Appointments are not kept at this location. Rude customer service rep informed me that my only option was drop off, despite making an appointment a week advance because drop off was not an option for me. Then I was told in a very condescending manner that I could wait 3 plus hours and I would be charged $160 before they would look at my vehicle. I have been coming to this location for routine maintenance several years, never again. Wasted a morning I had to take off work, so be advised. I would probably have a different opinion if I was offered an apology instead of attitude, but I ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on

Do not come here if you are in need of honest and good work. These people literally just reset my check engine light and said if the check engine light comes back on bring it back up here and we will scan again and fix the problem that shows but from the looks of it your truck is running fine. Five minutes into driving my truck the check engine light comes on and truck does not accelerate. They close for the day and I bring it in first thing in the morning. They literally had me sitting in the waiting room from 9 o clock till 2 o clock in the afternoon just tell me that the check engine light came back on and to take it to Dodge It could take days to do and he didn t have the time to do it

Horrible customer service, brought our car up to get fixed all for them to say nothing is wrong and to bring it back if my check engine light comes back on. We ended up having to bring it back today around 9am. Multiple people of different color other than mine with no appointment walked in and was serviced perfectly fine. 6 hours later here I am still waiting and they tell me they pulled my car in but can t fix it because they do not have enough techs nor have the time too and to take it to Dodge. Why waste my whole day just for you to not even do your job?? I had an appointment and was not prioritized but everyone who did not have an appointment was. This was very inconvenient for my family. Don t do business with them!! Horrible experience 0/10

Fantastic crew and service whenever I come here. Glad I am also a AAA member and had my car with its flat (from a bolt picked up on the Highway) towed to this location. I find it convenient to wait for my turn, but book appointments for all my car Checkups. Shoutout to Megan, Mike and Lexi!Your car is in great hands!!!

Top-notch customer service for this long-time AAA member. This location has been my go-to for routine repairs. Recently, I had an emergency issue with a tire on a Saturday before a wedding. In a panic, I called, and they worked me in on a very busy day. Great team here that go extra mile

Wow! Megan and Lexi are the best customer service representatives of any auto service place I have used. they are professional and listen to your concerns. I tried calling the number on the website then I push the correct extension and I waited 10 minutes and then I got disconnected. Therefore, I tried again two more times and listened to music then got disconnected. Please do yourself a favor just post a number on your website that goes directly into your service for cars that located on Red Bank Road. I am a member of AAA and this is by far the worse way to attract new business. Before I drive to any business for service I always call to ask questions. Unfortunately, this experience has left me very upset and I will never ever support this establishment located on Red Bank Road.

The customer service ( Matt) at AAA Red Bank was phenomenal . They were so kind and understanding when delivering news about the extent of work that needed to be done on my car. Megan went out of her way to let me know what needed to be done right away and what could wait . I want to thank Megan from the bottom of my heart for putting her clients first, her professionalism, and her ability to assess the situation and squeezing me in for a tire patching service at the end of Saturday. I was going on a work trip to Nashville on Monday and she completely saved my trip! I cannot thank her enough and Brien for the amazing patch job. Megan is the best repair technician that I ve ever met! She squeeze me in last minute when I got a flat tire so I could make it home from work safe! I also told her that I was in the market for a new car, and she gave me tons of good advice and was so friendly! She needs a raise!!!!

Very good service and staff are very nice and friendly, especially Meghan and Zach. They are very helpful and informative. It doesn't matter whether you know about cars - they will try to explain everything to you to make sure you get what you needed done - never tried to push me to buy anything I didn't want. Unrepairable tire with slow leak, less than 24-hour departure. They were able to squeeze me in that day with my preferred choice of four new tires. Alignment guy even stayed late to finish the job. These folks went above and beyond expectation.

The first time was good. Because I am a member, diagnosis fee was waived. And my car was back to life with no reason. Although they claimed they changed some fuses. However, not long after this, the same problem happened again. It took 3-4 hours for the tow truck to come. My car was towed to this location again. The next day, they called me about what was wrong about my car. I told them it was the same problem as last time. They said I need an electrical diagnosis which cost 149. I was fine with that if they could actually find out why and repair it. And I was also told that since I didn't make an appointment, I need to wait until the next day for them to be able to take a look. So I waited until the next day. When I called in the afternoon, I was told they don't have time to look at my car. Excuse me? You told me you would take a look the second day. I assumed that will be an appointment made. So I waited 2 more days. I received call saying my car was good. Nothing wrong only lose connection on the battery. hahah. I don't believe you. I was charged $50 after some discount for staying there for so long time. Anyway I am done with this location. Several days later, my car was dead again. So it was not a loose connection.Service: Electrical

Car was having issues Sunday, requested an appointment for Monday. Doug got back to me early Monday morning saying they don t have room for appointments but he can still help me out. Never had a repair so easy. Car was done within two hours, they do good and honest work never tried to up sell or create more problems. I was expecting to buy a new tire but they just did a quick patch. Most of the time when no one has appointments this would take all day and even until the next day at least in my experience. These guys took care of me and got me in when they did not have to. Thank you for being awesome and so easy.Update: had a few tire issues over the summer, thanks Cincinnati construction. Doug took care of me yet again! Was able to call and stop in, waited maybe 20 minutes every time, and due to having AAA and a warranty I saved so much money by going here. We came in because we had road hazard insurance on our tires. We thought we had a nail that put a hole in the tire but it was not long enough. The service was great. We got a discount because we have AAA.

Friendly service and prompt attention to your needs. I went for passport photos, and it was quick and easy. And I left feeling like I had a new friend in Dawn, who was working the desk. What a great experience.

Signed up and called to get car towed. Called in everything good they new how far tow was I am a plus member 100miles free. Truck comes hooks up car pulls away aaa calls and says I'm in a 7 day grace period so it will be 150 $ only 5 miles free. After I already confirmed everything was fine and drove hour away remind you. I wait on hold for over hour and half 3 phone calls. And after all that the last lady I spoke to tried to transfer my call again. I begged her not to put me on hold ( I'm sitting on the side of the road behind tow truck over 2 hrs ) she's literally laughs and says watch this , and hangs up. I had to have truck drop truck off back where I broke down. I have never been treated like that

Great Staff & Great Service. They have new management that just started here. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. Had a flat tire without an appointment. There were two guys behind the counter and a shop full of cars and they still had me out in less than an hour. Well done and thank you. They turned my day around. AAA memberships are also sold here as well. I bought one. It, it was BOGO on classic memberships and I was heading out of town. 2 up. We have gotten oil changes, tires, brakes, maintenance items and engine repair here. Doug was the previous manager. These new guys are on their game! Thanks Zach & Nick for the great service. This will always be our 1 stop shop. Also, it's one of the cleanest auto shops I've been to. We visit the Redbank location.

Had a slow leak on my tire. Couldn't find it. Try soapy water, no luck. Bob Sumral/AAA found the issue. Offered new tire due to the location of leak. Was a walk in, service was quick.
