Great prices Very knowledgeable staff And they return emails in a timely manner. Looking forward to one day visiting indoor salvage. The first picture is what I didn't have to work with and the second picture is the finished product after purchasing a rim and tire & Chain tube and sprocket from Cycles R Us. *** UPDATE 05/08/2023 ***Spoke to owner (Jon) -- a true professional who listened, and addressed the issue to our complete satisfaction. It's refreshing to see such great customer service, and it has restored our faith in Cycles R Us. We still won't use their service, but they will definitely have our parts business. Jon, thank you so-much. Sometimes, just a little cool-headed reasoning is all that's needed. See you soon.Service (Mike) verbally estimated $97 to bleed front brakes... maybe more depending upon what they found. He could/would not provide a written estimate. He calls later and says it's done at $360. What??? Why no call to authorize >3.5 times the verbal estimate??? Also did work that was not authorized, and when questioned why, he insisted that we did ask for this extra work -- crazy. We were only asking for a quote.After repeatedly having to remind Mike to keep the discussion civil, and challenging the extra work, Mike agreed to remove some cost, but not before he was unnecessarily rude, condescending, and demeaning. Completely unnecessary.Bottom line, no communication to authorize substantially more work than discussed, and there is no reason to disrespect a customer who is asking legitimate questions about an excessive bill.

Wish I could do 10 stars!! No 1 around within 50 miles had stick on wheel weights. And once again in a pinch Brian was able to help. Thank u so much for your help u have a customer for life

Staff was great and friendly. Messaged them night before. Jon messaged me back next day, before they opened.Had tp drive an hour and half, to get parts but better then waiting for shipping.Thanks for all the help, and great staff.

Phenomenal team that goes the extra mile to make sure you get exactly what you need. Couldn t recommend anyone over these guys. I m happy to make the hour trip to see them over my local shop any day of the week.

I purchased some spokes from this company through eBay. Gave me a hard time about returning the item that doesn t fit. Ordered another set through them still didn t fit. Telling me to drill a hole out my wheels. Then makes a hate speech about where I live and come from. Very disrespectful person and also threatened to keep my refunds after I shipped back the items. Don t buy here unless u wanna be scammed.

Great Shop to have so close to home! Staff is always super friendly and these guys are extremely knowledgeable in powersport equipment. Per usual, they had just what I needed in stock.. no wait!

I have never dealt with worse customer service and being disrespectful. Horrible place that do not care about customers. Bought things that were not what was listed. Do not buy from these snakes please.

Exceptional service!!! Very friendly, helpful and they get it done when they say they will, and hen they follow up.Prices are great and they don't look for ways to jack up the repairs.Great on older bikes.Could not ask for better service.

The "OWNER" Jon doesn't even try to help me find a part I needed. Tells me he doesn't even know the cost of retail on a brand new one. Once I told him the price his response is to buy it because it would cost more for the used. Because he thinks a new $230 part is actually over 400 new.Keep your money this guy will RIP you off! Check your prices and challenge him.

Starting off I went to cycles r us on a day their pull apart warehouse was closed. BRAIN was a life saver. I had a track day at mid Ohio the next day and I needed a rear brake master cylinder for my gsxr 750. I did not have the part with me but Brian went and found 2 two master cylinders that we measured and determined would not fit. Brian really wanted to help me out so we went over to the closed pull apart warehouse and we looked at a few bikes and he got it tore off for me and sold for 35$ great experience. I ll always come back.

Have been using Cycles R Us for a few years now...The staff is extremely helpful with questions from the do it yourselfers...pretty quick on ordering parts and getting them in, not to mention the phone call to let you know your parts are in. Its nice having a face to deal with rather than a book or computer screen...Thanks for the great service...ill be in today to order my clutch case

Cycles R Us is absolutely the best. The service department is top notch, backed up by an amazing parts department. Cycles R Us has been able to meet all of my parts needs, New or Used. Conveniently located close to 2 major highways. Checking out their indoor salvage yard is a must.

Late whit my order...not that far from them I could have picked it up my self.....now I have to wait another 5 days ... refund takes just as long.. never ever will I order anything again Walmart is done to never again
