Get 2 tires changed here and they were awesome. I feel like they were short staffed but they handled it very well and even waited for my dad to bring my popped tire because I forgot it. Loved them and will come back in the future for more services! Thank you Robert s. And Braydon t.

I bought 2 brand new tires and had them rotate my tires. Unfortunately when they changed them they didn't tell me that one other tire was bald. I could of bought another tire there but maybe they was just too lazy to say anything. I will NEVER go back.

I think This Auto Ctr has the best price on tires & my oil changes are under $40.. I paid $74 on an oil change somewhere in town & decided to shop around so glad I did. And.... they will page you over the intercom/loud speaker when your car is ready if your shopping. I thought that was cool. I'm always looking for a deal and of course Walmart delivered again.

Everyone was very happy and talkative. They made sure I had everything I needed. Plus, they put a head light bulb in for me. Always taken care of my car.

I stopped in a couple Mondays ago to see if they could set me up with 4 new tires the same day. I also needed an oil change. They told me it would take an hour. I had my doubts because of some of the reviews, but I got the notification it was all done 50 minutes later. I was extremely pleased with their service. Try early in the morning when they are not busy yet.

Found the tires I wanted online and then everything that I found on their website when I got into the store, they didn t have them in stock at all

Waited over 4 hours to get tires installed after making appointment. Was told the job would take no longer than an hour. Staff were rude and lacked basic mechanic knowledge. I understand that there can be complicated jobs and sort staffing. However employees standing around on their phones and disappearing from the work area doesn't account for that.

2 new tires. Tires were under inflated when installed. Have had to add air twice in 3 weeks. They cancel appointments scheduled to fix the issue. If they answer the pgone there is magically never a manager there to speak to. Have missed 2 days of work for appointments they cancel, had to contact the corporate office and file a complaint to force them to even look at the issue. *** there has been no road hazards that have caused the issues. My wife and I each got the standard oil change and tire rotation and the customer service was fantastic you tendons were wonderful and we will be returning.

I walked in at 6:25PM on 7/11 and pressed the customer service button and again each time it would reset and no response. About 10 min later I was approached by an employee who said they were finishing up a truck and would be right with me. Another associate would periodically announce customer needing help in auto section over the intercom. At 7 the guy came out. I told him what I needed then he looked at his watch and told me they're closed. I stood there 35 minutes during which someone should have told me they were unable to help me.

If I could give zero stars I would. I took my fianc� to the tire center here at 7am (as soon as they opened), and the employee says that he cannot change my fianc�s tire that blew. Tell me why this employee and my fianc� are the 2 people there, and he tells him to make an appointment . My fianc� then proceeds to try to make an appointment for the available time of 9am, to which he tells him they cannot change his tire still. After leaving, he called back and asked if we took the tire off and brought it to him if they could mount the new tire, to which the employee says he CAN do. You are a TIRE and battery center. Why can you not change a tire and DO YOUR JOB?! What a joke.

Took the my sons car in for an oil change, despite being short staffed and some challenges that the day presented, they took good care of me and the car. Being a woman I often get poor treatment but the guys at Walmart are great. I have taken multiple cars there and I have excellent service everytime.

I tried for hrs to get anyone to answer the ph to get 4 tires put on my car and finally had to go to another place in town. I wouldn't recommend Walmart to family members or anyond else. They are a joke. I tried every department and absolutely no one would answer. No more Walmart for me !!

Fastest and friendliest most organized walmart auto care center I've ever been too. Did I mention clean! Not the grubby back corner of waiting room. Thank you for a positive experience great work

Was second customer at 7 am. One person ahead of me , he was getting oil change. I needed one tire changed. At 9:30 they finally pull my car in. Then everyone went break. Did not get out of there til 10:30. Will buy tires and have someone else put on next time.

Very fast and probably the most professional tire shop I have ever been to. They also had the tire that fit my car where no where else did

Even during a remodel, they were able to get me in fairly quickly and we re very friendly and helpful

I bought 2 tires. They took FOREVER! initially, I was told 45 minutes, but it took over 3 hours. I got sick of sitting around after about 2 hours and asked that they call when finished, and they didn't. When I called to ask if it was done, the guy said "well yeah, it's been done for 45 minutes!"

Waited over two hours after being told it would take an hour to an hour and a half and car was not even touched. The guy told us after this it should be 20 more minutes. Waited another hour for job to still not be done. After about 20 more minutes the job was finally completed and after already upsetting my mom the guy decided to make a very inappropriate joke. All we wanted was a tire change.

This would be a good place to open a tire and lube place . Its takes all day to get an oil change or tires put on. Thats if they can do anything because today they didnt even have anyone working.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

Will never answer their phone. worst service in the world. The techs do not know a thing about automotive service. Wait times are ungodly ridiculous. I could manage the auto center better with my eyes closed. That is a guaranty.

I don't know who they hire here but the people are about worthless. We ordered tires from them went to have them put on and they refused to put the tires on the rims because they were afraid they'd scrath the rims. We went to our small town auto place and they did a perfect job and it was cheaper then walmart was going to charge. Save yourself the troubke and go somewhere else

I had to Waite for hours . My prepaid for tires got cancelled. And the money got sent back to my Aunt who bought them and don't live in this state. But after waiting for hours. Wal-Mart paid for them. And all I had to pay was for them putting them on the car.

Chillicothe store would not answer their phone. I tried to get in touch with them off and on for 2 hours. I finally decided to call elsewhere. Bought my tires from Tire discounters .

If they tell you it will take 2 hrs for an oil change plan on 4. They lose more business then they get because its the slowest place.
