My friend had a car problem at our marina.These guys came and fixed it quickly for a fair price. So I had him give me their info - he said the also do boat repairs.Today we had a battery issue on our boat that kept us from using most appliances (no water, no toilet, no lights, yikes!!!).Called them and they came in a short amount of time, fixed the problem - and again a fair price.I highly recommend them for car or boat needs, especially if it's urgent... They did not disappoint!Friendly, good work, fair price...I also like that it is going to local hard working people and not done big company.Now that's America!!!

Our son s car died a few miles from his apartment. I called and spoke with one of the owners and he offered to go right over. The communication was excellent. All our questions were answered quickly and they had the car running in 20 minutes. They also diagnosed a few things we did not know about and gave us feedback about addressing those in the near future. They went above and beyond to help us and the cost was very reasonable. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them if you ever need them.

Can't speak for the Mechanic work itself, based on the other reviews, seems they are great.My review is based on the communication. I called Friday and they told me they were busy with another job and would call me back later that afternoon with an ETA. The call never came. I called again Saturday and spoke to a lovely lady, she said she had a few errands to run and they would call me again with ETA. again, call never came.It's now Sunday and I called another local mobile Mechanic and they got to my place within a couple of hours and fix my truck. I'll be leaving a review on them 5 stars.

They saved me a bunch of money and replaced my rear brakes, a brake line, as well as my front passenger control arm bushing for a fraction of the price I was quoted from another shop!! They came within a two hours of my initial call, took me to get the parts and had it done in a timely manner. This is my first experience with them and I will be getting more work done soon. Great work guys!!

Amazing work, done by great people! I had a stuck bult on my starter ( I stripped it), they helped me in no time! And even went an got me new bolts! I also learned how to properly remove them.

I got a flat tire and realized my spare had a nail in it. We didn t want to tow the car and spend a bunch of money so we started googling for a mobile mechanic. I decided to give them a call based on the great reviews and they were able to come the same day and change out my tire. Definitely recommend them if you re in need of a mobile mechanic!

Absolutely wonderful to work with! Heather & Jason are top notch! They took their time and didn t rush to ensure my car was running perfectly. They literally stayed until 10:00pm to ensure they got it finished. I am forever a customer.

They're not gonna screw you on pricing or anything, they can get tied up with work (I'm pretty sure it's just 2 mechanics) but they won't screw you over. Longer review below.Alright, Tri-county Mobile's helped me out a month or two ago; and they did an excellent job. They fixed my power steering, got the serpentine belt on there, offered to go get parts for cheap from the junkyard cause THEY KNOW CHEVY MALIBU cars like the back of their hand. They're great people, and I mean that with every fiber of my being. No hyperbole. Since they fixed my car (and diagnosed and caught leaking coolant tubes), I haven't had any issues.They've really earned their 5 star rating; cause just today I called them about my 2003 Chevy Malibu while I was stranded near a nice neighborhood, a veteran helping me diagnose what was wrong with the car; and with some starter fluid, we diagnosed that it wasn't an electrical problem but a fuel intake problem.I call them, and they just told me how to fix the friggin' problem. Turns out it's a theft locking feature of the Malibu, they knew the problem 100% and God bless 'em they just told me about the fix over the phone. They're really good people, you can't go wrong with them.

Oct 22 2023.... I was on my way home, south to Tennessee on 275 North of Cincinnati when I lost my front driver's side high pressure break line on a 2023 Nissan Altima SV with 1800 miles on it at 1am.I sent them a text that night and called around 730 am that morning.I called everywhere for the part( on a sunday) and noone had it.When they showed up they were very friendly and professional.He was able to get a line that worked perfectly and I made it 350 more miles to the house safe!THANK YOU SO MUCH!HE UNDER PRICED HIS WORK SO I PAID HIM WHAT HE WAS WORTH TO ME!AGAIN THANK YOU. Woke up to my car not starting. They came to my place and had my car fixed in 3 hours. They were fast, friendly, and so affordable compared to what it would have cost me to take it somewhere. Stumble on their business and so happy I did! My car is running better than it has in almost a year

24-7 Tri-County Mobile Mechanics - WOW!!! I am Extremely disappointed to say the least. Wondering at this point what happened? I contacted 24-7 Tri-County Mobile Mechanics mid-afternoon on 11.6.23. I advised that I was NOT in an emergency situation at the moment. Urgent would be a better description. Not stranded on side of road. But, I was passing through, 350 miles from home and had to keep moving.When Heather indicated that they couldn t help me until the next day, I told her that was great. That would accommodate my timeframe nicely. Headed to Florida & have appointments to keep there. Heather advised that they didn t have much to do the next day (11.7.23) other than test drive a vehicle for somebody. She didn t want to give me a time that they couldn t keep. So, subsequent to some thought, she very clearly advised that it shouldn t be any later than 2:00 PM on the 7th. They would try & it could be earlie? If anything changed, she would call me.THEY NEVER SHOWED UP & That call never came. Because I did not hear anything, I called (2:30ish) 24-7 Tri-County Mobile Mechanics. No answer the first try. Waited a short bit & tried again. Heather answered the phone and indicated that they were having a timing problem. Came up with a few excuses, indicated that she knew I needed to vent (Junior Psychologist?) and said they could be to my location by 4:00PM and asked if I was still interested. I had already told her that I had been waiting all day. But, yes, my car is in need if repair and they had me over a barrel. Too late in the day to get anyone else to come out. Yes I need assistance and will be waiting on 24-7 Tri-County Mobile Mechanics.I thought we were set. What? My second miscalculation in less than 24 hrs. You probably guessed it by now. 24-7 Tri-County Mobile Mechanics was a NO-SHOW, NO-CALL again. I tried making phone contact around 4:30PM. I m thinking you ve guessed it again lol, but, not really - No one at 24-7 Tri-County Mobile Mechanics available to answer the phone. It s now well past 5:30. And, you ve most likely guessed right again - nothing from 24-7 Tri-County Mobile Mechanics.Shame on you 24-7 Tri-County Mobile Mechanics. I contacted you in good faith. I even checked you reviews. They were Pretty good. I thought my problem would be just a minor inconvenience. WRONG - You told me your fee & I said fine. I tried to be very patient with you. Gave you a second chance. The only thing I received from 24-7 Tri-County Mobile Mechanics is malarkey & excuses. You have wasted my time & failed miserably. Shame on you 24-7 Tri-County Mobile Mechanics.RESPONSE TO OWNER S RESPONSE: underwhelming & interesting how Heather can so misinterpret AND misrepresent simple facts. 24-7 Tri-County Mobile Mechanic has shamelessly spun reality to make themselves look like something they are not.Don t have the inclination to address all of many misrepresentations. But, I do want to make one thing very clear, urgency was indicated. Immediate emergency - no. But, it was clearly conveyed that time, in multiple ways, was of the essence.You advised that you have been doing this work for 10 years and your partner over 20 - 8 together. Bragging went on and on. Excuses were most prevalent. But, there was never any mention that either of you ever studied social work or psychology. Please stick with mechanical repair work!If timing is your weak-point, as you point out multiple times in multiple review responses, then do what you can to mitigate the circumstances. You could have shown me the courtesy of informing me in time that I could have reached out to another service provider. You did not. And, you actually strung me along. I was just looking to get my car repaired in a timely manner. 24-7 TriCounty Mobil Mechanic is the professional - not I. 24-7 Mobil Mechanics failed me. Disappointing to say the least.You re not afraid to go long. So, Please, share screenshots of texting. Nothing rude from me. Lots of preaching fro you.Get off of the high-horse and go to work. Would definitely call and use again, called that morning and they were able to come out the same day to check my car! Had to get my fuel injector changed. Very efficient and knowledgeable, job was finished the same day! I recommend

I had to pull off the highway and leave my car overnight in a random lot off Montgomery Rd. I called these guys the next day and they had the issue diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes! I called Tri-County Mobile Mechanics for help with an overheating issue with my truck. They came directly to me, the same day I called. They were incredibly knowledgeable and fixed my problem within an hour. Their pricing was beyond reasonable and not only did they save me hundreds of dollars but they were kind, diagnosed the issue and the solution. They re small business owners and I m happy to support their work over big business. I ll be going to them for any other issues going forward. Thank you again!! You re wonderful!!!

Coming to fix our truck on a Sunday when we where heading to Tennessee and got broken at I-71, pulling our camper was a blessing. 2 more businesses declined our request but they came and got it fixed for us to be able of enjoying our mini vacations.Very nice and professional with fair prices.They went above and beyond to put us back on the road.We highly recommend this business and will use their service again in the future.Thank you so much!Services: Auto water leak repair, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection

They were really nice and came and changed my alternator, spark plugs and few other items. Communication was a little shaky at first but they ultimately came and fixed my car. Will be using them again. Very affordable prices too

Absolutely recommend!In a good way, I m hesistant to recommend because I don t want them too booked up in the future cause they are the holy grail.Other company s were afraid to touch my company truck and module, but they actually fixed what would have been a $450 ABS module new. They fixed the abs module!!! Saved me hundreds!!Long story; My truck needed brakes we couldn t fix after failing over and over, I couldn t get it towed cause the incline of our driveway so the brakes had to fixed by someone who knows what they are doing.caller24-7, they said a price before coming out, thought it was to good to be true , lower than any shop inspection fee, ended up minus the one part they needed, came out way cheaper. Like $200.I felt obligated to leave a tip and review that s as good as it get because they really deserve it.Btw, I even put their number on my fridge to make sure I don t lose it.Literally the best mobile mechanic who willing to take it the extra mile.Service: Brakes

While in Cincinnati for a wedding, smoke started to fly out of the hood of my car. To make things worse, it was late Saturday night after all of the mechanic shops were closed.My wife and I were stressing as we planned to leave the hotel the next morning and take our 2 kids to a water park and then travel home back to Illinois. We thought we would have to scrap the rest of our plans and spend hundreds of dollars to get back on the road.Thankfully, we contacted 24-7 Tri-County Mobile Mechanic. Not only did they come out to my hotel to diagnose the problem at 11 at night, but they also showed me exactly what was wrong and what needed to be fixed.They had to wait until the next morning for an auto store to open to get the part needed. Then, 1st thing Sunday morning, they showed up and fixed my car.I was able to get my car back on the road and get my family to the water park.I told a mechanic buddy of mine back in Illinois what had broken, and he told me if I would have taken into a mechanic shop in Cincinnati, I would have paid hundreds more and would have waited much longer.If you are having car problems and want to get back on the road quickly at a reasonable rate, I highly suggest 24-7 Tri-County Mobile Mechanic. They did an amazing job and saved our trip from ending horrible.

I can NOT say enough good things about this company. It was Sunday morning. I am 5 hours from home and my brakes go out. They answered their phone at 7:30!!! They came out and had me on the road in just a few hours. I expected it to be an enormous bill but NO!!! They were more than fair! They stayed in constant communication! Sometime I question the state of our world today. But today renewed my faith in humanity! Thanx so much guys!! If anyone in the Cincinnati area has an emergency you can trust them!!! Repaired my 2008 ford e-350 - had problems with stalling - replaced spark plugs and ignition coils at a great price and saved me a bunch of money not having to go to a shop or miss work tomorrow. 10/10 recommend.

5/24/20231st and foremost, I would Highly Recommend Tri-County Mobile Mechanics to anyone who looking for Reliable Dedicated & Reasonable Mechanics/Car peopleI had a sudden Car problem that Got me depressed not cause of my car problem but, Because now I got to try to find me a mechanic on short notice when it's almost 5 o'clock where alot off shops close at 5 or 7I get to searching on google looking for mobile Mechanics where I called like 4 of them No Answer. I see Tri-County Mobile Mechanics and I notice it say 24hrs. I give them a call 2nd ring a women answer. I tell her my issue that my Lexus Es300 won't start and If it's possible can they come take a look today on a short notice . She reassured me that Mechanics will be on their way, and sure nough they showed up. My car was diagnosed with needing a new starter. So since it 6 o'clock Im thinking well it won't get done today but once again, I was Reassured that it'll get fixed today even tho They have to leave and get the starter. Now with me having Bad experiences with Not only individual Unreliable Mechanics but Also Overpriced Auto Places too, so I'm kinda thinking I done heard that before but we'll see But what do you know The Mechanic came back. Its dark outside so Im thinking will He be able to work in the dark and replace it properly? Not only did he replace it with the new starter but he replaced the starter without hassle which He did in Under a hour where it says that it take 2 to 4 hrs to replace a starter and he did it well under a hour . He even stayed to make sure that my car Idle Recalibration got reset properly and waited til it did when some might've left saying Well I was just replacing the starterNot only was He reliable & dedicated to make sure my car car was back running properly but He was a very cool down to earth guy tgat very well know a whole lot about cars & how to fix themOnce I would Highly recommend Tri-County Moblie mechanics to anyone. I know for now on When it comes car work of any sort Im calling Tri-County Mobile Mechanics without a doubt Or 2nd guessing and yes I am a Real Customer , Oh BTW they Reasonable too

Called on a Sunday afternoon. They came right out and performed a diagnostic on car. They said they could get parts needed from junk yard to save us money. They went and got the parts and came back a couple hours later and fixed our car all while finishing in the dark. Very satisfied with this company and will use again.

A little odd but I was in a pinch. After calling a woman said they'd call when they were closer to knowing when they could make it to my house (an hour or so), it was about 11am. Around 2:30 they said they were about 1:20 from comming. At 3:20 they were 20 minutes out. At 5:30 they arrived in a car with a trunk full of tools. I reviewed the trouble shooting I'd done on the truck and a man jumped under truck with my jack holding it up. He seemed to know where to look and what to do so he started removing starter to get to crankshaft position sensor. I ask if my conclusion was right they stopped and attempted to put diagnostic tool on truck. The woman must have accidentally turned the key too far and the truck started. It seems the pigtail for the sensor came loose. They buttoned things up and needed some gas. I gave them about a half gallon, paid them the agreed upon $125 and told them where the nearest has station was. It was all kinda strange but hey, the truck is running. I realize time can slip away but maybe just a little more communication and expectation setting would be good. They seemed young so they're probably just starting out. Overall I didn't have to crawl under truck and it's running.
