Well the person working there was too busy having a conversation on their cell phone to ring out my purchase right. I paid alittle extra because they couldnt do their job right, but then id never go back. Its sad to see that all these autoparts stores are going to fade away eventually over the sub par employees they pay to hire.

The employees at this store went above and beyond to help me fix my car. They helped me install my air filter (easy enough, I'd just never done it before), and J. Tims gave me great advice and extra help with a brake fluid cover that I needed. He was clearly concerned about my safety with the brake issue. I'm extremely grateful for the fantastic customer service he provided.

This is my local go to for auto supplies and some parts. Staff is very helpful and courteous. They have always had the parts I needed and have some free to use (with deposit) specialty tools (which are in fine condition). They will do simple stuff like install windshield wipers for you. I also really appreciate that they accept used motor oil for recycling. Very helpful and glad they are here in the community.

Extremely poor customer service. Contacted the store by phone on staff personnel said they could return a defective part I purchased yesterday with a receipt at their store or any store for that matter. Stopped in the store and the clerk behind the counter said he could not do returns to after 1 o clock since he was the only person there. When I asked if he knew how to do returns he said yes but he couldn t because he s the only person there. Doesn t make much sense to me but I will be shopping for my auto parts needed elsewhere. I would suggest others do the same.

This staff is awesome!!! They exceed customer expectations in my opinion. I totally recommend them. My Terrain is having winter blues and they have been there every step of the way. This is my neighbor location and I will continue to give them my business. Also I love that the female staff is beautiful as well as knowledgeable as the male staff. She gives me inspiration since I have been doing quite a bit of DIY on my Terrain. So stop in and speak if you spot me shopping!!

At every Advance Auto Parts I've ever been to, the employees have been especially helpful in locating everything I need. They're friendly, and knowledgeable about their products. On several occasions they've even gone out to my car to help install a small part!

They don t know how to be a salesman or correct auto knowledge. I brought a throttle body from them and asked if I needed sealer. The sale women was clueless, looked toward the manager and confidently said you don t anything. I asked again you sure cause you usually need a solution or something. He said no your good. Now the throttle I brought from them could possibly be ruined. I also got a bunch of codes. If they were good salesman they would of tried to sale me anything else or checked to make sure. If they were knowledgeable they would of known I needed a sealer or checked.AveoP2282P2106P2110P0507P161B

Nick was very helpful and welcoming. He could not find a solution for what I was looking for but i could tell that he honestly tried. I can not say that same about the other person I that store. I will keep coming back to this AAP.

Great neighborhood auto parts store. Very friendly and professional staff. They always find parts for me and if they don't have them in stock they are speedy quick to get them in. Two thumbs up!

Man at the counter was completely unhelpful. They didnt have the item I needed; asked how i could go about getting the item; wouldn't order it nor look to see of other stores had the item. Slow service even though I was only cust in store... just flat unhelpful

Lousy service and will not stand by their guarantees. I purchased a battery one and a half months ago and they refused to refund or replace with a receipt and in the computer. Make an effort take a longer Drive go to Pep Boys on Colerain

The guys here have always been very helpful to me. Definitely more knowledgeable than your average chain auto parts store employees (eg autozone).

They lied to me stating that my battery was not chargeable but auto zone charged it up to 60% advanced auto is either dishonest or lazy or not well trained!!! Auto zone saved me at least $100

I was not at this store I just turned around in the parking lot about six to seven he's ago. This app sucks really bad.
