I ordered 6 replacement windows from this company to spruce up my home before I put it on the market. Great news...my home sold in less than a day! However, the buyer was applying for a VA loan and the bank would not finance the home unless I replaced the two garage windows as well. I ordered the additional 2 windows and for some reason only one came in. Even after they guaranteed me the window would be on the next truck, unfortunately it was not! We cannot close until the windows are replaced. I am so upset right now and will never order anything else from this company. This is holding up the closing on my new house as well.I want to give an update. After I wrote this review I spoke with Aaron at American Window and he informed me he was planning on driving to Louisville, which is half way to the plant to pick up my window. He was able to deliver the window right to my house by 3:45, just in time for the loan closing at 4:30.I know have much more confidence in this company and cannot thank them enough for going the extra mile to get the job done.

I have ordered windows from this company a few times. They could not of been more helpful. I had one window crack and without hesitation they took care of the situation. I am very happy with their service and product.

I was not able to get my window fixed here, however, the staff provided outstanding friendliness and knowledge to help me get my issue resolved.
