I brought in my truck to have a hitch and brake controller installed. I would typically do this type of work, but when I considered the camper I was bringing home the following week and wanted it done by the pros. They we awesome to work with! There was a scheduling hiccup on my end that they worked around and they sure went the extra mile for me throughout the process. When I went to pick up my truck, they took the time to show me the work that was performed and review the operation and setup of the controller with me. The truck was left clean, and I appreciate that they mounted the controller to the right of the steering wheel. I think I'll be far less likely to hit it with my knee getting in and out. I had a good piece of mind when I pulled the camper home for the first time. Thanks to the staff for setting me up for my next adventure!

Recently had a 24 year old boat trailer repaired by A&R. It was pretty much a complete overhaul. They rebuilt the surge brake system, replaced the wood bunking and carpet, and found a potential "catastrophic" issue with one of the axles and replaced it. They checked/repaired all of the wheel cylinders and wheel bearings, and checked all of the lights as well. They did top quality work and everything looks and works great. It looks/feels like a new trailer! Will absolutely return to them for any repairs or any other trailer needs. Great job!

Mark and his team installed a base plate and brake system on our 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L and we couldn't be happier. The workman ship and concealment of the project was stellar. Customer service level is top notch, Mark and his team walked us through the installation process and we gave our them our concerns of having the install blend in as much as possible. They knocked it out of the park! Thanks Mark and team for the great install, we would definitely recommend A & R Trailer for your ROADMASTER installation needs.

Mark and his team did an amazing job on my Jeep, seeing it up to flat tow. He took the time to set it up for my RV and answer all my questions. I have no doubts that if I have any others or need help he will be available.

Mark was excellent! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He has a variety of trailers in several sizes and types along with a nice selection of essential accessories. He definitely has the most reasonable prices around, and we did our research. Plus,our trailer came with a 3 year warranty.We are very pleased and satisfied with our purchase! Definitely recommend A&R Trailers above and beyond the other guys. Five Stars!

I has a serious issue that occurred while towing my truck behind my RV. I was about an hour away and happened to find them on the internet. After talking with them on the phone they were not sure they could repair but willing to look at the issues. They not only looked but able to work major magic of repairing everything but did so immediately and had me back on the road to my destination. They were fantastic! Would highly recommend them.

Excellent service. They performed a gooseneck hitch install on time and under budget, and even pulled my vehicle up to the door for me. They are extremely experienced and knowledgeable. I was recommended to them by another competitor that didn't deal with the brand of hitch I was wanting. I will use them for all my hitch and trailer needs in the future.

Unfortunately after buying my firs H.Stead trailer back in 09 the company has no desire to be a leader. 13 years later the same trailer cost double and the attention to quality & detail is subpar to say the least. The old manager has moved on & the new staffs' only desire is to sell a brand that is cheaper but not worth the discount.

A&R has been in business for decades. They do great work, sell fine equipment, are knowledgeable and ethical. Good people to do business with. I recently bought a trailer from them.Many years ago they supplied a trailer weekly for pickup of donated fresh fruits and vegetables for soup kitchens, shelters, etc.

It has taken me a long time to submit this review. If you look at my Spade review it will provide more insight. I was very upset that I purchased a $500 car ornament. Got a hitch installed that I could not use for 3 months. I was so frustrated and upset that my running lights was all that would work after the install. I spent countless hours trying to get electrical work completed that I thought should have been part of my initial install. Eventually had to take time from work to resolve. Not impressed at all.

Good prices great service i bought a new 5x8 open trailer with wood floor. .they set me up and got me ready to tow my new trailer. .they went way beyond the cash and go they made sure I had the correct set up before I left the lot .i would recommend this place to my mom ...a very trust worthy place. This company is the best!!! I purchased a trailer from another company out of state and Mark and A&R did the warranty work for me. Mark took the time to figure out the problem. I would highly recommend this place for any kind of trailer work you need.

These folks were very professional, fast and priced very well. I had issues with my trailer harness from the constant opening and closing of my swingaway tongue on my boat trailer. I finally had enough of the headache and they got me right in on a Monday. Thursday it was finished and the amount didn't dent my pocket book. Give these folks an opportunity to earn your business, much like they've earned mine.

Brought in a small beat up trailer to have the bearing packed. They did it quicker than promised and fixed many other small issues on the trailer. The lights, etc. Cost was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

We ordered a 5x10 trailer in order to pack items for our move to St Croix. When it came time to pick the trailer up, we paid for it using a debit card. A&R charged our card a few times and basically our money from that account was on hold and not accessible. A&R suggested to take it up with our back. We spent the rest of the day to resolve this problem. So on attempt #2 to pick up the trailer, the trailer that we ordered was nowhere to be seen. We ordered black and the one ordered was white. A&R said they would take $100 off but this was clearly not what we ordered or wanted. A&R offered nothing to resolve this matter. Very poor customer service.

Used them twice now for service on a small enclosed trailer. Both times excellent service, quick turnaround time, and a fair price. Highly recommend these guys.

Very polite and extremely helpful... From information of the trailer to the truck...Also quick and easy... They make sure everything is working correctly from hookup to the lights before you drive off lot..
