I had such a lovely experience getting break lights and windshield wipers today! As a woman I get a little nervous to go into these places because we're usually not treated so well. I was given so much respect AND the lovely human helping me was talking me through everything he did so I got to learn some stuff. I will 100% be coming back!!!

very helpful friendly customer service. The attendants were patient and extremely nice to try to solve the problem. The manager went out of his way to locate part and order what was needed. highly recommend this location

Was looking for a good set of wiper blades and I couldn't make up my mind which was the best, the guy behind the counter came out and showed me how they were made and explained why the one brand was different from the other, I got a great set of blades that clean every inch of the blade length off my windshield and no streaks. Great service and I even learned a couple of things about wiper blades. Highly Recommend this place and I'll definitely be going there again. Thanks for the excellent service!

Today, Todd provided excellent customer service. He was really helpful with certain parts we had to order and was responsive to all of our needs. He is really patient and has a fantastic attitude, will definitely come back to this location.

I stopped in at the Eastgate Advance Auto today 7/20/23 on my way home from work because I kept having to jump my car every time I got into it. Which is an issue since I drive for a living. The store was kind of busy and I was worried that they might not be able to help me.I was wrong, Ronald took the time to come out and test my car and told me that my battery had gone bad. So he walked me through the different kinds and we found the one that would work for my needs. The whole interaction took 20 minutes and he had the battery changed and me back on the road in no time.It's rare anymore to find someone that truly wants to help instead of just trying to make a sale. I will be coming back anytime I need anything for my car.

This place was professional and patient with a car repair we needed to make. After an alternator purchased there two years ago died, they honored the warranty despite having trouble finding the account. They have a great team to test your vehicles so you know what you'll need to buy and save money!

I ordered the wrong part online. When I got to the store they took care of me and gave me the right part. They were very patient with me, we're very nice, and we're very helpful. When you go to this store, it's very easy to find good, and friendly help. It's a great place to shop if you need parts for your car.

They usually have what I need if not I get it by the next day or the located at another store for me to pick up most of the time they're pretty helpful just depends on who you get just like anywhere else but for the most part it's pretty decent store

Advanced Auto Parts there employee Ron gave us the wrong part.He refused to refund the valve gasket .Now I have found the right part at O'REILLY/Advanced Auto Parts I am filing Attorney General complaint and filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau and calling corporate to report this matter. ADVANCE AUTO PARTS THERE ARE NO REFUNDS EVEN WITH RECEIPT AND EVEN ON CREDIT CARD.

Bought pair of wiper blades and one was defective within a month. Went back without a receipt expecting to pay for another blade but they did a warranty swap anyway. Always top notch customer service every time i go to this store.

5 stars for helping me but 4 stars for their warranty lookup. The stores don t connect their info so if you buy something at one store the other stores won t know what you got.

Michael was awesome. Not only having the parts I needed when no one else did but at an incredible price. When one part was incorrect from the manufacturer, he was able to get a correct replacement the same day. World class service.I will definitely be giving them my business going forward.

Employee looks like he just rolled out of bed and didn't bathe no work uniform on flip flop shoes gym shorts, and very rude asked me what did I want clearly no training just hiring people for the heck of it... Might need to get rid of that one before a lawsuit occurs for discrimination!

Competitive prices (especially with online 20% off when you order online and pickup in store); but most importantly the full time employees are customer service focused. It's a rare trait these days to show deference to your customers, as many companies these days could care less (I'm looking at you, Eastgate Best Buy).... but thankfully the people at Advance Auto will almost always be friendly and go out of their way to help you. And since they did this for me today, I wanted to leave an appropriately appreciative 5 star review.Thank you again.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, almost feels like visiting friends. Have went in with multiple bolts, screws, washers, etc. and they have been able to find an exact match or the closest item that will work in place of it. Frequent this auto parts store over the other options locally for this reason.

I have an older car that desperately needed new windshield wiper blades, so I stopped at Advance Auto Parts in Amelia, to grab a set. I was in and out of the store, with newly installed blades, in under 25 minutes!As soon as I walked through the doors, an employee named Kevin asked if he could help me find anything. I told him what I was looking for, and he quickly looked up my vehicle's make/model/year on their system to find what size/kind of wiper blades would fit my vehicle. He then led me to the aisle, and walked me through the pros and cons of the various brands and styles that were available for my car.After I made my selections, he carried them to the checkout counter, and offered to install them for me. (I really appreciated this offer, because I wasn't certain that I would be able to install them by myself, and I worried that I wouldn't be able to get them replaced anytime soon; this is a real problem when you have physical limitations, you're in the middle of a pandemic, and the vehicle is your only source of transportation.)The blades on my car were old and warped from weather and wear, so he couldn't get them off; he tried everything he could think of to loosen them, but they just wouldn't budge. He said he was going to run back into the store and grab some tools, and that he may ask a co-worker, who knows a lot of tips and tricks, to help. He returned with another worker named John N., who used a tool to loosen the old wiper blades. They were then able to remove the old, warped blades, and install the new replacements.These workers were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help me. The simplest act of kindness can mean the world to someone who is struggling and/or having a hard time; the world needs more people like Kevin and John N. Thanks for everything!

Michael at the Eastgate location went above and beyond good customer service! Had to replace the battery in my wife s car. Didn t have all the right tools to correctly replace it myself but Michael jumped in, sold us the correct battery and even finished installing it, also checked to be sure all was working correctly. Advance is very lucky to have such a dedicated employee. Thanks again Michael!!!

Heather at Advanced Auto Parts in Eastgate was awesome to work with! She helped me find the correct wiper blades for my car (I had just got new ones with an oil change and they were not properly installed and flew off while driving). She knew before even seeing my car what the cause of that was, helped me replace my blades with a great deal on the Rain-X brand, and then installed them for me! She even took the time to show me what to do for next time since mine were so specific. Such a GREAT experience! If highly recommend going to this store for your car needs!!!

Whenever I go in for parts for my Jeep, they are very helpful. The last time I was there, I bought windshield wipers and the guy even put them on for me, because I wasn't sure how to do it. He gave me a discount too. I always buy the things I need for my vehicle there.

Awesome staff helped me out with lending their tools, but I paid at least $35 just to fix a rear view mirror that I knocked off accidentally, using two adhesives. Other than that, I m happy that the guys there helped me out on the first time my rear view mirror came off.

i ordered a starter from advance auto parts today online the total cost of the starter was 69.38 and they told me it would be ready in 30 minutes for pick up at the east gate store which was taken right out of my bank account , when i went to pick the part up the part was different than what we ordered off google so the part will not fit on the car we needed it for. so we asked if we can return the picked up part in order to get the one we needed. the guy behind the counter told us we had to wait 24 hrs in order to return the part this was a big issue we needed the part now we do not have another car to drive for 24 hrs!!!! so this is what we had to do we had to drive all the way to Milford witch is about 12 miles away and the store in Milford was able to return the part for us. we did this and took our money else where . the whole reason this happen is because the part on google was advertised as $70.00 and the part we actually needed was $120.00 they guy behind the east gate store told us that this is a marketing tech they use to get people in to the store!!!!! GOOGLE please fix this!!!!!!

My check engine light came on & I brought my car here to have a test run on it to see what it might be. The gentleman that helped me was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have also bought windshield wipers & fluid here. Nice staff & quick service.

They didn't have the coolant that diesel engines need. SCA precharged was not available.

Was in the store today with my Fianc� and overheard the employee at the counter in conversation with what I can assume was a friend." how about that girl in the shorts? I'd hog tie her and take her to pound town"I will never shop in any advanced auto parts store again. We left out 100$ purchase in place and left. I have never had anyone disrespect a customer so much, especially while still on the store. Absolutely terrible experience. Would not recommend or send services here ever.

A great place to pick up parts and the novel coronavirus. None of the employees were wearing masks. While we were pulling out of the parking lot we saw the woman running the register take a hit off of a vape and then proceed to cough an enormous cloud into the small store. Won't be coming back to say the least.
