck there. It was a little longer wait for them to get to it but it was both confusion on my part, lack of communication and the plain fact that they have the reputation they do, because they insist on the quality of their work that earned them their business. To put it short and sweet, they are busy because ehave great mechanics who know their stuff and if it takes a little longer it's s because it's being done right, they stand behind their work, they try to be flexible when possible and the front desk staff is very personable, professional and attentive. She is a pleasure both on the phone and in person. The cost is always reasonable. It's well worth the peace of mind you that KNOW it's fixed and you know you HAVEN'T been taken to the bank on the bill

Have a few excellent experiences with Anderson Automotive. First visit received a good honest assessment with must repair and keep an eye on suggestions. Last two visits told to come pick up and issue not significat and vehicle safe and operable vs "requiring" work. Gal at the desk is knowledgeable and great. Plan to bring vehicles here for what work I cannot readily complete or have skill to do so. Keep up good work!

I brought my car in to diagnose an engine check light. They quickly determined that it was the thermostat causing the light to turn on. They told me it's a quirk with the Town and Country, and that it really wasn't "defective." They reset the light, and that was it. What I appreciate about Anderson Automotive is that I can trust them to do what's necessary, but they won't try to sell you something you don't need. They also don't nickel-and-dime their customers. In this instance, it took only a few minutes to diagnose my problem, so there was no charge. The dealer wanted nearly $200 to run diagnostics. Anderson suggested that I try driving the car to see if the light comes back on, and if I wanted to replace the thermostat, they gave me an estimate. But they assured me that the thermostat was working, and not defective. I really appreciate their business philosophy.

Owning an older car which is approaching its end, I would like to keep this vehicle running! I asked for a diagnosis of several problems. Steve was very honest with me, gave me the costs to repair and said just drive it! . He didn t charge me any labor for the diagnosis! I will return . And recommend him to others!

I had a small coolant leak on my 92 truck and I have been too busy to tend to it. They were vary nice and charged a good price for the work done to it. I d recommend the place to anyone that has a problem with there car.

Honest company with fair pricing. Quoted before work was completed and when arrived the price was a little less than quoted. They stated it didn t take us as long as quoted so adjusted to actual pricing. 10 out of 10 would use again!

Always top notch work! Susan is great at the front desk for taking in the jobs, calling with quotes and checking out when job is finished. Zak did an awesome job on my old 1993 Cadillac water pump replacement!!

This place does good honest work. I recently had them fix my alternator and serpentine belt. My van is as good as new!!! I never feel like I'm being lied to or taken advantage of. I appreciate that.

Great shop! Friendly staff and quick service. I dropped off my Mazda for service and I was able to get it back the same day. They went over everything with me and made me feel comfortable.
