Scott and the rest of the team did absolutely everything they can for my jeep to get my headlights to work correctly and i appreciate them so much. Scott is always very helpful and problem solving!

Last weekend I had new front brakes installed on my Honda minivan at a service center in NKY. Later that day, I drove to the west side of Cincinnati to look at furniture with my daughter. On the way there I heard a searing metal sound coming from the front of my car. The sound became increasingly worse the further I drove. I stopped at the Bob Sumerel Tire and Service - Dent location and explained that I was afraid to continue driving. The staff was SO kind and courteous, even though it was minutes before closing time. They looked at my minivan and corrected the problem. I could not have asked for better customer service. I highly recommend!!

Have to give praise when praise is due. My car broke down and this location Took excellent care of my car had it fixed within one business day. Scott the general manager and Dallas were the definition of exemplary employees. Thank you both and the mechanics who worked on my car, I am not from this area and this is the second time triple a has taken care of me and I havent had to worry about anything. If you re looking for a place to get you in and out I highly recommend to come here

Dallas was amazing. He took care of my daughter and her car. He was kind and understanding. Spoke to me and her with respect and did not talk over our heads when it came to car speak. He worked with us when it came to price. What a wonderful experience. Thank you.

My husband brought in his car because one of his tires had a slow leak. The tire was fixed within 5 minutes and my husband was not charged for the service. We will definitely be back when our cars need servicing,

I enjoy bringing my car here I ve been coming here for quite a few years and never been happier with the service and work performed on my car Scott the manager and Grace the service advisor have always been so helpful and truthful with my car I will and do recommend Bob Sumerel on Harrison Ave in Dent Ohio

The tech who worked on my car broke my glove box changing the cabin air filter.The "report" of what needed work said that the wiper blades were torn - they aren't.I went there because I'm a AAA member. I won't be going back, except to get reimbursed for Honda replacing the glove box.

Went in with a punctured tire. They set me up with a new set of tires (I have AWD) and back on the road in around ninety minutes. Great job

Yesterday I took my car in to Bob Sumerel Tire because I had a screw in my tire. I would have liked the screw to be removed and the tire to be fixed. I was told the tire could not be fixed and I would need a new tire. Okay I accepted that.Then the pressure came. I was told by the manager I needed four new tires and a brake job. I thought I had time to call my husband and make a decision. Less than five minutes later I told the manager I had decided to just go with the one tire. He responded "we have already put on the new tires and are almost finished." I looked out the window in the lobby and saw my car with four tires on it. I assumed as I was told they were the new tires. Within a couple of minutes I looked out the window and there were no tires on my car and the men were now putting on what I believe to be the new tires. I do have a witness that saw and heard all that went on.I now have three new tires I did not want and a bill for $1200. I cannot even guess what the bill would have been with the addition of the brake job and the other five things they told me needed to be fixed.I AM OLD BUT NOT STUPID! DO NOT TREAT ME OR ANY OTHER SENIOR LIKE WE ARE.I am appalled that you felt you could take advantage of me perhaps because I am elderly and a woman. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau.PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR TRUST IN A COMPANY THAT IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY!

Just paid a little over $2,000 to get my car fixed because it was overheating. 3 days later same exact warning popped up on my dash. Attempted to call but no one picked up, granted they closed in 30min but I am to say I am frustrated is putting it lightly. I didn't head the warnings of the other 1 stars but if you need something more than tire rotation I would avoid this place.Will update on how they respond to this.Update changing from a 1 star to 3 star. The fan they installed was faulty which caused my car to overheat again. I understand they cannot forsee this happening but still caused me to have to use a day of PTO waiting around. They did not charge me for this second fix.

Very convenient location and good service. I had a small issue the last time I used them but they fixed the small miss the next day.Good tire tire repairs. The oil change is a fair price. Good shop overall especially in a pinch.

Completely robbed my friend s mother of thousands of dollars. They take advantage of seniors and they don t complete the job. They leave metal hanging from the bottom of vehicles posing a huge threat to her safety.

Pretty unhappy with the experience I've had with this location. Over $2,600 worth of work on my truck only to almost get into a wreck the very next day because they did not reattach a tie rod properly. Ever since I have been getting O2 sensor warnings, TPMS sensor warnings, and a flat tire all within two weeks of having my vehicle serviced at this location. I'm not claiming sabotage, but it seems awfully suspect especially since I had zero of these issues prior to taking my truck to this location. Overall disappointed with the whole experience and everything I've had to deal with since. I will not be going back and I would not recommend to anyone.

I had an expensive amount of work done at another location but it was done incorrectly. I went back to them 3 times explaining something is wrong, I feel very Unsafe driving right now,They didn't even check it out. They said it was ok and shunned me away.I was told to check out the one in Dent, So i came to this location, they werenice friendly helpful and made me feel like they genuinely cared. Once they examined my car they saw what I was talking about and instance .I was so relieved and over joyed Thank you to the staff at this location

They put a new battery in our car. The next day, the computer is fried. We ended up getting a different vehicle. When we called to let them know we would like to return the battery that we never even used, they would not honor it and did not give us any money back. Would not recommend at all.

Grace, Micah, and Dallas were professional , friendly, and great! I had a screw in my tire and Grace got me immediately! Dallas took great care of me and got me on my way quickly! I highly recommend this Bob Sumerel!

This location is amazing. They go above and beyond for customers. If you are going to get you vehicle worked on, no matter where you live, it is worth the drive to go to the Bob Sumerel Dent location on Harrison. I have never experienced customer service in the auto service industry like they deliver here. Thanks to your whole team, shout out to Grace for keeping us informed throughout the entire process and realizing people need their vehicle. Thanks again to your whole team.

It was absolutely terrible. It took over an hour and a half for them to put 2 new tires on my Honda. I asked the Short cute blonde gal at the desk why it was taking so long? And she told me, she just pulled a worker off of a pick up later job.So after the extra worker was added to, "What must have been a very difficult assignment, which was put two new tires on the front of a Honda....About 30 minutes later I was told, OK. Job done.1 hour and 30 minutes to put two new tires on a Honda....Clearly the Manager was away and the mice played.

I went to this Bob Sumerel location, as I have purchased tires from in the past. I worked with both Grace and Scott, from quoting to drop off, updated phone calls and pick up.*The TLDR - knowledgeable, friendly and informative staff and quick turn around....I needed tires for our Van (2nd set - 1st set 4yrs ago) - I called on Sat for a quote and check stock so I could schedule drop off. I get it, they may not have all 4 in stock what with supply chain; they didnt but would on Monday... My son needed a set as well so I got a quote for him - his 1st set.Typically, I plan for the entire day - drop off in the morning and pick up later and each time before thats been the case (1st set on Van and a couple yrs ago for Tahoe (during pandemic)).Well I planned on Monday, it was Tuesday when I dropped off van - my son decided he'd likely as well....Tuesday - I drop off about 8am - by Noon the van was ready :Othey did have a problem with the plastic center caps where the little tabs broke on a couple. I was informed ahead of time, I get it things happen and easy fix (ebay ;) )...As I had my sons car, they mentioned they could have it done same day, on the Sat they had a set of 4 for his but now had 3. Scott checked inventory and offered a different set, that worked really well in snow (all season/ all weather tire) and matched the quoted price as Cooper had a buy 3 get 1. By 3pm his car was ready...If you've hung around thus far -- What I liked and they have done this in the past.The van's oil change sticker showed it was past due; they asked if I wanted it done... And for the sons car the mentioned rear brakes were close. Both options were quoted and offered; even if I chose not to that day... I do my own brakes and oil changes (I didn't update the sticker - lol) BUT it was NOT pushed or overly beat upon. Just an ok if you decide later... to which I mentioned I do my own... I know we'll be (or he - dad taught well) doing rears some time the foreseeable future... BUT again being offered and not pushy.

Lady at the front desk was incredibly nice and they changed my headlights for free! I have been going there for years but this was by far my best experience with them. They need to make sure they keep her employed. 10/10

Been back again for another tire service to give them a fair shot.Everyone was pleasant to deal with and they did a good job.Old review: I have recently been back here. The manager has changed and the new one is sarcastic, unfriendly and generally not good to deal with. I would highly recommend you choose a different location.Oldest Review: The manager and employees here have always been very helpful with both my full size jobs and lawn and garden needs. They give me fair prices and treated me very well. I am on my way to have my 4th set of car tires installed by them.

Recently, my wife Susan was about to depart for work and received a low tire notification. After calling several service centers, she contacted Bob Sumerel Tire (Dent), and was told that she could bring the vehicle in immediately. Following the tire repair, the store manager refused payment because she was a first-time customer. This establishment has earned our trust, *and* our business in the future.

The Manager Scott is his so kind. So helpful. Truly unreal. He took great care of me and that's not always easy to find. If you want good service from a great man come here and ask for Scott. You won't be disappointed!

I needed my battery replaced and wasn t able to get in to any other shop, after calling multiple places. Scott and Mike were responsive over the phone and able to get me and and repaired in the same day. I compared prices online and the fee was reasonable and fair for the service.

Thank you Paul & Anthony! Hands down best service I have ever received. My wife got a flat picking up our kids from daycare down the street. I was able to get a ride to her and put the spare on. It was 5:50 PM and I called and spoke to Paul and he said bring it in. Anthony patched the tire and they had me on my way by 6:15. They closed at 6 and didn't have to help me but they did. I asked how much and Paul said "no cost that's what we are here for and that's what we do". I was able to get our kids and safely drive home. I have been coming to this location for the last year and bought the tires here as well. I can tell you that I will never take my vehicle anywhere again other then here because of their simple selfless act of kindness. I only hope that one day I can return the kindness.

Updated. I sent my wife in for 4 new tires and they told her she needed back brakes for a price of $1,100. I had the brakes replaced yesterday and they're brand new. The car didn't need anything extra and they were trying to take advantage of a young lady. Do not get taken by these people! Avoid!

Great service!!! I little over price for 2005 nissan altima (Fuel pump). The fuel pump was 501.00. Found on Amazon for 41.50. I understand they need to make money. You could charge me 2 hours labor instead of 1
