SUCH A HELPFUL BUSINESS! Had some weird insurance policy issues before coming in where my insurance said they couldn't cover glass repair (I'm insured in KY, so it should be free!). The guys at the shop called the insurance line directly and helped sort it out where my policy was accepted and in the end it turned out to be covered by my insurance! Was in and out the next day with a brand new windshield within 35 minutes. Highly recommend!! Great people.

This company is great!! My daughter got her window busted out and she was able to get in the next day and they got it replaced very quickly while she waited. She said they were very nice and even waited by the road close to her appt time to direct her where to go. Great price and over the top customer service. Saved me big time. Thank you!!!

Troy and the guys at American Auto Glass are super professional and had my new windshield installed perfectly in under an hour. They don't price gouge like some of the other companies and even though I decided to go to the shop in Cincinnati and get my windshield put in, they will come right to you. Thanks guys you've got all my business from now on.

Wrote just details on their online site for inquiry and received a phone call maybe 30mins later. Was told they could get me in the same day even with having to order the glass. Drove to their shop both were very professional and took care of my window in 30mins just like they said they would. Safelite wanted 2x what I was charged here and now I can cancel that appointment since the window has already been installed.

I would happily recommend American Auto Glass. Steve and Troy and amazing to work with. They are extremely knowledgeable and quick to get you on the schedule and taken care of. We have used them several times and will continue to do so. Thanks Again!

They were quick to get the work done, they showed up on time to my business which is TriState Water Works, lawn sprinklers. They did a neat and clean job at a very fare price. I had them do three windshields.

Although its services are good, I don't recommended it. Because you will be locked in a waiting room with zero information about what is going on with your car. I found traces of glasses under the hood and drips of glue on the dashboard.

Good communication, fast and friendly (same day!) service, and $100 cheaper than Safelite. I dread going to auto shops as a woman, but Troy met me outside and was so kind

These guys were amazing! Very great price! A worker of mine accidentally threw a tree log through my window while we were loading up the bed of the truck. I would highly recommend this company. I had them replace the windshield on my vehicle is 2016. Flash forward to today. I started having water leak into the interior of said vehicle. I wasn't sure where it was coming from. I assumed the windshield so I called. They asked me to bring the vehicle to their shop to diagnose. They performed a water test and were able to determine that the water was leaking due to the sunroof drain. Not their problem at all.... but they took the time to repair and resolve the issue for me. And, at no charge. You don't come across companies with people that care to help like this. Do yourself a favor if you're in the market for auto glass replacement or repair, call!Service: Auto windshield replacement

My windshield gasket was coming up for a while, so I was looking for glass repair shops. America Auto Glass was outstanding! They gave me excellent service and reattached my gasket. They did a really neat job and, best of all, was very far on the price!!12/10 would recommend!!

This place is fantastic. Cheaper than everywhere else in the area. They get you in quick, and they get it done quick, they got my window fixed in like half and hour. Good dudes too.

Highly recommend. I had a vandalization occur to my car over the weekend. I called all around greater Cincinnati for quotes and American Auto Glass was the quickest, cheapest, and closest in distance to me. Troy pulled up to my house and replaced my Front Windshield within the hour. I was charged $265 flat. The lowest quote I got from anywhere else in the city was $286.75, including tax. Thank you very much, Troy. Hopefully I never have to replace another window, but if I do, I know where to go.Service: Auto windshield replacement

The person in charge of the place makes you feel that you are really in the right place, I had visited several places before but I am sure that if I had seen this place first, I would not have moved from there and the work was impeccable.

Honestly couldn t ask for a better experience. Quick, quality service went above and beyond my expectations. I went too another shop last year and had too go back within 48hours too get the rest of the glass out the door. These guys do it right the first time. Same price quoted over the phone also the best price in town. I ll never go anywhere else or recommend anywhere else. Hopefully I ll never have too go back Service: Auto side window replacement

Excellent customer service!!! They removed & installed my front windsheild, both driver's side windows, swept up the shattered glass & rehung my rearview mirror on less than an hour. The work they did was far above and beyond what I expected them to do. Thank you Troy and the other two gentlemen that I met. You all did excellent work on my Acura RSX!!!

Was passing through on my way up north for Xmas when my window was smashed in by vandals in a parking garage downtown. I called and they had confirmed they had the glass on hand within minutes. I arrived 15 minutes later and they got me right in, 35 minutes after I was out the door. They vacuumed all the broken glass and had me on my way quickly. I really appreciate the prompt service and great job, price was also over $100 less than two previous quotes from their competition. I cannot say enough nice things about the service we recieved when i needed my windshield replaced. Within 24 hours of my incident, i had a new windshield installed at my home. They were professional and did a great job of cleaning out the glass inside my car. They took the liberty to do so after my husband mentioned we had a 6 month old. Loved American Auto Glass! The gentleman that worked the phone & front desk was very pleasant! I was in & out in about 30 min! The quote that I was given over the phone was actually the "out the door" price: no sales tax, or labor cost; no disposal charges, & other fun hidden fees!!! As a woman, I didn't fear for my life or virtue ( ) in anyway...always a plus!!!! The sitting area had the essentials...chairs, but again, I wasn't there to be pampered, I was there to get my windshield replaced; I didn't fear for my safety, my health, or a 4 to 100 legged critter/pest appearing because it was it's daily routine!! Oh, & their work was perfect!!! I would recommend them to anyone...especially a woman!!! Great job gentlemen!!!

I was very impressed with the service here (Queen City location). The guys were friendly, organized, and very quick. They were able to get me in within the hour, and the service itself took less than 20min. I was having a broken window replaced-- there was still glass all over my car; they went the extra mile and vacuumed it all up for me, free of charge, and I didn't even have to request that of them. They are also very trustworthy; I had a couple valuables on the front seat that were still there when I returned, and they charge a reasonable rate for the service they provide. Very pleased; I definitely recommend them.

Great place to do business with. Unbeatable prices to match their unbeatable professionalism. A rarity in any business. Dave came out to my place of work and replaced my front windshield quickly, professionally, was super friendly and did it all and at a great price. Look no further if you need auto glass replacement. Might be the cheapest in town! Windshield replacement process just take about 20-30 minutes. You can enjoy the park in front of the business while you're waiting. If you wanna get the appointment, it's better to go there or call them in the morning.

I was incredibly pleased with the service, atmosphere, and PRICE! I stumbled upon the business by chance and I'm so glad I did! Two other quotes I got from competitors were TWICE as much and no where near as convenient and fast. I kept their card and hope I never need them again but if anybody I know needs somebody I'd tell them 3 times over to go here!
