I would recommend going to a reputable local shop. I came here to get new tires and the free alignment and left with new tires and my alignment worse than it was when I came here. I brought it back 4 days later and my alignment is worse than it was the first time and they claim there are other issues now that they didn t see four days ago? Now there is a really annoying squeaking sound when I turn the wheel that wasn t there before coming to Tire Discounrers. Hmmm .something is off about this place and I know I ll never bring another vehicle back here or buy any tires or wheels from this business. do yourself a favor and take your vehicle to a local shop for tires and wheels and a alignment.

Stopped by Saturday because my drivers side tire had lost air again. They were very busy, I was on my way to the hospital, so they filled my tire with air and scheduled for me to come back Monday to look for the problem. They found a decent size nail, patched it and I was on my way.Thank you for being so accommodating and friendly!

I came in on Saturday 2/17/2024 for a tire change. They got me right in even though they were busy. The next day I noticed a vm that my lug nut caps were not put on. So when I check I noticed the tire was installed on the wrong side. Called Monday morning and talked to the GM Becky. She was very helpful and requested I come in for them to make it right. I came in and the customer service from the front desk and all the employees was top notch. I will be a returning customer

It's so rare that I experience genuine kindness that it's actually shocking when it happens. The people here were so friendly and showed such a willingness to help. I blew a tire, and they helped me when I needed it most. Thank you all again! Such amazing service, and they were quick as well. I will 100% be returning to replace the rest of my tires!

Beware!! They will tell you a bunch of stuff is wrong with your car that's not. I went to them after being ran off the road by someone hoping it was just an alignment I needed. They told me they couldn't do the alignment and to get insurance involved because it needed inner outer tie rods and a strut and there may even be possible frame damage. Then made a point to tell me to take itTo a specific body shop because that shop would send it back to them for mechanical issues. I later took it for a second opinion and a different shop told me all it needed an alignment that nothing else was wrong with it

Huge shoutout to this group. Took in two vehicles for tire rotation, balance and alignment, one vehicle and a slight pull to the right. Apparently, the free alignment was past due, ugh. The service manager said he look at it for free and then showed me the specs that it all looked fine, could be a tire issue, under inflation, etc. After they finished, drove home up Rt. 23 and no pull. Huge thank you for doing the right thing and not trying to sell something not needed. Next tire purchase, they have my business.

Two instances of disappointment! So far all they've given us free is excuses!We purchased all new tires here a couple years ago because of the free tire repair and tire rotation warranty they offer.First instance: We recently got something in the front driver's side tire and when we took it in for repair they said it was too close to the sidewall and said we would need to buy a new tire that they couldn't repair it because of the location of the leak. So we took it to a different shop to have it looked at and they repaired it with no problems.Second instance: we took it in for a tire rotation and they told us the shocks were bad (they were cupped, whatever that means) and told us they could not do a rotation unless the shocks were replaced.Needless to say we will not be revisiting or purchasing from Tire Discounters ever again.

Bought a set of Goodyear Assurances Max mileage tires.They are better than OME. Very quiet and smooth ride. Had small issue with a valve stem. The crew tracked it down fixed it. The crew was very courteous and professional.

Bought 4 new white wall tires here a few months ago, went to get an alignment done which came with the warranty I purchased on the tires and my car is pulling right the same amount as it was when I dropped it off. Figured a 45 minute alignment was too good to be true.

I took my car in for an alignment on 7/29/23 because I paid for a 3 year alignment. I replaced control arms which the bolts to do the alignment with were completely froze. So there was no way they did the first one but said they did. They priced to change my lateral arms for $192. I took it back on 8/5/23 to have the service done. I was then told it would be $496 dollars. Well I'm going somewhere else. This place is a total rip. If you want good work at a fair price go to a local owned small garage not a chain. My opinion of course but they ripped me off on the 3 year alignment and I ain't be back to give them any more of my cash.

Scheduled an appointment to get four new tires installed while I waited. They recommended Goodyear. An hour later they said they only had three tires, would I accept Pirelli tires instead. I agreed. An hour later my car was setting with all four wheels off, but no one working on it. I asked why the delay, and they said they only had three Pirelli tires. I questioned that excuse, and then they said they'd get the job completed ASAP. Three hours and 10 minutes after arriving, I drove off with four new Pirelli tires.

Not impressed at all. Staff are nice but I made an appointment for 11am. My car was never moved until 1140am and done at noon. What s the point in an 11am appt if no one touches your car for 40 minutes? Also had a damaged (a chunk out of it) tire on back left side, let them know left side was just rotated to keep damaged tire on back. Tire was then rotated to the front anyway.

I m very disappointed with the performance of this tire discounter store. Although they tried their best, they were not successful the first time. Plus, the second time they had to re-balance, a tire and realign again. And, the third time they tried their best to realign the car again. All in a 10 day span. My car pulls to the left and has a loud humming noise from the tires. That is hard to drown out even with the music on. They were not successful and eventually blamed it on my car. As being too old to hold an alignment & has too much weight on it. It has less than 70,000 miles on it, it s a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe sport. I drive on flat land and leave it parked in the garage. I am a retired disabled veteran. I do not drive, aggressive, nor do I roughhouse my vehicle for fun. Refund of money was denied despite non-performances of services contracted for. My vehicle vehicle has never been wrecked. Has new tires with less than 10,000 miles on them, new shocks last year and new brakes last year. I will take it elsewhere and see if they are successful, I will make a formal complaint. With the Better Business Bureau and their corporate consumer complaint office to request a refund. Prior to this alignment. I had zero problems with tire, noise and car pulling to the left or right. I took it in for alignment as a preventive maintenance measure. And now I have more problems that I had to start with

A reply from the owner adds a star as it shows to me that they are always looking to improve. My original 4 stars was based on the waiting area being clean and comfortable, the manager being courteous and efficient, and them being able to work in a walk-in within an hour and half or so.While I was waiting, I observed some interactions with others who also walked in, each was handled professionally, like the two young ladies with the odd whining tires (wear bars), to the guy like me, that needed a tire repair/replacement.Would I go there again, certainly, so why the four stars to begin with? I don't hand out 5 stars without feeling they are excellent.Your mileage may vary.

This was without a doubt my best ever experience at this Tire Discounters. Mark and his associates were the best. I was told 90 minutes for 4 tire replacement and alignment. In and out 90 minutes. Fantastic service Chillicothe Tire Discounters. Thanks again Mark.

I just wanted to share my experience with this store. I went in for an alignment and my appointment was at 8am. They welcomed my wife and I and got our truck right in. In less than an hour in was ready to go. When we left we immediately we noticed that the steering wheel was off center. We called and we got back in with no problems and they took care of us and double checked to make sure everything was good this time. All of the staff were very friendly. When we went back it was about 345 pm. Yes this is a busy place and we had to wait about 2 hours thus time. But these people can only do so much with the amount of people walking in the door and calling. So I give them my respect for doing the best they can to help you out. We will definitely be back for future needs.

I would recommend this shop to anyone who needed work done to their vehicle. The employees at the front desk were courteous, respectful ,honest, and knowledgeable on the services they provide. The technicians in the shop worked at a reasonable pace and had my tires and brakes completed before I realized it. Job Well Done.

Pat the manager will work a fair deal for you. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable.Sorry, I no longer think Pat is there. Blu Fuller was my salesperson. He spent time explaining about tires over 5 years old may not be safe. Worked with me to get new tires. Great job to the whole team.

Not a good trip to get our oil changed. They were supposed to rotate our tires and said they did. But we always mark a tire and it hadn't been done. Then when we got home they put the wrong type of oil used on the receipt. We called and they said even though it said the wrong weight of oil they used the right one. So did they? Who knows. Tire discounter is usually better than this.

I stopped in yesterday for a tire rotation. They were a bit busy but I felt they cared about my business. Liz was kind and friendly. Free coffee and water and very nice waiting area with comfy seats. It's a very nice store and I'll be going back for my next battery AND set of tires. The service guys doing the automotive work were all smiling and seemed happy (most definitely a good sign LOL).

Loved the 3 girls who took care of me and arranged a tire repair! Becky, and the other 2 girls on Thursday April 27th around 5:30 were courteous, helpful and enjoyed their personalities. These girls are a keeper for your business!!

Made an appointment to get 4 tires mounted, balanced, plus an alignment. (Make sure to have an appointment if possible as the place is generally busy). I had no wait at all with appointment set up. Customer service was exceptional. The manager was up front in telling me he wanted to make sure he had plenty of time to get the alignment just right as it can be tricky with Audi. I had no problem with him wanting to make sure he could stand behind the work and it was done right. They were true to the time frame promised and I have been driving it for 2 months now with exceptional results. Definitely 100% satisfied with this location and will be returning in the future.

This place is absolutely amazing, they took my truck on a walk in basis and got me taken care of in about 30 minutes! My tires balance stem needed replacement and they even mounted my spare tire back under my truck which I was not able to do myself. Not only that but they didn t even charge me for the replacement. Seriously awesome people here!

Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. They did not rotate my tires I don t need to mark them to know I have a tire that leaks air front left tire and it s still the front left tire. So obviously they lied to me now I wonder if they actually did my oil change also about that leaky tire I ve had it in there 3 times for that and it s never been fixed. I need tires for my car now but I will not be buying them at tire discounters.

Appointment for an oil change with tire rotation scheduled at noon. Arrived on time for my appointment. 2 hours later my oil change was finished but after looking at my tires later that day I knew they hadn't been rotated. Charged over $58 bucks for an oil change that took 2 hours. I understand that appointments can run over and you may wait a little longer but 2 hours without the tire rotation is a little much. I've had work done here before but this time I was extremely disappointed. I really hope the oil change I was charged for was done. Will probably take my car somewhere else and have the oil changed again to ensure it was done. No one should have to worry if the work done to your vehicle was truly done.

These guys always take good care of all my vehicles. They go out of their way to make it easy for me to get my cars serviced. Never any high pressure sales on extras. Just do what I ask as efficiently and affordable as possible.
