Kind gentlemen, totally made the dent in my car disappear in under an hour. I originally spoke with Brian, who told me I could bring my car up any morning, at my convenience. Yes, it was very affordable, and great work, and fast how often do you get all three? Highly recommend. Thanks, Brian!

Affordable has been working on both of my vehicles for the past 2yrs. I m a business owner of a mobile detailing service, that being said having these 2 brothers working on my work van gives me confidence and security. I was able to experience one of the best time detailing down South after they gave my van new struts and a muffler. Greatly appreciate them and all they do.. you get what you pay for and I pay for passion when it comes to them.

Big thanks to Brian and Bill for helping us in a pinch. We were passing through Cincinnati and needed to fix a muffler hole and support bracket. They took us in first thing in the morning on the same day and Brian did a great job welding it back together, complete with painting touch up for rust prevention. Thank you for a fast, friendly and professional job!

Bill and Brian are very hardworking and were great to deal with. I was five hours from home when my check engine light came on and my car started acting up. They were quick to get my car serviced, despite being very busy. And true to name, very affordable. There s nothing like being away from home and your car acting up. These guys put me at ease and saved the day. I would highly recommend.

We came to Cincinnati from out of state and my van broke down in the middle of downtown. Affordable Auto helped us find a tow truck and was quick to look at my van to let me know the issue. They let some of us wait at their garage while we tried to get a rental and get to our hotel. These guys were nothing but kind, helpful and knowledgeable about my vans issues and I definitely recommend

Always an amazing experience. Have come here two separate times for suspension and wheel issues. Each time has been handled quick and extremely reliable. All the price estimates have been spot on beforehand and Bryan went out of his way and fixed my wheel instead of just tossing my spare on when I came in for a separate issue. Can t find a better place.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

We drove a group to Cincinnati from Central Kentucky to watch a Reds game. While we were there we encountered an issue with our church bus. Affordable Auto Repair was open on a Saturday and they looked at it as soon as we got to them. Bryan immediately diagnosed the problem and got us back on the road within minutes. He even offered us some advice on another issue we were having with the bus. We are so thankful they were willing and able to take care of us. They were very helpful and kind to us. We highly recommend them to others who may have car needs in the Cincinnati area.

Do NOT do it! After having my vehicle towed here I regret every single second spent. At first it was an okay experience but after my vehicle had been looked at I d realized it was not the experience I hoped for. In short I don t trust that my vehicle was looked at as it was parked across from the shop upon retrieval as well as the employee was very hostile, nonchalant &/or aggressive of wanting to explain what exactly was needed on my vehicle. Basically unable to pinpoint what exactly was wrong or required to get my vehicle fixed. When a question was asked talked to as if I was bothering him by asking further questions as well as asking for a print out of what was wrong with my vehicle & then being talked to even more disrespectful with too many hand motions. Whether it was a minor or major issue with this being a car shop I feel as the customer it should have been a better experience as well as the fact of being able to be offered more explanation of what was wrong with my vehicle. With much of NOTHING being offered at all I doubt if I ll ever return or recommend anyone to do so either. Deal with at your own risk!Service: Vehicle Inspection

Bill got me in so quickly and for such an affordable price! I had a few cracks in my front bumper and my fog light fell out of place. I took my car for a free repair estimate somewhere else and Bill blew them out of the water with his price. He also did exactly as I was asking rather than other places trying to force me into other unnecessary services to drive up their price.I m a college student and obviously these other places tried to take advantage of my little knowledge, but Bill just wanted to help out! Definitely definitely recommend going here.UPDATE: A few months after my first visit, I had some issues with my headlights, and other places were quoting me for FOUR TIMES what Affordable Auto Care charged me. Turns out I only needed new bulbs, but other places were going to charge me over $100 for a diagnostic test. They also got me in and out SO quick, I just had to go 5 minutes down the road to buy the new bulbs. I didn t get the man s name who did this repair, but he was incredibly kind and I appreciated him helping me out so efficiently and affordably. WISH I COULD GIVE 10 STARS! Even after I move further away, I will be coming here for any auto repairs.Services: Auto body & trim repair, General repairs & maintenance

Affordable Auto Repair went above and beyond my expectations in their work on my vehicle. The estimate they gave me beforehand was very accurate and they completed the work well before I expected. Also, they fixed a dent in my front fender for free! Now my car door opens completely without any problem.Thank you Affordable Auto Repair!

I am thankful to Bill at Affordable Auto Repair for his work with my car and for helping navigate the hassle with my insurance company. My car was hit while parked and needed repairs, part replacements, and paint work.In this time of inflation, new car shortage, and parts shortage, Bill helped me navigate the repair of my car and also provided video and guarantee to my Insurance company. This is above and beyond and shows how kind, thoughtful, honest and thorough his work is. And as he states in the name of his garage, his prices are reasonable and affordable.Please do not hesitate to bring your car to Bill. I never write google reviews but I wanted to take this time to share how wonderful Bill is and what a hidden gem this garage is. I am so lucky I found him and just want to pass this on to others.

These guys are amazing. Honest, straightforward tells you how it is. We'll also being super understanding and nice. Help me find a tow truck. I had a flat flat flat tire emergency . Stopped into affordable auto & these guys were on the spot to help me. Changed my spare in under 15 minutes. Super helpful. Bryan is the man.

Bill is a godsend! He was able to get me in immediately when I had called around & most shops including my usual mechanic weren t going to be able to for at least 2-3 days. His prices were affordable and he hooked me up with a discount for being disabled which I couldn t have appreciated more as this was an unexpected and absolute emergency repair. Communication was great and the job was done perfectly. It was a starter, didn t start when I dropped it off and it did when I picked it up! Thank you Bill!!Service: Engine repair

I was driving back from Tennessee to Michigan with my 11 year old daughter and my car broke down in Cincinnati on Easter Sunday. I had to stay the night. The next morning I called affordable auto and they were great. Got my car in right away later that afternoon I was on my way back home. Everybody was extremely nice and accommodating. Service was prompt and thorough. They gave me a ride to and from my hotel room. If I lived in Cincinnati that would be the place I would go to every timeService: Engine repair

Bill was fantastic! We came here on vacation and woke up this morning and our car wouldn t start. I called around and he was reasonably priced, he even hooked me up with a great tow service. He got my car in today and fixed within hours. There were cars in front of me (expected since it was last minute!) but he still made sure he fit me in. He went above and beyond so we can continue our vacation tomorrow! Thank you so much Bill! I highly recommend him to anyone needing any services. On one of my busiest days, my car decides not to start. I chose Affordable Auto hoping it would live up to its name, because I needed a quick and affordable repair. My car was taken in around 4pm Wednesday and by 10am Thursday "Black Beauty" was up and running again. Very professional; service with a smile. Thanks Bill.

Bill was very helpful and really experienced. Price's were better than most place's. Searched for the best price and was very reasonable with the labor price. Also,the other mechanic Tim was also very helpful. He helped us out a lot. So,thank you affordable auto. I highly recommend this place. If you need anything done to your car come here. They are the best around.

I've been here several times now. Bill and his team are great.Even when it's very busy they've always been able to help in a reasonable amount of time.I've never had to go back for the same problem twice, they fix it right the first time.Hope to keep coming back for future repairs.

I had a great experience here. I know next to nothing about cars--but I will say that this place has all of the great perks of a small business. The issues with my car were diagnosed quickly and explained clearly to me, and no unnecessary services were pushed. Parts and labor were very fairly priced. One mechanic's wife even gave me a ride to class while they worked on my car. Two hours later I picked up my car and it runs great. I will definitely be coming back if I have any other issues with my car. HIGHLY recommend!

Let me just start by saying Bill is amazing, he staff is amazing. They was very quick, they was easy on my budget. I will definitely be coming back if I have anymore car trouble. It is close to my job ( The Law Office Of Blake Maislin). I thought I needed an Alternator but turned out my batter battery cable was not connected correctly. He had me in and out the same day. BRING YOUR CAR HERE.

You bring your car to have him look at it. He takes forever to look at it. You call and get no answer. You go up there to take your car to a different mechanic and he says he fixed it WITHOUT TELLING YOU WHAT WAS WRONG OR HOW MUCH IT WILL COST. My car cost a pretty penny. Luckily I had the money. Only for the parts he so called replaced have to get FIXED again not even 90 days out of his shop! You won t have no luck! Especially screwing over black people! SHAME ON YOU!
