Dru has been really good working with my son as he is going through a rough batch right now BUT when you call to try to payoff car they tell you NO . And we have several cars from them

Drew is very efficient super sweet got me in a nice SUV. I went on Tuesday I called an Uber from Kentucky and he got me in a car. I will go back to him and buy another car any day. Highly recommend this company. Very nice people

Bought a used car from Drew here. Found it online, called to schedule a test drive and showed up the next day to pay with cash. But I got my car title in the mail one day short of a whole month later. Great car, very low miles, fair price, slow wait time to get the title. Thanks.

Leasing an as is 2012 Hyundai Tucson from Dru at Abrams that I started leasing 03/07/2023 I received an illegal tint ticket on 05/18/2023. I called Abrams to speak with Dru (car salesman) to let him know that I was stopped for illegal tint. Dru asurred me no worries that they would provide me with something stating that I had purchased the vehicle that way. Well, after several calls and attempts to speak with Dru, I finally spoke with him and he gave me the run around about what he originally told me about providing some type of paperwork for court. I ve now went to court and have an 130 dollar payout that could have possibly been avoided with a small moment of his time. Not at all happy with Abrams Automotive!!!

After working with Drew I decided it was in my best interest to make another choice for the a car. The shady business interaction was the most untrusting and dissatisfying car deal I have ever encountered. He gave me a down payment and vehicle price one day, when I went to finalize the deal, it all changed. When I asked why the change he stated "It's a numbers game." He took a screen shot of his computer screen and told me to go to my credit union to get a loan against my current vehicle. This was all totally different from our previous conversation. In my experience as a car salesman, I was never dishonest or corrupt with my customers. Maybe that's why it was typical for me to get repeat customers and referral's. I literally cringe when the deceptive commercials come on the TV. Horrible experience and would advise anyone to look elsewhere for your next car. Zero stars would be the grade for Drew! Just Terrible!!

I bought a Porsche from Terry back in May and I'm very satisfied now that I've had a couple months with it. As an out of state buyer, he really went above and beyond to accommodate me and even helped me out when I had an issue returning my rental car. He allowed me to have a local mechanic do an independent inspection on the car which really boosted my confidence. He had the car ready to go with temp plates when I arrived and I was able to enjoy a nice roadtrip home in the new car. The car itself runs and sounds great, and it was well taken care of. Very clean and mechanically sound. My local mechanic is very impressed.The only con is I did have to spend some money with my local detailer to correct some swirl marks that he said were caused by a rotary buffer. But its a minor investment I was expecting anyways in a used car of 20+ years.I'd gladly do business with Terry again, even across state lines.

I needed a slider right quick and Drew got me right! Everything works great and the ride is very smooth and I have a peace of mind knowing my car feels very reliable. He worked with me and made the process easy when others made it hard. My lyft driver on the way there also said they are a good reputable dealer which was nice to hear. Thank You!

If I could give zero stars I would! Literally the worst experience I've ever had. Ended up paying over $8000 for a 2004!! you're better off taking Lyft back and forth to where you need to go. no warrantees and the cars are literally falling apart. over $8000 for a 2004!!!!!!!!

I love this place. Family owned & operated. Drew is my fav sales guy, terry at the front desk is so sweet and funny any time I go to pay I wind up there 20-30min talking to her lol. The owner is also a sweetheart and the bug dog whims been there since a pup. I plan to continue to use them for any cars I buy. Payments are reasonable & in house, they also have a shop in the back to make repairs so I take my vehicle back there for repairs. Love them

Have gotten all my vehicles from Abrams. No problems with any of the cars I purchased. And I can trade in the car to get an upgrade. Drew is great and friendly.

Came in for a vehicle. Not the best credit history. Mr. Drew took his time and helped me out and helped me get into something nice and affordable. I feel if he didn t think I d be able to afford it he wouldn t have done the sale. I highly recommend him and the company.

I love these guys I did bought a van from here and a year of having it the transmission died. They are very silly people that really make you feel comfy. Drew my husband but they are the only ones took a chance with me with horrible credit I have no major issues other the van going bad so soon and now im carless until I hit Jack pot but they are very great people

I bought a car from Abrams back in 2018. The frame was rusted out. I called Abrams and they put a new frame on it free of charge. I still have my car and it still runs great. Will probably go back for a second vehicle in the next year or so. Honest people and great service. I've never been to a dealer that actually fixed the mistake for me without a big hassle. Thank you

My family and I came to Abrams today after being denied at multiple lots. We felt less like we were getting a loan and more like a friend was helping our family. Our small children were accommodated with cartoons and the owner went above and beyond to help us make it out of the door with a car. Best car buying experience my husband and I have EVER had. Drew took care of us and we will be customers for life.

Michael is literally the best. Even when we were calling around for potential places to buy a car, he was honest with us in a way that is unheard of in a car salesman which made us want to choose them to get a car from. It was an amazing experience from beginning to end and I'm so thankful for them. Seriously, Abrams is the place to go.

Just bought our 4th car from Abrams this week! If you want to deal with honest, straight forward, people that stand by their sale, then GO to Abrams. They know their product, and they take the time to make sure you get the automobile that meets your needs and expectations. Great people and a great buying experience!

*Please Read Carefully*I would not recommend getting any vehicle from them. I Put 1,000$ on a 2013 Vw Passat was told the car needed rotors (Nov 21,2020) and eventually a oil change. took the Car back on Dec 9,2020 to get such received a call a couple hrs later the car was ready to picked up. Picked up the car that night and the brakes was not done still gave poor performance. In Feb of 2021 got diagnosed with covid and other known issues so i was not working let them know i was sick and could make a payment once i returned to work they said ok. March 1,2021 called to see if they could fix my brakes as which they should have been done back in Dec and to do my oil change because it was time for one they said yes. Drop the car off listed the known issues the next day received a text that my car was wreck and had unsafe issues. Needless to say my car was sitting the whole feb due to my illness and my car was not wrecked. Went in to get my car and they go to state i can t get my car because feb payment is behind (495$)which i let them know i could pay once i got my check and went back to work. Which would be March 12,2021 a couple days later March 3,2021 they sent a letter stating i need to pay 800$ to get my car back and that it has been reposed mind you the whole time they have had my car it is not being worked on it s sitting. Also according by the letter sent my car has not been reposed it just their verbal word.Then state if not paid they will sell my car on 3/24/2021 for 500$ (All my belongs are still in the Car).Upon going to get my car they stated that my car has a leaking caliper . but back in December they said my car didn t need brakes but yet it has a leaky caliper hmm if my brakes was fixed that would not be leaking. Due to my brakes not being fixed back in December it caused the leaking caliper.They are very unprofessional and do not go by their word so i have contact a lawyer and will proceed with the following Suing for the car value, Wage claim due to them having my car i lost out on commission due to them not fixing my car ,Emotional distress harassing me about a payment while i was in the hospital with covid and other server illnesses. I will also be having law official with me when making the payment on my car because according to a lawyer i have spoken with i should only be paying the 495$ + 15$ which is feb payment and a late fee.My lawyer also said that the 800$ they are try to make me paid should cover all repairs since my brakes was supposed to be fixed months ago when i took the car to them in Dec.Which has caused additional damages to my brakes.They are trying to get me to pay feb payment on top of 2 march payments before they are due.

FUN. That's the single best adjective I can find in Webster's dictionary to describe the shopping experience at AA. Terry & Drew are a father/son team that will give you truthful guidance on car-shopping while making you laugh simultaneously. In many ways, Abrams is a throwback to the days when every business owner knew their customers' names by heart. Also, expect a big kiss from the handsome dog that roams their office, Mel.

Let me just say ABRAMS AUTOMATIVE INC baby listen is where you need to go!! I went in yesterday 12/15 walking came out driving. Thanks to #MrMikeBowling he was so nice and he worked with my budget. He was very helpful and understanding. Most of all honest. Thanks to him and his partner. I love my new van. When it come to this place don t hesitate just GO!!!! Thanks again guys!!!!

BEWARE!..DONT TRUST THAT MECHANIC/MNGR ROB!! I purchased a 97 Civic this spring 2016 from Abrams for my son's 1st car,1st year in college, Cash. It was returned for a tuneup, a misfire in the plugs which I was told I could bring it back in, I was charged $60 for that. No problem. 30 Days later the same misfire returned, shuddering engine AND the driver side door would NOT open. Finally after constantly calling the family mechanic ROB I finally got an appointment to have him 1) DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM. We dropped it off, 12days later After having my my son's door torn apart he mentioned he was waiting on a used Part. 14th day I called & he tells me it's Done. $440. This guy tells me He Had to order DEALER parts?! Not ONCE did he Ever Call me to discuss the diagnosis, part problems or any Estimate with me. NOR did he get an Okay from me Nor my son to purchase & install dealer parts at this alleged $95 an hour labor rate for everything! As I explained that I was Unaware of the dealer parts attained & this cloud high labor rate I kindly asked IF he'd work with me on that unexpected whopping service, I even offerd $300 to be exact to just move forward! This guy heated the discussion & threatened to DISASSEMBLE the parts. Said "He was Doing me a Favor by Not charging more?!" I found it very insulting that he repeated that like an Old stubborn bully. ANY hard working person DESERVES TO BE NOTIFIED of whatever the mechanical situation is BEFORE just servicing a vehicle. But obviously, he doesn't see it that way.BASICALLY. My car was held hostage. I was forced to pay up. He's a Low Down thirsty Crook that saw an opportunity to gouge a few extra bucks from a potential returning customer. I'm sure he's preyed on customers before with this little deceitful move. Maybe someone will find the time to teach him a lesson thru small claims one Day.
