They're always very prompt, communicative, and knowledgeable. They've also always been willing to go the extra mile to make sure my cars are running properly.Convenient location: The shop is located on Delhi Pike, which is a major thoroughfare in Cincinnati. This makes it easy to get to, even if you're not from the area.Appointment scheduling: The shop is great at scheduling appointments. My wife was driving her sporty Volkswagen Bug yesterday and it stopped on her. We had AAA tow it here because of its really good reviews. Our experience was fantastic. It was towed in late yesterday evening and bright and early this morning they let us know that they were on it and they had the repairs finished by 9 am. There was even a discount on the repairs because we are AAA members. It was quick, painless and reasonable.

Visited 1/2/2024. After purchasing two new tires and alignment I noticed a fee on my bill for shop/environment of $40. Suspected I was getting ripped off and checked the bill from my last tire purchase and found shop/environment fee was $6.98. I own seven cars and up until today exclusively bought tires here at Delhi location but not anymore. Shop employee told me that every customer gets charged $40 now.

They are taxing out the a** at these locations. You can MOST DEFINITELY find cheaper 5 minutes away. I got charged almost $200 for an hour of just having my car looked at. TERRIBLE auto shop for the times we are in. No help whatsoever.

Dec 16 2023....Rude check in guy funny how I had a new tire installed there before at same location and mysteriously they have a issue installing a brand new tire accusing me of lying about the tires used to being.. Im taking my business elsewhere. Thinking they did good first time and get same service but I was WRONG

My car broke down on Sunday, triple a came with two different men within 20 mins to assist. They took my car to their shop called me the next morning and let me know the issue with my car and kept me updated on the whole process the entire time, I had no worries. Upon picking up my car my stereo wasn t working which is was prior but it was no issue though they fixed it right on the spot. I am very appreciative of everyone that helped me. I am not from this area just recently moved and I was shown great service and will be back.

Great group of people who do a great job at a great price. Needed a valve cover gasket replaced to stop an oil leak and a new set of tires today. I really appreciated the speed and quality of work and the communication to keep me informed. Thank you.

The people at this location are absolutely amazing. I had my malibu towed there when my engine seized up and they were straight forward and even helped to get my car towed home. I would trust them with my future cars for service!!

The people here are phenomenal!! Rouse on Rapid Run really messed up our car and could of put us in major danger by breaking a pulley or putting the tension belt on a broken pulley. David and Eric thank you guys!! You care about people and are always on top of things!! You show you care and want to help! You have tremendously!! Thank you all so much for your help with our BMW!

I stopped here unscheduled when my check engine light came on. They were able to get me in quickly, and services were completed within an hour. Rob the manager was very personable and appeared to be honest. They did not try to talk me into extra services. Much appreciated!

So far so good, had tires put on today I haven't notice if they really did a great job yet, though I left a lil tip as if they did. Sometimes later I find out I was treated as if I'm not 1 of the gang and the service wasn't as of quality as if I was 1, you know what I mean? So let's see, I'll be paying attention to the service I was given and get back to ya, but I'm hoping all is well for the money I spent, well over a thousand dollars. I can say Justin I believe his name was, was a great front man, now he was awesome, took care of Me upon check in and price adjustments, thumps up Jus..

I had to walk in the rain with my flat and these guys took care of me so quickly and eve. Told me to rest while they worked. Even offered to give me a lift back to my car. Awesome people, great job fellas.

This is a great place to bring your car. I got an oil change and the price was reasonable and the people were knowledgeable. The service was fast as well. Definitely recommend!

They are awesome here! I put my car in the shop and in the same day they knew what the problem was, got the part, and fixed it up! All in the same day, I was very happy!Thank you again guys!

Manager was pleasant despite getting an unexpected rush of customers, and I was thankfully able to get in for two new tires during their last hour of business. Altogether I was there only about 40 minutes, very much appreciate being able to get in and out like that.

My experience with Delhi Auto-Pro was not a positive one. I do not want to give them any stars, because of the dishonesty I experienced as a customer (although Google requires me to provide at least one star). My car was in need of an oil change, and I was mailed a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation, so I took advantage of the 24.95 deal. I picked up my car, and later that evening I saw oil leaking from my car. I figured it was some residual oil that was dripping from the oil pan, and that it'd eventually stop. It did not. I took it in, to see what was the matter, I was told that they were aware of the leak, and had expressed their concern to me when I had brought it in for the oil change (not only had I not remembered this conversation, but the "details" of my leak were found nowhere on my invoice). So, they proceeded to offer help in finding the source of the leak, wanting to charge me 59.95 for a diagnostic procedure. I didn't bite. The leak was not there before the oil change, and now it was. My father-in-law, who worked as a mechanic for many years, inspected the pan and found it's source...the oil pan drain bolt. I will now take my car to Walt Sweeney Ford so I can get this fixed. A note to Delhi Auto-Pro, if someone points out an error in your service, move to resolve the issue in a productive and timely manner. I understand mistakes happen, but you lost a customer from your lack of good customer service.

Honest work, quick response to a walk in visit. Was treated respectfully and believe it was average pricing across the board. Friendly functional waiting area- magazines-phone charging station- and in house lock smith.

I stopped in here 4/20/2016 and I was told my starter was out. I had another mechanic look at it and he showed me the corrosion on the connection to the battery. Good year knew this and didnt even mention it!God year also changed my oil that day and charged me extra to top off fluids that were never topped off as the 2nd mechanic showed me as well!!I had connections cleaned and its been fine ever since.I will never return!

Great, personalized service. I had many questions/phone calls before and during service and never felt like a bother. This is not my first great experience with them..and I hope it will not be the last because I definitely will be back again!

Went up there earlier in the week for a "minor" thing with my car, because of it being "minor" they did not charge me or let me tip the guy who did the work, they just stated to Come Back if you have work to be done. Well I do and I will.Thanks a lot! signed a New Customer

I called the auto service and chip wasn't in but the gentlemen on the phone said to bring my truck up and he would look at it with a free brake inspection. I brought my truck up at 8 am and chip did the inspection told me he would call me in about an hr he called and told me the problems and what it needed in short everything was done by 4 pm and wasn't very expensive they were very professional I found a new place to get my truck repaired you guys are great thank you so much

Have used their services many times, always done well. They also alert me to things that will need service in the near future, from oil changes to alignment problems ... So they help keep our autos safe and on the road .

Honest guys. My wife took her car to a local Firestone store and said the "rattle" in the front end was about $890 worth of work. I took it to these guys and the $890 rattle turned out to be a broken shock. Saved me a bundle. This place is a gem for the westside.

SCAMMERS!!Got an alignment and when I got my truck back it was all over the road, there was all kinds of play in the steering wheel, spent $600 and got my truck back worse than when I brought in. Took the truck somewhere else to find my truck was not even close to aligned, it had over 1-1/2" toe-in!Do yourself a favor - GO SOMEWHERE ELSERob that runs the place is BS-artistSCAMMERS!!

Had tread separation on one the tires on my fleet vehicle. Really needed it for an appointnent the next afternoon that was over an hour away. Not only did they get it done before my trip, they got it done the same day. I'll likely be taking my personal vehicles there in the future.

Helped me out of a bind, when another shop would not help fix a flat. And worked out to be a better price then what the other place was trying to tell me I needed. Staff was all so very helpful.
