Convenient location, BUT they are way too slow to pick online orders (well over an hour when they advertise 30 minutes) and ring you out. And they often have items priced differently than online, so you better double check. They also have different versions of like items sitting right next to each other so expect to either buy the wrong thing or make a return. Just needs some organizing by a manager that cares and it will be a decent alternative to AutoZone.

Great supply of routine maintenance auto parts for the do it yourselfer. I suspect they also stock parts available to pros, as well. Good customer service, too. Had a slight mix-up in parts, but got it sorted out without drama. Sales floor is well organized, well stocked, and clean. I appreciate that they have manuals in the aisles applicable to certain parts (like oil filters) so you can look up the parts that fit your vehicle. Experienced sales staff are available to explain the differences (usually quality related) between different parts/manufacturers.

There are two young gents who are always opening doors and speaking whenever I (or any lady) come in. Love the fact that they ask if I need help, as a courtesy, not like I m ignorant to vehicles. The store is usually quiet and clean, other than the gents daily banter on cars, sports, or whatever the days topic may be. They always pause to ask if someone needs help (super nice).Prefer this store than the Auto Zone on Glenway or Warsaw.There s an older gent, but he doesn t say much other than basic cordialities. He adds to the ambiance (reminds me of the man in Up ).Overall, for the service, price, and items desired, you just can t beat this place.

Always have what I need. Prices are average and it always helps to support local businesses that don't have a capital W in the name.

my main man Paul. he helped me and as i was waiting in line the lady in front of my just exploded on him verbally. she didnt swear or anything like that, but Paul took it and did a great job defusing this irate lady. so i went in myself for a set of brake hose plugs for my caliper replacement. Paul and another gentleman also an employee couldnt have been more helpful to me. he even apologized to me... for absolutely no reason.ive bought quite a few parts there over the years. especially the new beetle bug i had. money pit. they have always come through for me, and today was not a disappointment at all. thank you Paul and gentleman. highly rate these guys.

Stopped in today looking for a battery. The guy refused to help me unless I gave him a part number. So, I got on my phone and found the part number on the Advanced Auto Parts website. The guy says that they don't have it without even looking. I asked if another store had it or could I order one and he wouldn't even look on the computer and just said no. He refused to even try to help me. Never going back.

Took my battery to get tested and recharged here. The employees there were super nice to me. They lended me the tools and performed the job very quickly rather. I was very please. Thanks very much for being so professional ladies!!!

The employee was outside when i was trying to figure out which clip to use out of the 3 it had to put my new wiper blades on. They all helped i will definately go back. Excellent employees

I wouldn't go anywhere else. They're always helpful. Good prices on parts. I hated going to Auto Zone on Glenway its not the staff but the people it's like the Walmart of auto parts.

The doors were locked at 7:57 tonight when I got there. All I wanted to do was drop off a dead battery for testing, they didnt even need to test it tonight, I just needed to drop it off that's all, because of my work schedule this is one of the only times I can. All they did was mouth "we're closed" I tried to get them to come to the door since it wasn't even 8:00 yet, but they ignored me. Again I know I was cutting it close, but I did get there before 8:00 and the doors were locked. I used to get the majority of my side work auto parts here due to convince, but I'll most likely be finding another parts store to go to.

Customer service was good. Although the time it took in recharging my car battery was to take 45 minutes but took most of the day. My first visit for car battery re-charging and probably be my last.

Had to deal with the rudest and unprofessional sales person Becky. Not just complete absence of product knowledge but very bad attitude as well . Even GM Kathy has to call to apologize for her. Making long story short i will recommend to avoid this store or at least Becky,. Very disappointed !

I had battery replaced with my warranty. They even put it in for me. Last time I was told I had to do it myself so I was pleased. They were much nicer than people a year ago.

The GM is very rude and lied about needing the box to get the money back for my core (calipers). I was not told I needed to bring the box back to get my core and I explained that and she still said I needed the box in order for them to be able to return it. She was extremely rude and obviously is a liar. I called colerain immediately and the manager there said it was no problem and gave me my money no questions asked.

Best auto parts store in a few miles, he let me borrow tools to do the world's fastest battery change in the parking lot.And talk about friendly people they even seem happy to listen to your long-winded car stories lol

So I stopped by to you se a code reader because my car was misfiring and when I pulled up the guy was outside smoking and I asked if he was the only one working he said no and continued to smoke. After waiting several minutes with no one else helping he finally came in and I asked about the obII and he rudely sad they do not have one and walked back outside.

Clean and organized. The employees there try to help as much as they can. Honestly if your on the Westside and you need a professional auto store, check with them before any other place.

First they had a hard time finding my order. Then it was the wrong thing. When I went to exchange it they were going to charge me an additional $100 because they had to order it

I will no longer buy from this company. Cheap defective parts and they will not issue a refund since the bad replacement part was bolted to the vehicle. I already had to purchase a replacement at another one of your stores and do not need the part exchanged.

Staff were courteous and helped with my questions, both on the phone and when I arrived. The part I needed was in stock. Transaction was routine.

It is a trustworthy place for after-market and new auto parts. I would recommend spending a little extra on parts at stores such as Advanced Auto Parts rather than seeking to get cheap old parts pulled at junkyards.

I always use a certain bra nd of washer fluid in my car. Every year Advance Auto Parts has this product. Nice people,great stock and close to home.

They take your money then if you want to return the product, (in my case wrong parts) they make you wait 30 days to get your money back. Just think I'd they had to wait for their money you would most likely pay more for them waiting

They are a better way to go for your parts the auto zone on Warsaw never gets it right so if you are not sure what you are looking for go to Advance if you are on Warsaw
