Order online and the part was ready to go when I got to the store 15 min later. Zero hassle sign and go pickup. Could not have gone better.

We were helped today this afternoon by Artie who was such a great help. Very VERY knowledgeable and helped us find coolant for my friends car. He even taught us how to replace the coolant and do it safely.

My battery randomly died and I had a car load of friends headed back to our destination we had to be at by 9pm. It was 8pm. The dude at the desk helped me get this battery in (on the budget I had). he stood out in the freezing rain in the dark to do this and was the one who offered to do it. Would recommend this place to everyone. I would at an auto shop and love guys like this.

After searching several different Auto parts stores... This establishment offered me so much help especially by the employee named jacob! They had the part that I needed after all the other stores turned me away for the part which was a simple part for a windshield wiper. I was very happy with the service and the prices and I will continue to come here for my auto parts needs in the future

If I could give 10 stars I would! Artie was absolutely amazing! He tested my battery and alternator then replaced my battery in the snow and 32 degree weather, all while dealing with an injured knee! Thank you!

The AAP on Beechmont in Anderson is a great place to go for auto parts.� I ve gotten car batteries here, wipers, and some specialized screws for repairs on an older car.� They are helpful and generally quick.� One time I wasn t certain a part would fit and they let me open it and try it out.� You can t do that online buying from Amazon.�� I would try this place first!

Always get great advice and service here. I've been helped by a young man named John a few times on several different occasions and he always goes above and beyond to give me solid advice and counsel on all of my vehicles. Even if it's something major I think needs to be done, I always stop by to get their opinion first! It's saved me many headaches and even more money!

As always professional and willing to help. Needed new battery but first they tested my charging system and state of old battery. They changed out the battery. Even were able to keep all my radio and accy settings.

Friendly, knowledgable, part I needed wasn't at store, they ordered it, and IGot my part same day!Very clean, neat store, not so big you get lost. open till 9:00pm !

I stopped shopping here about 2 years ago because of the knowledge of the employees. If you are going to sell car parts, you should know at least a little about car parts. Last night however, I came across a car with different spindles and Advance pads on it. I took the pads to Advance, which I did not want to do by any means, only to have someone at the front counter argue with me. I had to run the part number on my phone to prove they were Wagner Thermoquiets. Parts were not available and was told he would order them in and they would be waiting at 8am for me. Drive up here at 815 to get my parts, store is closed. Sign says they don't open til 9. Came back at 920, store is still closed.... This can't be serious. I'd rather do everyone's work for free on their vehicles, then have anyone give business to this waste of an establishment. Next time, actually, there won't be a next time because I will never visit this location again. Complete joke.

This advance Auto parts in Eastgate ALWAYS has what I need in stock. They are a hub store and carry nearly every common part. Quick and easy online ordering for store pickup, can't ask for more.

While they didn't have part I went in for ( fairness AZ didn't either) Steve listened to me and walked out to check a couple things I told him we're happening. Once we did that ,the pieces of car repair fell into place. The original part was unnecessary and purchased other things I needed. While most people may take that for granted, being a woman who had worked on her in cars for decades, I usually have to really insist that auto repair and part places REALLY listen to what I say. Today was the rare occurrence that I didn't have to inside anything, Steve went above and beyond to make sure I wasn't wasting time or money. THAT I really appreciate! Wish there were more Steves in retail settings! Thanks Advance!

TERRIBLE. I bought a WAY over priced HID headlight bulb for my car - the receipt says 1 YEAR WARRANTY REPLACEMENT if defective. The bulb didn't last 2 months... I took the bulb and the receipt into the store and the "manager" claimed that the warranty is up to the managers discretion and that he was not going to cover it. Then why do they say "1 year warranty replacement"? Advanced Auto on Beechmont Ave is not only overpriced but the staff knows nothing about car parts to help you out and apparently offer false warranty. Go to one of the other 10 auto parts stores on Beechmont

Awesome customer service. The gentleman carried my parts to my car for me. Rotors and brakes. He offered before I had a chance to ask. And believe me I was gonna ask!!
